Big cheers for the staff. They were extremely polite and managed to accomodate every request. The room was very spatious and brand new. I liked the automations. The breakfast wasn't the usual buffet, but an 'a la carte' with a good variety of options. The nearby beach with sunbeds exclusively reserved for the hotel guests was very also very nice. I really enjoyed a good swim there. It was also very thoughful that the guest could make use of the hotel amenities (incl the beach and shower) after the check out time.

The view form my view was non-exixtent. The balcony was nice, but you couln't stay outside because there was an unpleasant fish smell from nearby fish taverns all day long. The photo with the pool was misleading. What I though was a pool, was essentially a buthtub.

I recently stayed at Chania Flair Boutique Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience! The location was fantastic, providing easy access to the beautiful sights of Chania. Our room had a spectacular view, making every moment spent there a delight. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options to start the day. What truly stood out, however, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with Georgia being an absolute standout. Her warmth and attention made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Chania Flair Boutique Hotel for anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Chania!

Breakfast was good. A reasonable amount of hot & cold items to be chosen from the menu and prepared fresh. A bakery trolley is wheeled from table to table with lots to choose from. Dinner on the roof terrace was so good. . was delicious. Can definitely recommend the Truffle Risotto starter (one of the best risotto's I've ever had), the Sea Bass fillet mains and the Aged Beef Ribeye mains. All the staff, from Waiters/Waitresses, Receptionists and Housekeeping were very helpful and friendly.

After ordering then receiving yoghurt for breakfast, invariably the next course of eggs & bacon or onelette arrived too soon. Some juggling of plates required to accept two dishes at the same time. Just need a little more time to elapse between courses.

We had an exceptional experience at Flair. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Chania and this would be our first choice for accommodations if we’re ever in Chania again. Check-in was seamless, immediately greeted by professional concierge and hotel staff offering snack and refreshments while you check-in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Best breakfast I ever had at a hotel, fresh and delicious. Rooftop has heated pool, sauna, clean/new gym with great sea views. The staff made scheduling our transportation and excursions super easy. Overall the staff was world class but I want to give a special shout out to Georgia, Mia, Aspasia and Manolas for making our stay unforgettable.

The location was fantastic as the beach was a only a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel and Chania old town a 10 minute walk. All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure that you had a comfortable stay. Georgina at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, together with the other receptionists. Breakfast was great with a good choice of items. Our room was spacious and the hotel itself was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Just about everything, great position, lovely new and modern room, superb breakfasts, however in a lifetime of travel I have never come across such wonderful staff. Always smiling, always helpful… after a week we felt like a part of the family and we were very sad to leave!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice for breakfast - the Cretan yoghurt was especially tasty (with honey, walnuts & cinnamon). Watching the sunset from the rooftop pool was memorable.

The location, rooms, bathroom were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating.

Limited hours for the gym. Gym was gorgeous and I wanted to use it in the evening but it is off limits after 6 pm.

Everything. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was amazing and with wide variety. The restaurant had delicious food. My boyfriend is celiac and the staff was able to adapt the food and make it gluten free. The staff accommodated every request in the best ways.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel. It’s very clean and the service is unbelievable. Also, it is close to the beach which was very important for us. 

There was nothing about the hotel that we did not like.
