There are plenty of available sunbeds by the main pool. This could depend on that we were visiting during "low season" just a few weeks before Christmas, but we never had any problem finding a free bed or seats by the pool bar. The pool bar is cozy and has friendly staff who are attentive. Prices are very reasonable. The apartments are spacious, although the balcony is a bit small for 4 adults. Amenities as expected in a 3-star apartment(toaster, kettle, and even a hairdryer in the bathroom)apt also have a big fridge, which is always a plus! 24 hours reception is a plus. Not all 3 star have that. Reception staff are helpful.

Cleaning was not very good during our 7 days. Towels were changed as expected, not every day (4 star and up if you want to have daily changes). Floors were not swabbed very well at any time during our stay, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There was no brush or sponge to clean the dishes in the apartment. The placement of the TV was very weird. A small LED TV in the corner of the room, and it's not even placed in front of the sofa, so to watch it you had to twist your head. In front of the sofa is instead a big mirror so you can look at your self...why not put a big screen TV there ??? Only one of the bedrooms has a closet, so very limited space for clothes when you are 4 persons. The pool is not heated, very cold!

Loved the small friendly main pool area and bar, played great music (there was a separate quiet pool for those who dont like music when relaxing round the pool)

Bar could have been managed better, in the morning there was only one lady there to serve food and drinks and she was run off her feet so one morning couldnt get breakfast as she was drowning in dirty dishes. Didnt get her name but she was lovely and did her best but she needed an extra pair of hands ! Rooms were fine, we had no complaints but no air con so wouldnt like to be there in the summer (we went in March) Also we didnt find the reception to be the most friendly but other than checking in and out we didnt have any other interaction It was a nice 15 minute walk down to the beach but was a bit of a killer walking back up the hill after a few vinos (unfortunately there was an accident on the main road so no taxis was available) but we got our steps in :)

Review: I had a fantastic stay at Aparthotel Neptune Costadeje! Sergio and Andrey were incredibly helpful, suggesting the best things to do in Tenerife and guiding me on where to find the nearest supermarket and the easiest ways to reach different attractions. The apartment itself was spotless, very quiet, and had a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the riviera and the sea. A perfect place for a relaxing stay—highly recommended! 🌟🌊✨

The aparthotel has a great location and is generally comfortable, but there are some key missing amenities that would make the stay much better. The kitchenette lacks an oven and a washing machine, which would be expected in an aparthotel. Also, they should at least provide basic essentials like drinking water, tea bags, coffee, milk, and sugar—small touches that make a difference. The TV is quite small, and the internet connection is very poor, making it difficult to stream or work online. Overall, decent stay but could be improved with a few simple upgrades.

We liked the heated pool, the environment was nice, very nice to relax and work or just relax in general, especially the bar area. Value for money was amazing the time we went. Good location if you have a car

The heated pool closed around 4 every day, I think it’s a bit early for that it would be nice if it stayed open longer, we don’t watch tv anyways but for anyone who does it was so small and no signal + kept cutting out, the cleaners didn’t clean every day if your someone who wants it done all the time, the bar food is average nothing special. Gym is useless broken equipment + no real equipment. The hill is a problem if you don’t have a car or want to take taxis or scooters

The staff are very friendly and always ready to help where they can. The facilities are very good. You are in your own space, and it feels more like home. Even if they don't speak English, they make sure they help. Beautiful island to visit with families, friends, or spouses. I will definitely recommend this apartment to all my friends and families. Beautiful apartment . You can eat out or in. There is a supermarket down the road. If you need essentials and easy access to taxis and buses. I will definitely visit again. The cleaners empty your bins every day, which is nice.

These are very beautiful apartments in the stairs there are cob Web it could be a little bit more cleaner but never mind it it's beautiful apartment anyway.

It was in good location, nice view from the balcony. the swimming pool was great and the staff was very helpful. The bar was also great advantage. I would say the price is equivalent to the standard and I would recommend it. But there are 2 things they should work on soundproofing the rooms and standard of the cleaning.

There is no soundproof, you will hear the Tv from neighbour rooms and people talking, was expecting that but not to that extend. The apartment was nice, but the standard of cleaning is very poor. When we arrive the mirrors were dirty and lots of trash on the floor.

Price was good! Beds were comfortable enough. Good view from balcony. Kitchen was nice with everything necessary. Big supermarket nearby and small shop few steps away. 15min downhill to the beach. Taxi back to hotel from Las americas around 12€ (dont use Uber, taxi is cheaper)

Saw some dead cockroaches on the stairs. It was quite loud. Apartment was quite basic tbh with outdated furniture. Finding parking spot was a challenge. We ended up parking on the other side of the highway (sea side) at a small gravel parking lot. But for the price it was great place to stay, especially if you just need a place to sleep

For families with older children this is an excellent choice, as it offers a two bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and lots of space. The apartment was good, and clean, but I have to say the grounds were absolutely immaculately looked after, with constant care from gardeners and painters which had the place spotless and really beautiful looking. Stunning sunset views as it's up the hill too. The bar was great with fabulous cold beers (glasses from the freezer!) and the adult pool was divine. For us, with a car, it was a great option as there's free parking on the street (limited - sometimes had to park the street over) but still a walk to the main town

The big pool was unheated and that meant we didn't get to use it much, it was simply too cold. This would be the only thing preventing me from rebooking as I loved it otherwise.

Apartment was good for 4 people with comfy beds. Kitchen had all necessary equipment. The apartment was on a ground floor and only a few steps from the pool, bar and reception areas. The pool was lovely (impressed there was a life guard on duty every day) with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar was very good for drinks or reasonably priced food. Music was very good and not too loud. Any staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. There was a nice chilled atmosphere. Would recommend.

Location was up very steep hill but I was aware of that and used readily available taxis frequently. Decor was a bit dated but no problem. Second bedroom did not have a window and was dark but again this was ok as only used to sleep at nights. There was no air conditioning- we didn’t need this but may be needed when temperatures rise. Even with these comments I would still recommend very much.

Apartments were good, the view we had from our balcony was amazing. Basic in the apartment but good for a short stay. Pool areas were good, and the bar served breakfast and lunch snacks. Handy if you didn't want to cook. 2 shops right outside or superdino 5 minute walk away. Reception staff very helpful.

Room needed a little update, sofa, bathroom. A double bed or bed that connects would be good. Not everyone likes to sleep apart. Didn't affect our break though, we had a lovely time.
