Cleanliness, location close to Bahnhof, quiet surrounding.

Would appreciate it much if there is a reminder of paying city tax in advance of checking in. It is more convenient for me to pay it online in advance than paying by card at your checkin machine, because I forgot my card PIn, and the matter could only be solved when a pizza man passed by, and I asked him to pay the sum with his card and I reimbursed him in cash with tips for his helps.

Sweet room close to city center, in 15 minutes walk or 3 min by train you can be at Konstablerwache, Bergerstrasse or at ECB. I also liked bottled water you get as an guest and availability of hairdryer and small table in the room. Room was clean and pleasant to sleep in (and I usually have back problems so big plus here) and heating was ok. There is no reception, but that was no problem for me.

I had some problems with self-check in due to the machine stopping to work so I had to fill in everything three times. The doors in the hotel are very loud so if you are late sleeper, you may not like this when people start going in/out during the morning. Also room is quite small so not really suitable for longer stays.

if you are looking for a place to stay for a night (or more) in Frankfurt, this place is perfect. I was afraid to stay anywhere close to hbf because it's dangerous, loud and dirty. This one is the opposite. Single room is super small but it is enough. The place is clean and it located near by the zoo and kids hospital so it's really quiet compare to the inner city. less than 300 m. to an U-Bahn station and a tram station. Still very much in the city but a lot safer.

Location was great, close to the center, also there were U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations 3 min by walk. Many nice restaurants and stores around. Frankfurt Zoo is around the corner, I definitely recommend to visit! Room was clean and warm. Isolation was quite good we didn't hear cars at night even though we had a road nearby. The lady at reception was very helpful! We asked her if we could change the room because we reserved a room with a double bed but we got two separate beds. She offered us another room which we were happy to take.

Pillows were not comfortable.

I liked that neighborhood is good and calm. Near the hotel is a zoo , subway and trolleybus which makes it easier to move around the city. Good cafes are in 10 min walk, the city center is very near as well as shopping streets. Room was clean. I also like that it is quite cheep, that I booked the room for myself and haven’t shared with anyone , very good for female solo travelers. I would like to mention , that hotel does provide blow dryer , however , they are not as powerful as my personal one , so if you have thick hair , it is better to bring your own.

Walls are quite thin, therefore you can clearly hear when your neighbors drop something in the middle of the night. Unfortunately the heating battery did not heated the room properly , and it took quite a some time to make the space warm.

The hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in the block in the street, in front of Clementine Hospital. It is an absolute quite street days and night. Almost no movement at the hospital. The hotel has 5 floors and despite to be small, all facilities are news and in a very good shape. All room seams to have the same size which is quite confortable for 2 adults. Bed mattress are excellent and shower very good. WIFI is very good. We recommend to ask for room 401, 402, 501 and 502, which ate sunset side. Other rooms are identical in quality. The room services is very good.

For foreigners who does not speak German, TV channels in Germany are quite annoying. The options of channels the hotel is proposing is quite weak, but you seek german or russian, good for you. We never ask for the breakfast, so no comment about it.

I arrived at the hotel after the reception closed and was directed to self checkin at the back near garage. Despite making advance payment the machine didn’t show my booking. It was inconvenient at night as I had just arrived to a new country without a simcard. Somehow I managed to call in the number mentioned. Then after 15-20min my booking showed up in the system now the machine didn’t accept cash and my country credit card. You have to pay city tax on arrival (not included in the booking payment). I was stressed out at night with all this.

It is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the old town and Christmas markets with a large supermarket located just minutes away. Good transport links. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. Good bathroom and facilities. I would stay here again

Noise travelled into our room, especially with late night and early morning arrivals and departures causing disrupted sleep. While I’m sure other rooms this would be a less of an issue, it was the only negative of our stay.

The room was incredible for the price - the beds were even comfier than my bed at home! It was clean, and the staff cleaned it daily. We barely saw anyone as reception was closed most of the time, but the lady on check in was polite enough. There was sky tv in the room, hair dryer and the shower was lovely, with hair and body wash provided also! We had a bedroom for 3 with 3 proper single beds and room to spare. Really really impressed!

That I couldn’t bring the bed home with me!
