Stayed here for 4 nights for the 2025 SPA F1 and it was very good. The service at reception was friendly with a smile and they helped in any way they could. We arrived early and they had a luggage room we could leave our cases securely until check-in free of charge. The triple room we booked was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the TV had multiple language channels, including BBC. There were free bottled water and coffee/tea refreshed every day. The location was perfect for visiting all the central Brussels tourist spots. The taxi from the Eurostar station within the Brussels MIDI station was 15-20 euros. One of the highlights of the hotel is the 8th-floor cocktail bar. It has rooftop outside tables and the cocktail choice is extensive. The food was brilliant and the prices were very reasonable.
The walk from Brussels MIDI station late evening is very busy with traffic and people. We did it the first day but from day two we used the great taxi services at the station for between 15-20 euros.

Breakfast was excellent. Fruits, muslis, yogurts, cheeses, charcuteries, scramble and boiled egg, croissant, crêpe, etc. The room very clean and large. Beds comfy. Big hotel and many facilities. Walking distance to main attractions. 15 min walk to train stations and switch for airport. Reception supported also very gently when I forgot my mobile in restroom and run back to find it.
Our check-in took more then half hour because of some unexperienced staff, although we made internet check-in as proposed by hotel earlier. Also they gave us missing breakfast ticket which ended up a discussion in entrance of restaurant. But my cousine's staff were experienced, they checked-in in minutes and as expected. It was interesting that they offered us to combine 2 rooms with one family room due to electricity pan emergency. We accepted it because we didnot want to change hotel. But be aware the connection room has no window and is chlostrophobic. Also a shower is suitable then bathtube for older people like my mom.

When you come into the hotel the lobby is very big and looks nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I like having the seats and a little table in the room under the window. Breakfast was nice and had a good assortment of food and drinks, not too expensive either at €12 per person. The scrambled eggs need to be done a different way though, cause they were grainy and not nice. The towels in the bathroom are nicely branded and feel nice.
The room we were in was a bit dated. The light switches in the room are ridiculously stupid with one placed right on the headboard behind a pillow. There was no separate light switch for the bathroom, I’ve looked everywhere! The TV in the room is useless and might as well not be there. It kept going in and out of signal, and we were unable to watch anything on it. It needs a booster for the aerial. The socket at the bed was placed right behind a pillow, which is a crazy placement for a socket. The heating can’t be adjusted, it’s like it’s been glued in place. Therefore we weren’t able to make it warmer in the room. There was only one little sachet of shower gel for 2 people? Cleaning starts around 8am, so if you’re thinking of having a lie in, think again… They make a lot of noise!

Nice spacious reception area. Very quickly checked-in by friendly staff. Room was really nice and even had a kettle which I wasn't expecting (though a bigger cup than the tiny one given would be useful, and some milk/creamer). Bathroom great - good shower. Luggage storage after check-out was very useful. The rooftop bar is a winner!
Only thing to mention is that if you have a room on the 7th floor beneath the rooftop bar you can hear noise from above. So I suggest using the bar on your return to the hotel at night, and stay in there until it closes... that way the noise won't affect you 😃. If however you are needing an early night - I think it would be hard to sleep with the noise of chairs moving. (This was room 704). As I say, it didn't bother me on this visit.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it was the most affordable option at the time. But to my surprise, it also turned out to be very close to the city center and major attractions in Brussels. It's literally just a 4-minute walk to Manneken Pis, and a bit further down the road, you're already at the Grand Place. Despite being near the main tourist spots, the area is still quiet at night, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a rooftop bar with a lovely sunset view—definitely a nice bonus. I would absolutely book this hotel again if I return to Brussels.

On the first day, AC and lights were not working in the room and we have got booked a triple room(2 adults and 1 kid), so after too much to and fro, property does not have any triple room available for that night and so they provided a double room for 1st night stay and somehow we managed in that and as a compensation they provided us with a complimentary breakfast for our stay (which was not actually a compensation for us as we are vegetarians and there were hardly anything for us to eat except the bread and butter otherwise we would already have included that in our stay). For 1st day, it was challenging to adjust in double room but from next day, we got the triple room. We like the room size, it was very big.
Before allocating the room, I think its better to check if main things are atleast working in the room so guest does not have to suffer. They are there for a comfort stay and dont want to spend their comfort time in juggling through that when they have already paid for that.

The receptionist was really helpful, also there is a virtual assistant on whatsapp if you have any problems. The hotel has a great location, close to the center and the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had (12 euro/person)! There was a huge variety of food. The room had all of the basic necessities, towels, soap, water to drink and tissues. Bed was comfortable and there were 2 pillows.
The room was on the 7th floor and there the walls are too thin. We could hear the neighbours talking and also the creaking bed above us. So it's a bit hard to fall asleep in that noise.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation (a 2-3 minute walk) and a grocery store next door, as well as many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good as well with many options and great coffee. The staff were pleasant and courteous.
There is only one restaurant at the hotel (The Eight), and it only opens at 16:30, so if you miss breakfast, you have to go outside to eat. Also, the service at the restaurant is VERY slow. It is a very busy restaurant, and I guess they are understaffed. The view from our room was not the best. The carpet in the corridors was kind of old.

The building itself is fantastic. Excellent rooms, comfy beds, larger than average European room size. Great air conditioning too! The location is very close to nice things, but right on the edge between “wow that’s beautiful” and “wow that’s gross”. Overall, worth it for the price and once you walk through the doors you can’t even tell you’re on the edge of a rougher area.
Quite close to an area I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying in. I wouldn’t recommend walking too far south after dark.

The room was very nice , lot of space., very clean.
I had a minor problem with is the 2 single beds joined together instead of a large bed (unfortunately I couldn't find a room with a double bed). there's always a tendancy to slip and fall in the gap between the two. I also had some back pain in the mornings. The boiler didn't work well, good thing I had my own. The cleaning ladies make lot of noise when they're working in the adjacent rooms or the room above. So if someone wants to get some rest or an afternoon nap, they ruin it for him.
