Our stay was excellent, highlighted by the friendly staff and the incredibly spacious two-room apartment. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, even including a full-size refrigerator, and the children appreciated having TVs in both rooms as well as the living area. We found the shower and bath provided good hot water, and the mattresses were very comfortable. A pleasant balcony with seating was accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, and there was ample space for luggage within the rooms. The convenience of the location was also a plus, with the light rail "L" station about a 10-minute walk and a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. Furthermore, numerous clubs, eateries, and a supermarket open until midnight were all within a short 5-minute walk. Importantly, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained throughout our visit.

The Wi-Fi signal was sometimes poor in the rooms ; Using the washing machine affected the hot water supply to the shower/bath. Advance notice of this could have helped with planning laundry times.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I actually want to buy the pillows! The unit itself was like home away from home. Quite too. Great views, lovely outdoor area, heated pool, very resort style. Close to Sydney cbd and just hop a tram or bus to anywhere! Local shops are great as well, especially the fresh produce market. The elevator has a very interesting female voice telling you what floor you're on, but you'll have to experience her for yourself, lol 😆. Easy walk to everything really. Great stay!! Great location!!

Taxis!! We booked a few, but they took too long showing up! Ubers are in high demand. The windows / glass doors were a bit grubby, on the inside as well. The toilet buttons were difficult to push, old. Kitchen utensils, glasses, were marked, dirty, so we washed them all before use. No biggy, but they need to be checked.

Slurry Hills is a wonderful suburb of CBD Sydney. The tram is a quick five minute walk… Same with the bus line and it’s very easy to walk to Central Station. The facilities were pretty nice except small parts of it were under construction so there was some noise a few times. I would stay there again for sure. It would have been near perfect had that already been completed. The restaurants and cafés were all very good. There’s a couple little grocery stores as well as bars.

That there was some noise from their façade and elevator being redone. We were not forewarned about that, but they were very good at making sure we weren’t as far away as possible

Great stay at Adina in Surrey Hills. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is very big and comfortable. We were just a group of 2 but it would easily accommodate 4 adults. Great to have 2 bathrooms. The location is excellent. Easy walk to the city or to the many restaurants and nightlife in Surrey Hills. I did wear earplugs at night, but I am a light sleeper and it's part of the deal being in such a great location that you can hear outside noises from time to time. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are a little dated - but it didn't impact the stay at all.

Room was tidy and clean. Layout of 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for sharing with another couple (especially as each room had their own bathroom). Beds and pillows incredibly comfortable. Balcony off each bedroom gave another space to sit at any time. Kitchen facilities great for making own meals. Staff were welcoming ,friendly and professional. Location of apartments in Surry Hills was excellent. 5 minute walk to supermarket, multiple eateries close by and 10 - 15 minutes to Central station.

No complaints at all.

Once the bed configuration was sorted we were all comfortable. Spacious apartment with all mod cons. Great location. The reception staff were helpful. Bathroom towels changed each day and beds made

The hall area outside our room was not cleaned for the 3 nights we were there. It was dirty and looked very untidy. Reported to reception. Bathrooms are tired and in need of a refurb and the rest of the apartment needs a freshen up. We requested tea/coffee replenishing.This should have been done daily. No provision for suitcase/bags. Case racks are needed in all bedrooms. We used the floor in the wardrobe or the floor, which was not ideal. Would not rate this apart hotel as 4 star at the moment but potentially could be

Very clean, spacious property. Washer & dryer within the apartment made doing laundry convenient. The room faced away from the pubs, which meant it was quiet. Good location. Lots of small eateries around. Great lox bagels at Avner's Bakery just 1 street away at the junction of Albion & Bourke Streets! Convenient breakfasts at Bill's next to the apartment. Convenient access to the city by bus. Central Station is just a 10 min walk away from the apartment, albeit at the bottom of a slope. Easier to just take the bus back after a long day walking.

It’s not that I didn’t like it. But it’s a challenge meeting the needs of different customer groups - young families with children who love screaming in the pool early in the morning, and the young party crowd who do not want to be woken early in the morning. If you’re staying here you need to be aware that you’re not going to be undisturbed. Some aspects of the apartment are a bit tired. Cracked tiles on bathroom floor. Why isn’t there a Bodum or a Nespresso machine to make a better coffee than the instant which is provided? Can’t we have real soap?

Room was large. Had a separate bedroom (ie not a studio apartment), so managed to let my infant nap there while we were using the living room. More than sufficient place to put our belongings. Pretty much had all we needed - kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, and a washing machine and dryer. So very very good in terms of facilities offered Location was good. We walked to central station numerous times. There were bus stops too, numerous food options and a nearby Woolworths supermarket.

Just for the moment, there are upgrading works in progress. Overall just a minor inconvenience for me, if any. Overall agree that some refurbishment is due. You might find some cobwebs up in the corners of the ceiling. The small sitting balcony area is pretty much covered in dust. But for the most part, the apartment was clean. An additional, or a larger rubbish bin would be useful (minor improvement suggestion).

We got a free upgrade! Nice updated rooms, even though the building is old. It was great being able to park in the basement for $50, made coming into the big city less stressful. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and lounge area and nice quality toiletries. Good location for walking to Entertainment Quarter, with pubs and cafes at the doorstep (including 4 Pillars gin bar).

Only complaint was that it was a bit disrupted. Couldn't get into our room until after the check in time (were hoping for a little earlier to get to a show, but fair enough) and even then still had housekeeping coming in to fill the body wash etc while we were trying to get ready. Similar in the morning, we went to breakfast to come back to find someone in our room adding an extra bed for the next guests! We still had an hour till our check out time. Minor things, but for the price would have been nice to have privacy for the 20 hrs we had the room!
