This hotel is right next door to the main Geneva rail station, so a fantastic location for our late night arrival. The room was huge, with a separate large bathroom and washbasin, and nicely appointed. The room faced the rail line but was very quiet.

It was a little distressing to arrive late at night to find the front door locked and no sign of any staff. We found a doorbell, but it was not marked, and we were uncertain if it would raise any attention. I went looking around in the dark, and finally someone sauntered up to let us in and check us in. Also, getting our luggage up the steep front steps was a little challenging so this hotel might not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Next to Geneva train station, perfect location. The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was simple but nice price, cheaper than Burger King and have a fantastic view.

(1) The staff at the concierge are nice but they all lack of respect and smiles. I stayed in the hotel for a week and met with different staff and they all had the same board face. (2) The luggage room is also kind of insecure as we are allowed to go in and out to get our own bags. There is no staff to help with the baggage. (3) They are still using the traditional way of handling room keys, with a real key labelled with room number. You go out and handover the key to the concierge but they give the keys to anyone (I suppose) without checking their identity.

- literally opposite geneva train and tram station, very easy to get to even with suitcases - the gentleman at concierge (sorry unsure his name) that checked us in was very friendly and helpful - room size was bigger than i expected, triple room included three single beds, and still plenty of space to open two suitcases - small gym and sauna available and free, booking not required. Sauna shared by all genders but i didnt see anyone using during our stay - place well maintained, bathroom was comfortable - lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby - three elevators so never had to wait long

- i asked not to have a room at the end of the corridor via booking.com, yet was given one; unsure whether that was the only triple room - the door key was a bit bulky

Breakfast more variety or changes some of the dishes. I ate the same dishes for 9 days.

The location was very convenient the the rooms were connecting which is great for a family of 4. Our view from the room was good. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they had luggage storage which was amazing.

We could hear the police/ambulance sirens almost all night long even though we were in the 9th floor. The air conditioner did not cool the rooms enough. The water temperature from the shower changed 2-3 times while showering so the water went from cool to extremely hot quite often. The hotel restaurant only served breakfast and it wasn't very diverse.

The location is really a hit in this hotel, basically when you come out of the train station, it is just the on the next block thus its basically just 2 minutes walk. When you have luggage, it was not an issue at all just going from the train station to the hotel. The room was bigger than what i expected plus clean and comfortable bed. Its also just walking distance away from the main part of the city of Geneva which is quite convenient.

Nothing in the hotel i didn't like, all i basically like and i would highly recommend the hotel to stay in to my friends and all the other out there.

The hotel is situated right next to the station, so was really convenient. We had arrived a little early, just expecting to drop our bags, but the lady on the desk was so helpful, and she gave us early access to our rooms, and which were two rooms across from each other at the very end of the corridor, but which had an additional outer door, turning the two rooms into a suite. This was so accommodating and helpful. The rooms are extremely modern, well-furnished, and comfortable.

Absolutely nothing we can think of.

Perfect location with Cornavin Central Station just downstairs. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, huge and perfect to rest but also to work if needed. Views from the breakfast room at 8th floor are fantastic, and the people working there and also cleaning the rooms are efficient and nice.

Maybe breakfast should include more healthy/fit options. Also a few members of the staff at the reception desk lacked some different cultures awareness, but nothing too serious if they take the appropriate training to improve their soft skills on this topic.

Perfect location, access to hotel via Metro Shopping underground (hotel entry at the top of the Metro stairs) so no need to cross busy streets (cars, trams, busses). Close to iconic places (e.g. Cafe de Paris) and easy walk to lakeside areas and places of interest, shopping etc. Room adequate, comfortable 9th floor room nice and quiet and nice views from corridor. Bathroom adequate, practical Not too crowded/busy so lift easily available anytime with no delay

TV too small and no streaming services (e.g. Netflix). Bathroom light shines into bedroom, but only an issue if two persons (bathroom visit during the night might disturb the sleeping guest) There is an entry ramp at front steps but way too steep to be useful for wheelchair or wheeled luggage without assistance. Shame there is no bar area on ground floor for refreshments

Very nice location. Just rigt beside the train station and walking distance to the bus station and the city center. And eventhpugh its very near to the trainstation, you dont hear any noise. The soundproofing seems to be very good as well. The room and bathroom are very spacious. The breakfast area is located at the top floor with panoramic view.

Seems like the air condition was already off specially on our second day when it became cold outside. It was indicated though beside the thermostat that during cold season the air conditioning will be off.. probably because its centralized and need to switch into heaters instead.
