The location of the property is 3 min walk from the milano central train station and to the local metro station which means its easy to go onto day trips outside and in milan The room size was decent There are near by restaurants and a Arabic Yemeni restaurant near by. Staff are nice. The toilet is spacious and room service is good. Lots of places were you can hang your stuff

It is in a great location, very close to the Central station (Metro). The reception is great and friendly. Everything is comfortable in the room. The internet is very fast. I recommend it to everyone.

During my stay, the facade was being renovated. But it didn't spoil the impression.

It's very convenient as it's close to the central train station, which is why we booked it,. The room was clean & beds were comfortable, plus the bathroom was good. The room was a good size (& liked the large closet to store our luggage). The staff was friendly.

Family rooms are on the ground floor & ours (12) faced what looked like a garage/construction site, so we didn't want to open the windows (dirt & safety), nor did we want to open the curtains (privacy), so it felt like a windowless room, which was unfortunate. However, we only needed the room to sleep in for one night so it was OK. Wouldn't have wanted to stay in that room longer. Ask for a room on a higher floor.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the central station which was very convenient. Room was really specious, clean and comfortable for a family with one 5 year old kid. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. Our special gratitude and thanks to russian speaking hotel attendant Katia as she was very friendly and carefull about our comfortable stay not only in the hotel but in the city in general.

Close to all public transport & next to central station to travel to/from airport & other destinations. Very helpful staff & could speak English. Let us leave some luggage at no additional cost whilst we were away for 2 nights in between our stay.

We stayed 2x3 nights (splitting the holiday to travel to Switzerland via Bernina Express), 2 part of stay, small double room next to late night/early morning noises. Would have liked an option to eat evening meal there.

The room was spotless, nicely decorated, provided everything in toiletries and tea/coffee dyi staff. Bedsheets and towels were replaced in daily basis. The hotel is in a convenient location - 3 minutes walking distance from milano centrale, metro, tram stations for an easy access to the city center. 24 hours reception, friendly and helpful staff, with good English communication skills. Overall great value for money!!Highly recommended, especially to solo travellers and/or to those who plan to base their accomodation in Milan for daily visits to other nearby places like Como lake, Switzerland etc.

Nice and clean hotel with very very kind and professional staff. Good location, so close to Milan Railway Central station (Milano Centrale), Urban Metro, tramway and airport shuttle bus stations, only in 2-3 min. walking. Receptionists were very professional and welcoming, specially receptionist Mateo who was so friendly, kind and helpful. He helped to choose a comfortable room at check-in, also gave me very good advices for visiting sightseeing places and using public transport. Grazie mille Mateo!

Being upgraded to a bigger room. Facilities in the room/bathroom even if i didn't use some of them. It was in the perfect location as I needed to be within walking distance of the station but also walking distance to my follow on destination.

the QR code on the TV for access to the room service menu didn't work. I reported this to reception and asked if there was another way I could receive the menu and although staff were helpful, saying I could call room service later to receive the menu this didn't meet my needs. I had to go out to the local shop instead.

Good location, just a few minutes' walk from Central Station which was convenient when arriving from the airport and for getting about during the stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was absolutely fine with a comfortable bed and a good sized shower, and was cleaned daily which was nice (though not really required!) Having breakfast included was good as it just ensured you had something decent to start the day. Fare was quite simple (small cereal selection, continental breakfast) so not ideal if you want a fully cooked breakfast although there were some cooked breakfasts available for a fee. Tried the restaurant one night and whilst the pizza was good and reasonably priced, the choice wasn't the best. Useful in a pinch or if you're feeling lazy though! Despite being close to the main station the street outside was very quiet and the rooms seemed well soundproofed against corridor noise / noise from adjoining rooms. Appreciated having a safe in the room.

Nothing major! Property provides largely what you'd expect from a major chain. You pay a little extra for the peace of mind of knowing that you'll get a decent standard. A little more range on breakfast / dinner menu would be good but that's nit-picking given most people aren't going to travel to Milan then only use the hotel's dining facilities!

Hotel has a very good location near the Milano Centrale. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are quiet are well organised. Breakfast with a lot of choice and quality food. Always enjoy coming here for my stays in Milano !

No hot water in the morning to take the shower... I mean, it was icy water. Calling the reception I have been told that it is a problem coming from the street... and they has no clue when it would be fixed. This kind of unpleasant situation shall be avoided as much as possible, espcially if it is something which was planned in advance. (I was wondering how come Best Western doesn't have a back up plan for hot water ?).
