I would like to share my recent experience at the Ibis Styles Hotel Jumeira, which was truly memorable and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team. I must give special recognition to Mr. Karim, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and genuinely caring attitude made an outstanding first impression. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was taken care of. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing helpful local tips, or responding to requests with efficiency and warmth, Mr. Karim truly set the standard for excellent customer service. His dedication made me feel not just like a guest, but a valued visitor. I would also like to thank other members of the front desk team—Mr. Hannine, Mr. Fazil, and Mr. Hamza—for their continuous support and friendliness. The housekeeping team, led by their manager Mr. Rohul, maintained my room impeccably. It was always clean, fresh, and welcoming, which added greatly to the comfort of my stay. An incident on my first day involved a dishonest taxi driver attempting to overcharge me. I turned to the hotel for help, and I was incredibly impressed by the swift and professional response of Operations Manager Mr. Shafi and Security Manager Mr. Aqib. Their quick thinking and calm handling of the situation not only resolved the issue but also made me feel completely supported and safe. For the rest of my stay, I chose to use the hotel car service, driven by Mr. Shamsol, who was consistently punctual, courteous, and professional—making every ride a pleasure. Lastly, I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Emad in the restaurant for his polite and welcoming service, which added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. In summary, my stay at Ibis Styles Hotel Jumeira was made exceptional by the incredible staff, whose outstanding service left a lasting impression. I think if the pool was located on the rooftop in open air, it would have been much better, offering a more relaxing and scenic atmosphere.

I like that the room is big and very clean. the room facilities look ultra-modern and stylish, and very functional. I like that the gym is open 24 hours and has water dispenser in it. I like that the lobby has a soccer table, which we were able to play with the other guests shortly after breakfast. 😊

I don't like that the waiters are almost pushing us out of the breakfast table. While we know breakfast is open only until 1030am, but we were on a vacation and still eating the food that we got from the buffet. so it would have been nicer had they given us time to relax and enjoy the experience a little bit more.

The staffs especially Fazil and Karim are helpful and makes our stay a breeze.

They should be a menu in the room so that we can take a look at it when ordering the food for room service.

This was my third visit to Ibis Styles Dubai Jumeirah, and it continues to impress. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room was equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, and eco-friendly toiletries. The blackout curtains and efficient air conditioning ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location in the Al Mina area offers easy access to Dubai's attractions. The breakfast buffet at Street Café was a highlight, offering a variety of hot dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries. The staff were attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. While the hotel provides essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour room service, it's worth noting that certain items like slippers may not be provided in the rooms. However, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations contributed to a pleasant stay. Despite the minor oversight regarding slippers, my stay was exceptional. The suite upgrade, convenient location, delicious breakfast, and attentive staff made for a memorable experience. I look forward to visiting again soon.

The gentleman in reception who handled my reservation was amazing. Booking.com was terrible and canceled my reservation because they are worthless idiots who only scree things up. The hotel receptionist was right on point and recreated the booking at the same price and offered small concessions to make the stay memorable. The hospitality there is amazing even when booking.com tries to ruin your trip.

Restaurant supervisor had a terrible attitude. Don’t pay for meals. Booking.com is the worst way to book your stay. Booking.com canceled my reservation while I was on a 16 hour flight because I didn’t respond to them within a few hours. Idiots that just charge your card but don’t have a call center staffed if you need to get ahold of them or straighten anything out. These crooks put a $850 hold on my credit card for another stay in America they failed to even book and it’s just been holding $850 in suspense for more than a month now. Freaking crooks.

The hotel, like every other in this chain, is very predictable—in a good way. You can expect high-quality service, a pool, and a gym—all definite pluses. However, the size of the room I received was disappointing. The breakfasts were delicious, the location was quite good, and the hotel was well connected—close to a bus stop and just a few minutes by taxi to the metro station.

Room – At the very beginning, the hotel surprised us by claiming that our reservation for four people (2 adults, 2 children aged 13 and 10) was actually for two. The room was a double with just one bed. We were forced to pay for an extra bed at a rate of 100 AED per night. I have never encountered anything like this on Booking.com. Whenever I booked accommodation for four people, I always received a room with enough space. Someone prepared the offer incorrectly—whether intentionally or by mistake. I am familiar with the Accor group and have valued it for years for its standards, but this time, I was very unpleasantly surprised. A double room should not be offered to a family of four.

I recently stayed at the ibis styles and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check in process was quick and efficient. AED 100 deposit (they refund this when you leave the hotel) The room was clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the comfy bed which made for a restful night. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby (great team, also here) very kind and caring people. Also the location was perfect - close to local attractions and easy to navigate. I also used the hotel fitness centre which was well equipped and well maintained. There is a bus stop outside the hotel + 12-18 AED from the hotel by taxi 🚕 if you need the metro.

There is no person who can take your suitcases from your room when you leave and when you arrive. It is very inconvenient for a girl to carry heavy suitcases. There is no way to open the window to air out the room. There is no way to dry things.

Really clean places. Really comortable pillow. Cleaning personnel reall friendly and helpful (I gad fever, and changed lining what I asked for). Air Condioner is silent and powerful. Room is large. Breakfast is a bit simple but very good. Very good gym. Cool pool indoor. Lovely kitchen workers prepared to me fruits as I requested as take away breakfast AM.1. I went to Public night Beach Jumeira and Kite Beach by bus no.8 front of the hotel.

No towel in the gym. It is nonsense, but I was told to put my shirt on in the gym, despite taht early area was closed, I was completely alone myself, and it's next to the pool behind window, where (you know) sexy tourist ladies can wear attractive bikinis.. I got only hairy chest. Olive oil was oxidized and smelled oxdized (could be in original green glass bottle).

Hotel I recently stayed at the ibis Styles Dubai June it's hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! From the moment I checked in, Fazil, the staff member who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. He was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. His warm hospitality set the tone for a pleasant stay. But it wasn't just Fazil - all the staff at the hotel were friendly and courteous. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff were efficient and attentive. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I highly recommend ibis Styles Dubai June it's hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Dubai. Special shoutout to Fazil for making my stay extra special!
