Location is excellent. Very comfortable room with lovely balcony. Lovely staff.

For such an expensive hotel, it’s ridiculous to have to pay €1 to change pool towels, €10 to use fridge and €18 to use the safe. These should be included as standard. Also, glass door on bathroom is poor design as is the lack of any hooks.

Extremely comfortable, very clean, pleasant, helpful staff, excellent variety of food in the main dining room.

It is in a very busy, sometimes noisy location. The area around it is very built up. The hotel itself seemed at times an oasis of calm in its midst!

I loved the breakfast! The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and the environment was clean and elegant.

I was very disappointed with the Italian restaurant. I chose it for my last night at the hotel, expecting an authentic pizza experience, but the pizza was terrible. Given the name "Italian restaurant," I expected much better quality and taste. Also, the lift was not efficient, it stopped at every floor, making the journey unnecessarily long.

Top position! Less than 15 minutes by taxi from the Airport, direct access to the beach, 30 minutes by car for from the Teide park. All inclusive hotel: very good restaurants, gym, swimming pools, day and night entertainment. If you like you can just spend the entire vacation inside the hotel. Otherwise you can easily find a way to organise excursions, trips around the island and outdoor activities. Very nice staff. We were here the 31st of December. The hotel organised a super dinner and post party.

It doesn't have a real wellness center, there is just a sauna and a massage center.

The location of the resort was excellent. The staff was phenomenal in every area. The sea room is stunning with beds and pillows that are extremely comfortable. The size of and number of pillows on the bed were spectacular! The resort activities were great. The food was delicious.

I didn't like paying for a sea room every night and not getting a sea room my first night. The room I had to stay in was ok, but not worth the loss of money I paid for a sea room.

Location was great , not happy that we didn’t get a breakfast pack to take with us on our last day as we had to leave early , staff member was quite blunt to say NO quickly other hotels have always accommodated a takeaway pack for us Am I going to get compensated for losing one days of a Buffett breakfast , I’d say no , quick to take the payment but not to fullfil a suitable customer request

There was loud repetitive music everywhere. The evening entertainment was mediocre. While there were different performers, it seemed like they played the same songs. The clientele is mainly elderly and attention should be payed to the sound level. Country and Western music would be an idea,

Everything, staff so friendly, everything so convenient, couldn’t be closer to the beach, pool, food, activities, everything was very very good, I loved how it said on booking.com it was fully booked out but it was never overly packed anywhere throughout our stay, always loungers available etc

Loud music at night as we went to bed early around 10pm every night but it didn’t effect us too much, it’s fine if you like to sleep with noise

Excellent location, staff were lovely and always willing to help. Beautiful hotel and wonderful food. Winter sunshine was great too. Our flight wasn’t until the evening of the check out day and we were allowed continued all inclusive access and a complimentary room for a shower before getting collected from the hotel. Truly great experience and would recommend this hotel to others as well as stay there again ourselves.

The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Hotel was very clean and staff pleasent. I liked the area, but it was a little busy for me and that would be one thing that would stop me returning. There were far too many electric scooters about and tandem mobility scooters that seemed to be used by people regardless of whether they actually needed them. The area is lively but also very beautiful. I like the fact that you were unable to reserve sunbeds with towels, but I did not like the fact that peoples towels were being removed and then they were returning back to the sunbed they had reserved and being hostile towards people that were then on that bed, not knowing that the previous persons towels had been removed.

I did not enjoy the noise, but I guess that is to be expected in High season. The hotel was lovely and the area had some really pleasant beauty spots, to sit and enjoy an evening meal.
