The location is excellent. There cannot be a better place than this hotel. It is walkable to the falls and is in a very brightly lit area which makes it very safe. Plenty of food near the hotel and is available most of the time. Parking facility is also very safe if one is driving and needs a good safe place to park the car. Friendly and caring staff. The rooms were clean. The hotel has a terrace from where one can see the fireworks and the night lighting of the falls. Lighting is not fully visible but can see the reflection of lights from the mist.

Very inconvenient breakfast timings. Hyatt closes breakfast at 9 am which is terrible and we could not catch the breakfast. It is a holiday destination and many activities continue late in the night. Waking up early in the morning, especially with family, and kids during holidays just for catching Hyatt's breakfast is not a good idea. A sincere request to the hotel to extend the breakfast till 10 am at least to cater to all tourists as this is a 100% tourist location. The hotel staff didn't help even with bread toasts when approached at 9.05 am though many were still continuing to have their breakfast. They just shut off sharply at 9 am. So anyone looking for breakfast, please be at the counter before 9 am.

The location was perfect, close proximity to everything near the border. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the gym/pool was definitely a plus. The staff was nothing short of excellent. From the time we checked in until we left. We couldn’t have been more happier with the service we received!

Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is that the gym did not have an age limit. I was there for a bodybuilding show & I was trying to get my last minute cardio in. While I was on the bike a bunch of young kids came in and were just playing around with everything. That really disturbed my workout. I hope they can maybe change that rule or have to be accompanied by adult.

The entire staff was so friendly, Id say out of their way friendly but it was just natural for them. I felt like we'd been good friends for years. The employee at check in (it was almost midnight) and the lady in the morning at breakfast were exceptional!!!! The beds were the most comfortable I've EVER had in ANY hotel I've stayed in. Location was PERFECT! I enjoyed my stay so much, I am returning this weekend! Already booked!!! THANK YOU HYATT Yall have some true gems aboard and I hope they are compensated well$$$$

Our stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was wonderful! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s just a short walk to the main attractions at Niagara Falls and conveniently situated next to the main street filled with restaurants and shops. There’s no need for a car, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

One downside of our stay was that we requested housekeeping for one day, but unfortunately, the request was missed, which was disappointing. While the hotel did send the maintenance team as a backup solution, it felt like a temporary fix and wasn’t quite the same as proper housekeeping.

The property was very close to the Niagara Falls National Park. We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was considering the area around it seemed so dated.

The only thing we didn’t love was that the parking garage was a small distance away from the hotel and was pretty unclean. Also, I believe the listing said that parking was free but upon our arrival we found out that it was actually $10- not a huge fee, just something to keep in mind.

The location was ideal in relation to the falls and the park.

The breakfast has to be equally available to the first customer at 7am as the last customer at 9am. You can't start breaking down the food at 8:45 and cleaning up even as people are walking in to get something to eat. It appeared that the staff was more interested in getting the whole event over with as soon as possible and didn't give a crap if people got anything to eat or not. And you absolutely have to add a non-pork sausage product such as maybe turkey. Too many people from too many cultures and countries do not eat pork for various reasons.

The property was incredibly close to the American Falls and the visitor center as well as made of the mist it made it very convenient to not have to have a car for our visit.

I wish I had been notified beforehand that there wouldn’t be daily refreshing of the room. It’s literally my favorite thing coming home to our hotel from being out during the day on vacation and having the bed made, and things vacuumed and the bathroom wipe down. I’m sure this is a holdover from Covid but I wish there had been some notice before hand.

The breakfast was good but not much variety so after the second day, it felt doll. The location is the best thing as it is only steps away from the entrance to the main park. This made a huge difference in our stay and accessibility to the attractions nearby.

We booked our stay with breakfast and parking included, but some staff members contested; so we had to get the hotel manager to resolve the problem. A staff member in the breakfast area was very rude in her response.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. My room was nice and appeared to have been recently updated. It was a short and easy walk to the falls and the bridge to Canada.

I appreciate that the parking is free if you get your ticket validated, however the garage leaves a bit to be desired. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel, but as a guest, be prepared to enter a musty smelling construction zone.

The location was perfect!! Front desk clerk Angelo was perfect!! When I checked in and asked for water side, he gave us the last one. I told him it was my birthday and he got excited for me saying there were fireworks going off at 8pm and where the perfect view would be (from our room and/or rooftop). He gave us the rundown of everything available and then brought up a gift of champagne and sweets for my birthday. He needs to be recognized as he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I can't say that anybody else did that there. I had to cancel reservation in Ontario as I didn't realize it's a lengthy process to get passports so hyatt place was definitely the best pick for the American side.

Breakfast definitely could have been better and they might want to check the shampoo/conditioner bottles in showers (were empty).
