Breakfast was excellent. Fruits, muslis, yogurts, cheeses, charcuteries, scramble and boiled egg, croissant, crêpe, etc. The room very clean and large. Beds comfy. Big hotel and many facilities. Walking distance to main attractions. 15 min walk to train stations and switch for airport. Reception supported also very gently when I forgot my mobile in restroom and run back to find it.
Our check-in took more then half hour because of some unexperienced staff, although we made internet check-in as proposed by hotel earlier. Also they gave us missing breakfast ticket which ended up a discussion in entrance of restaurant. But my cousine's staff were experienced, they checked-in in minutes and as expected. It was interesting that they offered us to combine 2 rooms with one family room due to electricity pan emergency. We accepted it because we didnot want to change hotel. But be aware the connection room has no window and is chlostrophobic. Also a shower is suitable then bathtube for older people like my mom.

When you come into the hotel the lobby is very big and looks nice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I like having the seats and a little table in the room under the window. Breakfast was nice and had a good assortment of food and drinks, not too expensive either at €12 per person. The scrambled eggs need to be done a different way though, cause they were grainy and not nice. The towels in the bathroom are nicely branded and feel nice.
The room we were in was a bit dated. The light switches in the room are ridiculously stupid with one placed right on the headboard behind a pillow. There was no separate light switch for the bathroom, I’ve looked everywhere! The TV in the room is useless and might as well not be there. It kept going in and out of signal, and we were unable to watch anything on it. It needs a booster for the aerial. The socket at the bed was placed right behind a pillow, which is a crazy placement for a socket. The heating can’t be adjusted, it’s like it’s been glued in place. Therefore we weren’t able to make it warmer in the room. There was only one little sachet of shower gel for 2 people? Cleaning starts around 8am, so if you’re thinking of having a lie in, think again… They make a lot of noise!

The room was very nice , lot of space., very clean.
I had a minor problem with is the 2 single beds joined together instead of a large bed (unfortunately I couldn't find a room with a double bed). there's always a tendancy to slip and fall in the gap between the two. I also had some back pain in the mornings. The boiler didn't work well, good thing I had my own. The cleaning ladies make lot of noise when they're working in the adjacent rooms or the room above. So if someone wants to get some rest or an afternoon nap, they ruin it for him.

Hotel is in a fantastic location literally minutes from every kind of amenities and the Mannekin Pis. Nearest Metro stop is barely 5 mins. Very nice open bright reception area. There is a rooftop bar which was a nice bonus. Very comfortable single bed and room was promptly serviced every morning.
Shower was low pressure and one of those connected to bath taps. Temperature varied accordingly. Hotel should get rid of baths and install proper walk-in showers. Shower gel was in plastic sachets which is wasteful. Much better to install gel and soap dispensers. Rooms had tired furniture including two huge mock leather 80’s armchairs. Those need to go to open up the room space. Radiator was rusting and not working so could be removed altogether as heating was provided by wall fan heater. Beds were good as was bedding but were narrow singles.

Location is excellent if you want mega city centre tourism and reasonable proximity to central station 10 minutes walk. Easy walk also into alternative areas which are very interesting. Lovely rooftop bar/restaurant. Grand entrance but beneath the immediate visuals the rooms are faded and in need of an update, paint job etc. Very hot room needing fan/air con which did not work as effectively as it should. Bed comfortable and it’s delightfully quiet in the hotel. Check at 3pm means check in at 3. You might be lucky and knock 30 minutes off that wait. Staff are efficient and knowledgeable.

The hotel is located in the center of Brussels, very close to Grand Place. The room was quite large and clean, you also receive 2 bottles of water from the house. The breakfast was good as well.
The room doesn't have a minibar, which would be really useful during the summer period. For breakfast you receive vouchers to be presented at the entrance only for the next morning, therefore each day you need to go to the reception to get the vouchers for the following morning. Also, although the breakfast hall is a quite large place, every morning it was crowded even before 08:00 and really noisy (especially due to uneducated tourists - not the hotel's fault, but some warning messages could be displayed for this).

I liked the big spacious room and the en suite bathroom, clean/comfy bed and surprisingly exceptionally good air conditioning as well as the all round staff members. Sincerely kind and attentive and helpful. The property has a spacious lobby to casually wonder around and sit for a change. More than what I expected for a room on an overnight stay.
Nothing negative to report on and the only one thing experienced was that the television unit wasn’t turning on so therefore wasn’t able to watch the news. Nothing to complain about as I was mainly outdoors and not worth reporting on for an overnight stay and when your checking out at early hours on the following day.

The small balcony with a chair was a nice feature although there was no opportunity to enjoy it. A bottle of water was provided and there was a tea bag and instant coffee portion for use with the kettle. Nice to have a bath in the bathroom but took a while to work out that there's a twist control to lower the bath plug. The marble bathroom wall was a nice feature. Good pillows provided. Good location near some favourite bars like Poechenellekelder, Moeder Lambic Fontainas and Cafe Bebo. It was possible to leave luggage before check in and after check out.
Decor and furniture was rather dated but not a problem for me.

Classy old fashioned hotel right in the heart of Brussels. The staff, a team of super attentive youngsters, ever so helpful and with a smile as that extra comforting cherry on top. Breakfast was sublime. A large buffet with enough for anybody’s taste. The rooftop bar was super nice with a stunning view out on the city centre from up above on the 8th floor. Would love to return some time and relive it all over again.
Only thing I can think of is that the fitness facilities need an extra hand. Almost only worn out cardio machines and no weight.

The location is PERFECT, a walking distance from all the main attractions. They have parking (which is a huge plus) it costs only €13/ day. I had only two dislikes: 1- They don't have an iron, they do have an ironing service with extra fees but it is only available till 16:00. 2- I had to wake up early in the morning (around 08:00) because our room was located next to the housekeeping closet, and members of the housekeeping team were talking very loudly, arguing and slamming doors for almost 25 minutes. I couldn't go back to sleep. I would definitely come back again.
