The breakfast is fabulous, staff is helpful, location is awesome (nearby main railway station).

Unfortunately we had the problem with TV: you can't share entire screen from device because TV isn't connected to Wi-Fi. And there are limited settings for user, so you can't connect TV to Wi-Fi yourself. Moreover, can't see the real difference between Superior Room and Standard Double Room - I think it's a little bit overpriced.

Amazing breakfast, design interior very pleasant and appealing, interesting technology implemented. Oh yes and free coffee that was actually pretty decent.

Can only regulate temperature with a slide bar on the tablet not knowing the desired output in Celsius, and also not controling the fan speed.

Very hot in the room overnight as if the aircon wasn’t working and even when the reception staff tried to sort it out it was still too warm fur me.

Having visited around 15 countries a bit of everywhere, I can safely state this was my top 1 lodging experience ever. This hotel is a masterpiece, boutique-like atmosphere, tech-savvy vibe, and super nice people (at the reception and at the bar as well ; S/O to Piotr from the latter, great vibe!). Everything about the stay was pitch perfect: the location, the room, the ease of practicality thanks to the tablet-enabled features, cleanliness timely and on point... On my last day, ordered lunch from the hotel's restaurant and it was excellent. I truly am grateful (and feel lucky) for that last-minute change from the hotel I had picked initially to the Puro. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave... :(

Extra pillows and towels were provided on request. The staff was helpful with outside reservations, directions, and suggestions. The location is perfect - we mostly walked to our destinations. Breakfast (both buffet and made-to-order options) was fantastic and so was dinner. We ate dinner there the first night because of our late arrival, but the food was so good we ended up eating dinner there a second night during our stay as well. Twenty-four hour free access to tea, coffee, and delicious hot chocolate (it's not the instant powder kind)!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with great views. One of the standout features was how everything in the room was controlled including lighting, temperature, phone and room service was controlled by a tablet, which added a real touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large TV was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. A nice added bonus was the Marshall speaker in the room. It was great to play some music while getting ready to go out for dinner. The location is excellent! Galeria Krakowska is literally on your doorstep, which is super convenient for shopping, dining, or grabbing a coffee. The Old Town is only about a 5 minute walk away, and there's a tram stop right outside, making it really easy to get around the city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

One thing to be aware of is that our room did not have air conditioning. We were lucky that our room didn’t face the sun, which helped a bit, but it still got quite stuffy at times, especially during the warmer parts of the day. It would definitely be nice to have the option of air conditioning, particularly if visiting in the summer months.

I stayed for three days. The location served me perfectly. Close to train/bus station and short walk to old town. Everything was modern and well-organized. The staff was super-helpful and nice. Room was kept clean and pillows were awesome. I appreciated coffee machine in the lobby and when they brought 2 cans of water everyday while cleaning. Avocado sandwich at the breakfast was great.

There were some issues with the room card lightning & pad-combination so I had to reset the key couple times. Noises from the corridor can be heard a little bit too well. So not the best thing for light sleepers. At the breakfast I felt a bit that I had to hurry. Maybe it could last til 11. There could have been better fish selection and some fresh berries instead of jams.

Lovely room, great decor and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location right by the main train station. Literally 5 mins from platform. Also only 10 min walk from the Old Town. Loved the free 24/7 self-serve coffee machine in the lobby with cups and takeaway cups. Fantastic facility. Breakfast was good and included at a reasonable price. They allowed us to check in slightly early which was appreciated. Bar area looked lovely although we did not have a drink.

Room was on the smaller side but we booked the most basic room so I suppose that’s fair. We stayed in 3 hotels during our time in Warsaw & Krakow and this was the most expensive with the smallest room. But very nice.

The property was perfectly located in the city center next to the big Galeria Krakowska (shopping mall) and the central station. It is only a short walk to the old town. The 24/7 coffee station was a big plus and also the interior was super nice. Also a big thank you to Ola the receptionist, she helped us with all our needs and was super friendly every time we asked her for any advice!!

We came by car and there was barely any space to unpack our luggage so we had to park at the parking meter. also the rooms are pretty small and there is no soundproof door to have your own privacy in the bathroom…

Excellent location, very close to Krakow railway station, which is convenient for travelers. The hotel offers private parking, which is a big plus for those arriving by car. The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Lighting in the room is pleasant and creates a cozy atmosphere. The view from the window was decent and added to the overall experience.

The price of parking is quite expensive, which adds significantly to the overall cost. Sound insulation is very poor — noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was clearly audible. The room felt quite small compared to other hotels of a similar category. The hotel price seems too high for the value and comfort it offers. During our stay, the hotel was crowded, and it was difficult to find a free table during breakfast.
