The location is excellent. There cannot be a better place than this hotel. It is walkable to the falls and is in a very brightly lit area which makes it very safe. Plenty of food near the hotel and is available most of the time. Parking facility is also very safe if one is driving and needs a good safe place to park the car. Friendly and caring staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel has a terrace from where one can see the fireworks and the night lighting of the falls. Lighting is not fully visible but can see the reflection of lights from the mist.

Very inconvenient breakfast timings. Hyatt closes breakfast at 9 am which is terrible and we could not catch the breakfast. It is a holiday destination and many activities continue late in the night. Waking up early in the morning, especially with family, and kids during holidays just for catching Hyatt's breakfast is not a good idea. A sincere request to the hotel to extend the breakfast till 10 am at least to cater to all tourists as this is a 100% tourist location. The hotel staff didn't help even with bread toasts when approached at 9.05 am though many were still continuing to have their breakfast. They just shut off sharply at 9 am. So anyone looking for breakfast, please be at the counter before 9 am.

The front desk was so courteous and helpful. The room attendants were very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, but our room faced the parking lot/road. (not your fault) The bar/restaurant staff and food were excellent. The price was very good, and food was hot and delicious! Plenty of towels and extra when needed. The pool was very nice, kept clean and plenty of towels and seating. The front lobby was nice, and the pantry was always full. The prices at the pantry were good. The parking validation was an added bonus. There were plenty of luggage carts always available.

It's not the hotels' fault, but the outside streets and parking garage were filthy. (not related to the HYATT) The actual hotel parking lot and outside to lobby was great and clean.

The location was perfect, close proximity to everything near the border. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the gym/pool was definitely a plus. The staff was nothing short of excellent. From the time we checked in until we left. We couldn’t have been more happier with the service we received!

Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is that the gym did not have an age limit. I was there for a bodybuilding show & I was trying to get my last minute cardio in. While I was on the bike a bunch of young kids came in and were just playing around with everything. That really disturbed my workout. I hope they can maybe change that rule or have to be accompanied by adult.

The location is great. Just less tgab 5 min walk to Niagara Falls State Park. Rooftop is also a great place to watch fireworks. It’s close to everything. The tall black guy who checked us in is very friendly and accomodating. He is an asset to the hotel. Just didn’t get his name. The room is clean and looks very nice even the bathroom.

The lady at the bar is not friendly as well as one of female staff doing refill of bacon at breakfast was very stern and snippy. Would wish there is optional microwave inside the room instead of going down near front desk to heat up food.

The entire staff was so friendly, Id say out of their way friendly but it was just natural for them. I felt like we'd been good friends for years. The employee at check in (it was almost midnight) and the lady in the morning at breakfast were exceptional!!!! The beds were the most comfortable I've EVER had in ANY hotel I've stayed in. Location was PERFECT! I enjoyed my stay so much, I am returning this weekend! Already booked!!! THANK YOU HYATT Yall have some true gems aboard and I hope they are compensated well$$$$

Location was great right next to the national park. Clean room. Staff were helpful and nice. The room accommodated my party of 4 nicely. Breakfast was decent. My room view was not the greatest but saw the fireworks right at my window.

High floor room didn’t specify view that I booked so I changed rooms. Since I booked at booking.com my rate couldn’t be changed. Therefore breakfast buffet was provided to off set my cost. I was actually charged for it and they were able to credit me. Safe was out of battery. These things were small though.

Our stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was wonderful! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s just a short walk to the main attractions at Niagara Falls and conveniently situated next to the main street filled with restaurants and shops. There’s no need for a car, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

One downside of our stay was that we requested housekeeping for one day, but unfortunately, the request was missed, which was disappointing. While the hotel did send the maintenance team as a backup solution, it felt like a temporary fix and wasn’t quite the same as proper housekeeping.

Dinner and lunch. Great service, value, and staff. Angelo checked us in upon arrival and he was excellent. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All with a smile. He took time to talk with my Grandson about the pool, the terrace and made sure we were clear on parking in the parking garage. During our time there, he continued to greet us and ask if we had any questions or needs. Short walk to the falls, very convenient. We had a great stay at Hyatt Niagara.

The property was very close to the Niagara Falls National Park. We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was considering the area around it seemed so dated.

The only thing we didn’t love was that the parking garage was a small distance away from the hotel and was pretty unclean. Also, I believe the listing said that parking was free but upon our arrival we found out that it was actually $10- not a huge fee, just something to keep in mind.

The location could not be beat. We did not have to drive at all during our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and always seemed in a good mood. They were very quick to help if needed. We loved the rooftop for fireworks. We had fun in the pool and they never ran out of towels. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were big hits.

Only downside was the beautiful view of the parking garage.
