Hotel location was great and about 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre. Tram was opposite the hotel. Hotel was very close to the main train station. There were plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They looked after our luggages after we checked out, as our fight was late afternoon. Rooms were cleaned and beddings were changed on a daily basis and they had coffee maker.

The carpet needed washing and the lift was quite small.

After a day of trains not connecting,we arrived at 2am. Nothing to complain about wish we had more time.would definatly recommend,dont be put off by the great price and stones throw from frankf main stn. Had our dog, staff was fabulous GO AND BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE 10/10 (+1)

Can not think of ANY bad points. All positive and class for the price and location and they are pet friendly

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff.

We use the hotel as a stopover when transiting through FRA. 15-20 min to Airport and 2 min walk to the Hauptbahnhof. It’s reasonably priced and very comfortable. The area is a bit confronting but the security personnel are everywhere.

Nice clean hotel. Location is great as far as access to train station. Restaurants nearby.

As others have said, very sketchy neighborhood. Homeless, Drug addicts, gangs of men roaming. Lots of regular people out and about in daytime but I would be afraid at night.

Walking distance to Hauptbanhof. Frankfurt's main train station. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Not far from the river. Walking distance to many tourist attractions.

The breakfast offered seemed expensive €21. The neighborhood can be tricky if you are a solo traveler.

Good location, very close to the station. Staff were very helpful at check in and checkout. Not the cleanest area around the station but no fault of the hotel.

I stay here regularly in between train connections for the proximity to the station. It is the typical main station neighbourhood but the hotel itself is nice and clean.

the property itself is very good, but in last few yeRs the vicinity has become full of drug users even on main street. My taxi drivers noted that too.

Welcoming & friendly staff, very comfortable bed for this price class, decent room overall. Located closely to the Frankfurt HBF, about a short 5 minutes walk.

the blanket & bed could've been a bit longer, common issue for taller people like myself (1.95m). The room was pretty clean, just a bit dusty overall (lot of white dust specs on the TV e.g.), but nothing deal breaking.
