The location was great, as was the hotel and the room except no ocean view.

I requested a high floor as it was my first time to the Gold Coast with an ocean view, I was told I had a guaranteed ocean view, preferably in the same tower as friends checking in the following day. None of these request were actioned. When checking in, I was not made aware of any services, access to areas, lifts off after 9pm with no signage. Better communication is required.

The apartment was very spacious and well suited for a large family. The location is hard to beat, it is right above a shopping centre with restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The tram stop is a short 3 minute walk from the hotel lobby and Cavil Ave with all the action of Surfers Paradise is right on the doorstop. We walked everywhere we needed to go or caught public transport, it only cost us $2.50 for a family of 5 to get from Gold Cost Airport to the hotel!!

The hotel is a bit dated, but I suppose this is reflected slightly in the price. The hotel also uses keys, not swipe cards, this means that if you happen to misplace a key (let's say while walking long the beach....) you have to pay $350 for a replacement key, they can't just 'wipe' the room card like other hotels can.

Very good location There where a few issues in the room which we reported several time The fire alarm keep beeping for the whole 9 days very annoying reported but never fixed Glass sliding door the glass at the side has come away from the rubber which had the glass hanging there not very safe again reported twice nothing done We were told the room would be cleaned in 5 days not a problem but we didn’t just expect the bed to be made Tried to use the vacuum cleaner didn’t work completely useless I Feel when you are paying that much for a room the owners should at least keep it up to a reasonable standard Toilet bowl need a deep clean Water all over floor after show Light fitting in the living area at some stage has been broken

Loved the location, easy to get to everything. The room was really lovely but older fittings. Loved the out look on the balcony. Room had all the amenities, but had to report the toilet seat was unstable and leaking, and never got fixed properly. Over all was just perfect couldn't of picked a better property. Car parking was a night mare and staff didn't give clear direction as to where to go or how it works. The tour staff where just so wonderful and explained everything so well and where really helpful. Kids pool area was the best

One staff member was rude when trying to sort out parking. Toilet didn't get fixed.

Location...very near to surfers paradise..just 1 min to Coles supermarket... restaurants nearby.. We got 37 floor...3 balcony best view facing the surroundings n the beach. 3 bedroom 3 toilets 2 shower rooms big kitchen We hv washing machine and dryer..and we cook ...kitchen facilities superb...the fitness centre and the indoor swimming pool great. Been lots of hotel stay with my family..6 of us...they loved this accommodation. Highly recommended.

Nothing in mind...we happy and will be back here again if we come back to surfers paradise ... It's not a hotel so don't expect room service.. but the washing machine and dryer is available 24 hrs in your room..

Our room was located on the tower 3 floor 12 room 5 (3125). The lefts where clean, quite, and fast. The view overlooked the lagoon pool, and across Surface Paradise and over the beach. The kids found the two sinmgle beds comfey, but the double bed felt hard and uncomfortable. Thge room was well equipet, with washing machine, dryer, full kitchen.

We loved the view, with the lagoon pool. the well equipe gym and the indoor heated lap pool. We visited in winter, and it was too cold to swim in the lagoon pool, but it looked stunning. Accommodation was centrally located, within walking distance to Coles, Woolworths, Cavill Avenue, and lots of places to eat at any time of the day.

The location of the place is central. Even though it is not the first line, it only takes few minutes to walk to the beach or cafes. Coles supermarket is inside the building and it was very convenient. The room was clean, and had everything you may need, like a stove, a microwave, an iron, a hair-dryer, etc. The balcony had a nice few. I really enjoyed the pool area. There is a shallow lagoon and a playground for younger children too. Everything is secured but a passkey, including the lifts. The staff at the reception was very friendly and welcoming and took time to explain in detail how to get to certain areas.

The place consists of three towers, which are all connected, and at first it was extremely confusing to find the parking spot, or get out of the building. It took a day to learn how to get in and out ))

minus the first hiccup with the previous room, Upon speaking with the staff in the morning as we arrived so late further accommodations were made and our rooms were changed, and WOW we were soo impressed while we came down a few level i much preferred the view from the second level looking over the lap pool. the convenience of having both a kitchen and Coles right below the hotel made this location the most perfect stay for us as a family of 4

When we originally checked in the first room was not great at all, from stickies on bathroom walls, mould in fan, and holes in the ceiling it was not ideal start to the holiday. but all was changed and staff were greatly accommodation

Excellent location, we love the Chevron it’s family friendly , clean and very convenient to Cav ave and all you could possibly need in the Gold Coast. Including being directly underneath the tram line to get you from Helensville and then all the way to pacific fair On the negative - Mantra is sadly showing its age. Rooms look dated in need of an update and a paint. We visited two years ago and the outside spas were not working and they still weren’t working on this visit either. Only one luggage trolly to service all three towers.

This was the best family holiday accommodation I have stayed in. We stayed in Ocean view room 3bed 2 bath for 4 nights. 2 adults and 5 children with 1 roll away bed which we didn’t need to ask for as the staff organised it plus a spare towel. Ho, at reception was so friendly and let us check in early at no extra charge as the room was free. The best features are: location- central to everything including Coles and restaurants under hotel, ocean views, pools- indoor, outdoor and the lagoon with bbq areas for cooking dinner while kids have a swim. Spa x2, gym, games room, sauna in indoor pool area bathrooms. We had no problem getting a carspot for our hire car every night right near the lifts.

Shame that the outdoor spa was not working at the lagoon and needing repair.
