It was easy to find, park & check in. Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were pretty spacious & clean! Even the people staying there were really friendly. A lot of the reviews I feel are people expecting luxury hotels when in reality it’s a smaller hotel close to a humid and hot beach so it’s difficult to keep everything to people’s standards but it’s clean, spacious and everything worked well. We even lost a key & needed extra sheets and the frond desk was very helpful. Just be kind people.

Honestly I don’t think there was nothing we didn’t like or anything that bothered us.

Stayed here a few times. Always a great experience. Stayed this time to move daughter from UNCW. They were having some renovations done, so not hot breakfast, but that was great because we found Brunches restaurant. And it was amazing. We will stay here in the future. Staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy and fit our needs for short stays. 3rd floor housekeeping on 5/7/2025 was such a sweetheart.

Only downside was no spare bedding in the room. Front desk gave us some with no issue though.

Good location, clean bedding and comfortable beds Kitchenette was clean and dressers clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was nice and included a nice variety to choose from. We really enjoyed the lemon water in the entrance.

The sofa looked soiled, you can only guess the things that were on there. We covered it with a blanket to sit on it. Definitely needed cleaned. The base of the bed had something that looked like bowel movement or chocolate not sure. When we come back to the hotel, there was no place to park, we had to sit on the car about and your until we saw someone leave to park.

We found it easy check in, courteous staff, convenient location, and a good breakfast. We slept well in peace. Good size fridge and room amenities. Overall pretty good for $120 for family of 5.

On the downside, we did find a clean pack of socks with one pair missing in the coat closet. That said, the "missing pair" was balled up in the dresser drawer under the TV. It made for a good laugh as to why.... so not bad just odd. Housekeeping must have missed then or decided gloves are no match for them.

I checked into another hotel that I wasn’t happy with and at 12 am the clerk at comfort welcomed me and my young son in with open arms and a great attitude!!! Thank you

The pillows could of been better they were pretty flat

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly.

We arrived after dark and had a difficult time accessing the entry drive. The rooms were a bit dated and were not “clean” but the staff made up for the short comings.

I liked the employees! They are undergoing renovations right now which kinda messed a few things up but the employees are very nice.

Barely parking, can’t use stairs,bed kinda hard

The rooms was nice and the staff was friendly it was clean but GPS got confused coming into the parking lot and took us past it

The bed gave me a bad back ache and our key cards keep deactivating and we would have to get them reactivated at least 4 times in the 5 days we was there

It was late when we checked in, LaCreamy was very personal, pleasant, and cared about her customers. She was very friendly we enjoyed meeting and talking with her. Our room was cleaned, the bed was confrontable and there was a variety of food for breakfast. If I ever visit NC again, I will definatley stay at Confront Suites. We rode our motorcycle over on the ferry we were looking for a place to stay for the night. I read the comments from other customers I didn't see any bad reviews that concern me.

I have no complaints.
