Loved the location, loved the set up, loved coming back at the end of a busy day to our bed made. Loved they topped our room up with everything we needed daily including fresh towels Heating was amazing aircon worked a treat Reception Staff were extremely friendly Bed was good little to firm for me but comfortable. Loved the view from our bed Shower was amazing great pleasure

Struggled to get certain tv channels channel 9 to be exact WiFi didn't register from our tent Tents are quite close and not the most sound proof during the day but of a night didn't hear anyone else Restraunt was convient breakfast was alot better experience then dinner, that was terrible we ordered pizzas and other then being stone cold in the middle and still extremely doughy base the toppings that are stated on the menu weren't even all on the pizza.

The family tents were superb with all the comfort requirements - air conditioning, en-suite, bar fridge, TV. The venue had all the needs for a family including the lodge restaurant and bar, pool and playground. The venue offers a unique experience of sleeping in a tent but with all the amenities that can be found in a hotel - a super comfy camping experience in a way.

The quality and cost of breakfast at the lodge could be improved. But the convenience of being able to walk from the tent to the lodge restaurant is superb.

Loved the glamping experience. Great location aswel. The restaurant on site has delicious food. Kids loved glamping for the first time, good lil play equipment up near main building. Has a great heater in the room much needed as we were there in july.

Bathroom needed more towel hooks. N no bench space near fridge... It was only very minor details but nothing that wud make me hesitate going back there on our next visit.

Absolutely loved our stay, the accommodation was one of the best ones we have ever stayed in. So comfortable and beautifully decorated. Staff at the restaurant were amazing and friendly, the food was very nice and very well priced. My sons loved the steak, my 12 year year old said it was the best stay he ever had and “it was cook to perfection”. The accomodation is so close to the zoo which is why we went to Dubbo. I’ll happily come back and we are hoping to go with more family. What a memorable glamping experience to celebrate our anniversary!

Cool experience being in a tent but still having creature comforts. Loved the four post bed and the restaurant was yummy too.

Was very cold in the second bedroom overnight despite having heat pump on and internal doors open, however it was the middle of winter and we were in a tent so the kids just slept in their puffer jackets.

We loved the accommodation and the staff.

We dined in at the restaurant. There was a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly but the two pizzas we ordered had burnt bottoms, with the pizza supreme overly cooked and dry on the top, and the two schnitzels we ordered were over-cooked - were a dark brown colour and very dry.

Great location close to the zoo. Pool was compact but invaluable after a long day in the sun - the kids loved it! Playground was also a nice touch.

A little bit of roads noise at night for the tents closest to Camp Road, but not a huge deal unless you are a very light sleeper. Pool is a little compact, but the kids didn't seem to mind.

We had a wonderful stay in this unique accommodation which exceeded our expectations. The interior of the tents was fantastic, really high quality which made for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend this to others as it was something we won't forget.

We had dinner on-site which was okay but could have been better.

the tents were extremely clean , spacious and comfortable. we got the family tent as it was for me my husband our 3 kids aged 7,10 and 4 months. The food was amazing and very well priced we ate breakfast there for our entire stay and also at dinner there both nights. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. we stayed here as Dubbo zoo is about a 4 minute drive and the observatory is the next drive way there was plenty of grass and space for the kids to play the pool is great to and there is a playground in the restaurant area. overall it was perfect and we will definitely be back.

I honestly can't fault a thing but everybody is different . there is no where to sit inside the tent so make sure to pack camp chairs like we did.

We loved everything about it. Location was perfect, so close to the zoo and observatory.

Noise pollution coming from the motor and bike racing arena closeby. Luckily it went on from 6.30pm to 9.30pm only. We were told by staff that it goes on, on most days not just on public holidays. Also wish the tents had a lock on the inside as well. There was a provision and a lock for the outside only. Two indoor chairs would also help otherwise you are confined to the bed only. Everything else was excellent.
