Comfortable, good A/C, great staff, quite good breakfast, plenty of restaurant nearby, not too far from U-bahn.

Room lighting a bit dark and murky, no mini-fridge just some albums and a record player that didn't work properly, drinking glasses were all small, basically good for whiskey, but 1/4 the size of a normal glass. Breakfast was nice but could benefit from some sliced melon or pineapple. Music at breakfast was always moody and depressing, something just a tad more upbeat to start the day might be better.

The location is very good and the interior design was amazing and the rooms were clean. The second day receptionists named Niki and Stefanie were very helpful and did their best to show the hospitality of the hotel and give a vibe of customers are welcomed.

I often write positive review. But this time as originally we planned to stay for two days, unfortunately, the first day after unprofessional behavior of the first day receptionist named Firas we decided to leave the hotel. First he was not at the reception desk, (either paying billiard or drink at the bar) then He kept asking personal questions, providing awkward atmosphere and very disrespectful behaviors especially to the ladies. We got more vibe of being in tabak shop than Max Brown hotel hotel. However thanks to the other days receptions we stayed another day and it was good. Incidentally, I strongly suggest that he will have proper training to be educated how to communicate with customers in the level of Max Brown hotel management. The interior matched the pictures and the facilities were well kept. I came across the spa by accident on afternoon and enjoyed a relaxing session while's watching the sunset over the quiet block behind the hotel. Air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the heatwave! I also loved the foyer's design - definitely a vibe. We did not make use of the bar or breakfast but it looked decent.

Not much to complain about to be honest, checking in (and out) was a breeze, the area was lovely, all and all a good option for a short stay in Vienna. The only thing I could think of was that you need to walk a little bit further to reach main tourist attractions but we enjoyed the morning strolls to our destinations.

The hotel is relatively well-located. It’s not very central, but it’s quite close to a metro station that takes you directly to the city center in just four stops. The hotel is extremely clean, has a super cool decor, the breakfast is delicious, and the bed is very comfortable. They gave each guest a key, which was a very simple but great advantage, as many hotels provide only one key for all guests, and you have to pay extra if you want more.

The only thing I didn’t like about breakfast was that the scrambled eggs weren’t very… they weren’t fresh. They seemed a bit dry and cold. Other than that, the experience was wonderful.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and the experience was great, the check in process was quick and easy and our room was kept very clean throughout our stay. I have to mention two members of staff who have made sure that my boyfriend and I felt at home. Firaz from reception was very kind and never once refused to beat my boyfriend in a game of 8ball pool (he’s for sure a pro) and Marton the barista who is as good at making cocktails as he is bad at playing pool (just kidding)! If you get the chance to stay in this hotel which I would highly recommed, please say hi to Firaz and Marton from Marko and Stasa.

Everything war perfect.

The best hotel in Vienna! And maybe not just in Vienna. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The design of the hotel is very special and cool! In Lost style. Our room had a huge balcony with the sofa and vinyl record player in the room! There is a pool table to play. Very good breakfast! Good verity of fresh delicious food. Very polite, helpful and hospitable staff. Will definitely stay in this hotel each time we are in Vienna and will recommend my friends.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely location, it will be very lovely once renovations have been done. The main lady on reception is also super helpful and friendly she will also recommend places to go etc. it’s fab as a hub to just sleep and go.

Air-con was consistently warm even on -3, No tea/coffee in the room, not even a kettle. Lighting isn’t great. A lil bit messy because there’s lots of building work. No gym or sauna which was advertised. Very basic rooms at the moment as they haven’t been fully finished. A couple of rude staff members. If you’re looking to go here I would wait until the hotel has been finished as it’ll be lovely then.

Room suited our needs. Had the facilities we required. Breakfast area is nice Bar area is good too Staff were nice to talk to. Foyer area is a nice place to relax Pool table to play on Check in and out is simple Lovely hot shower in the room Tv in the room Room was nice and warm. Ideal as we were there in cold January.

Advertised with a record player in the room, but ours never had one. Reported bare wires hanging out the wall by the phone. But no action was taken. May not been electrical wires but not a pretty sight.
