Comfortable room, with balcony, excellent air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, a buffet with a good selection: cereals, fruit salad, yoghurts, fresh eggs and rolls, and a variety of cheeses, cold cuts etc. Location: near railway station, but 20 minutes walk to Salzburg centre. Hotel has a garden which means you look out on green spaces (not roads and buildings)

This is a comfortable, functional hotel - not luxury: this is not a criticism.

The location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk from Salzburg’s main train & bus station and about a 20 minute walk to Mirabell gardens. The staff were super helpful letting me store my luggage until check-in time so I could go explore the old town and providing restaurant recommendations of which I used two vegetarian restaurant recommendations and both were superb! The room itself was pleasant and very clean with a balcony view of the garden, where I would go to enjoy my morning coffee.

This is going to sound so weird but I hated the toilet in my room. Not enough that I wouldn’t stay here again as I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. But it is a very odd toilet design for a hotel…I’d understand it if it was in a medical building and I cannot say anymore than that lol

Good location for public transport. Quiet air conditioned room. Very comfortable bed and pleasant spacious room. Lovely shower room. Attractive garden and bar area. Good breakfast. Helpful receptionists.

It seemed more used to people staying for 1 or 2 nights on business - there was no wardrobe and just 2 hangers. It took a day or two before we got a functioning kettle and extra hangers. There were no adequate cups for tea, and tea and coffee cups in the room were not washed up. I think the service could be improved.

It is set in a beautiful park setting which is available to guests only. The restaurant was poor. Area was quiet and for Germans the staff was civil and helpful.

It has no restaurants around it. One must walk about 4-5 blocks to the train station to find food outlets or a grocery store. We stayed twice. The first time we had a balcony over the park area but the second time it was over a car park. A hearty walker may walk to the Mirabell and downtown but the old town is a bit further on. If you're not a strong walker you need an UBer.

Most thigs were fine. Breakfast was good but there was a limited variety of hot food. More choice would have been very welcome.

The coffee! ,I should have preferred a cafetiere of fresh coffee and jug of milk. I don't like machine made coffee which, I suspect, uses dried milk powder instead of fresh milk. Having to ask for a kettle

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful property that has a full functional kitchen, buffet breakfast and gym. The staff were nice, check--in and out experience was easy and quick. Free luggage storage and close to bus routes to the main station. They had a beautiful grassed area to sit down or read a book. The room was very nice with a balcony.

The sauna was closed for renovations but this did not bother me.

The setting & location were pleasant, 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 20 minutes walk along the river from the town centre. The beds were comfortable & the air con worked.

The hotel felt a little expensive for the facilities but as we booked at short notice only the more expensive rooms were available.

Hotel has a great park area, would have been nice to sit outside in the terrace for breakfast or for some drinks in the evening- but it was not available during our stay ( either some event was going on , or there were no tables laid there )

Reception is excellent - Egor, Nora, Hugo, Rafaella! From the kitchen personell - Ukrainian lady from Kyiv was extremely nice and helpful! Rooms are nice and properly cleaned every day. Location is good.

Breakfast is the same every day. Mostly pork (no beef or chicken). No ventilation in the rooms
