Room: Quite spacious room with confortable bed, working desk and small sofa. Time to time cleaning was take care except the last day. Breakfast: standard europeon breakfast with bread, butter and coffee was served. There were couple of fruits as well. Location: Hotel is situated in Andel which is quite close to quite a few place, attractions, restuarants and bars. There is an indian resturant just next to it. Andel Metro, tram and bus stations were at walking distance of 800 M.

Facilities: Room has plug points which were very much as per the local standards. NH being a global chain should have provided at one plug point which was of international standard.

Great location, direct access to shopping and a tram hub. Very good base to explore Prague from. Lively outside, but quiet inside. Loved the mattress, very nice and firm. The breakfast choices are extensive, you'll definitely find your favourites. Didn't get to test the gym because we were so busy exploring the city.

The doors don't close very well, so you occasionally have to really work to get them to properly shut. The safe doesn't fit laptops.

Its a really nice and clean hotel with really friendly staff. We only booked breakfast for the first day but it had everything you need for a breakfast on your vacation. My highlight were the freshly baked omelettes and the little pastries. Everything was delicious. Only vegan options could be improved. They had plant milk but nothing else so I switched to a vegetarian diet during our stay. In the lobby there was water, apples and little snacks all day long for free! In less than 5 minutes you can reach a huge mall and the tram/metro station. Anyways, we didn't use the metro since it's only 30 mins to walk until you reach Charles Bridge from the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like is the way we mainly used to reach the hotel (because its what's google maps tells you) passing the bus parking lot because we had to pass a not so nice place with a not so nice smell ;( and it didn't feel that safe. We soon found a better but little longer way.

A beautiful view of Prague from the top floor, which can be reached by cable car, delicious breakfast, wide selection also for children. Clean room and huge beds :)

The parking fee is lower for hotel guests, but there is no guarantee of booking a space, I wanted to pay for my stay upon check-in, but unfortunately I couldn't, after long conversations I gave up and paid upon check-out, I didn't think it would be a problem, but despite that, the stay was very pleasant

The location was excellent. Accessible from and to any part of the city. Also the staff helped organise a surprise for my wife for our anniversary.

The wifi connection was really very slow and the staff mentioned nothing can be done about it as there were many people in the hotel. This cannot be an acceptable reply from such a reputed hotel.

Amazing location close to (or in central) of Prague. Easily accessible by car. There are two hotels, which are linked by a funicular. The restaurant on the top is really amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, it can get a bit crowded though when some organised tour turns up. Room design is nice and pure, a bit more basic than I would expect from a 4 star hotel but we could not complain, beds were nice and spacious and good tea selection was offered by staff in the morning. We even got a nice little balcony facing the park on the other side of the hotel. Supermarkets, shopping mall, local market, plenty of restaurants, pubs, beer gardens, tube (metro), trams are in 5 minutes walk. There was plenty of parking places when we arrived. Parking lot is also closed for the night for additional safety (you can use it over night but you need to talk to reception)

Nothing (serious) really. Be prepared that the exit from the car park is a bit tight. The menu of the restaurant was somewhat limited (perfect for a 1 or 2 nights stay), but as we stayed longer we decided to try restaurants nearby.

Very friendly staff, liked the small venicular to the other part of hotel containing spa, other rooms and rooftop bar. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. I didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner but did have a snack in the bar, which was very good and reasonably priced. Shout out to the excellent idea of a free drink if you don't have your towels changed in the idea of saving the planet. The hotel is about 30 minutes' walk to the river and start of the 'attractions'. The hotel is very near a large shopping centre inc Tescos (if you feel the need).

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. However, I was a little disappointed with the size of the free safe within the room as we couldn't fit our tablets (computers) in it. Sized for jewellery, wallets & some paper work. This left us slightly anxious about leaving the computers in our cases - there was no issue though.

I liked my room - it was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, responsive and cooperative.

I would have enjoyed more variety at breakfast. An egg stand would have been a plus to provide freshly made eggs with different options cooked to one's liking.

Excellent location of the hotel, walking distance from a large mall with a giant food court & convenient public transport to the heart of the city. Large rooms, comfy beds, fantastic breakfast & views from the hallways. Great little extra attraction in the form of the cable car going to NH Collection hotel with incredible views of the Prague from the Sky Lounge patio.

Terrible Wi-Fi, I couldn't stay connected for more than 30 seconds in the room, connection was better in the lobby & the restaurant. Also, there was a quite large black moldy spot on the ceiling of my bathroom. Didn't bother me too much but it's there and should've been cleaned. Room 1663. Also: VERY tight parking garage. Don't even try to park with a larger / longer car. American SUVs & pick-ups - forget about it!

Great big room for a family with kitchen and spacious balcony, nice view of the city. Lovely green surraundings with cable car from hotel lobby to second NH restorant in the little forest like park Mrazovka. Nearby is a shopping mall Novy Smichov (100-200 m) and metro/tram station.
