We just stayed one night before traveling the next day. A normal average room in an airport hotel. The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the airport that runs even very early in the morning.

We got confused with the location, and ended in another Ibis hotel as there are 3 of them on the same road. This one, where we stayed, seems to be by far the busier and noisier one, there is queuing for register at the reception.

Adequate for what we needed. We stayed here twice, each for 1 night. The first time was just after we had arrived from Australia for our holiday, and the second was on our way back, prior to our flight to Oslo. We were able to enjoy the breakfast on our first stay, which was very good, both in terms of variety, quality and quantity. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was some confusion with the Hotel Hopper drivers as to which Ibis Hotel we were going to. I think Ibis should make the names clearer, since there are 3 Ibis hotels in the vicinity.

Easy access to the tube at Heathrow 2 and 3 using the Hotel Hoppa bus. Restaurant staff were pleasant and the food was good. Buffet breakfast was a good way to fill up for our treks to Tottenham Stadium, dinner menu had a decent variety of food and service was excellent. There were teams for a U13 girls football tournament staying at the same time as us so it filled up fast at breakfast but everything was kept topped up on the buffet line. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance as well,both in other hotels along Bath Road and private ones off the main road.

The room had a bit of an awkward layout and was small. Room was showing it's age a little.

Great location for Heathrow. Reasonably priced parking for location. Handy airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

In my experience Ibis is a reference brand providing clean rooms with basic but adequate features at reasonable prices so normally one knows what to expect and this stay confirmed the rule. Breakfast was fine with adequate choice and all the staff we dealt with was kind and welcoming.

The shuttle to the airport was not free as tipically is with airport hotels and for a group of 4 the overall cost was almost the same of the taxi ride when we arrived the night before. Being reasonably priced (mind I don't say budget, simply reasonable) shouldn't automatically mean you need to pay for the shuttle.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lobby is super comfortable if you need to wait. (I happily worked in the lobby for a few hours before I checked in and also after I checked out.) The rooms are comfortable and clean. Also, the showers had good water pressure. And the breakfast was decent enough. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is right near Heathrow, but because of the need to access it by bus, it's probably priced a wee bit lower. Although, it SEEMS like a hassle, there are lots of buses that you can get from Heathrow's Bus Terminal, basically leaving every few minutes. The Heathrow Hotel bus service, called the bus Hoppa is pretty useless and expensive so plan on using public buses. That being the case, if you have lots of luggage, this might not be your best option. If you can easily get on and off a bus with your luggage, then this is a good option.

We booked this hotel to be close the heathrow airport and BA head quarters. The location was brilliant, we was lucky to have rooms over looking the runway, which we enjoyed. Staff was all very friendly. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed,they even have snacks and drinks to purchase 24hrs which we thought was a great touch. We ate in the restaurant and all the food was fresh and tasty. The rooms have a kettle, tea& coffee , and a hair dryer. And two extra pillows ! Which we was really greatful to have , something lots of hotels don't seem to do. There is a ten pin bowling alley next door , which we used on our nights stay. So all in all ....we was really happy with the hotel for the reasonable price we paid ,it's a budget hotel but has a lot to offer and we would certainly stay here again.

there was someone at reception even after midnight when we arrived. it was clean and had tea and coffee making set up in the room.

I chose this property because it said it had an airport shuttle for £5. The shuttle actually required that we download an app and it was double the stated price for a ride to our hotel. then we learned that it wasn't available after midnight, when we arrived 4 hrs late due to a flight delay, causing us to have to pay for an expensive taxi. i dont think a shuttle of that nature should be listed as a property facility.

Reasonable price close to the airport. There's a shuttle bus which is pricey but reliable and a regular bus stops 300 yards away.

It was fine

We had to stay in London unexpectly due to my son getting ill. We stayed at another hotel for two nights but had to leave due to the noise. Booked this one due to decent price- Didn't know how lucky we would get!The staff was incredible. We were checking in way before check in time and they noticed my son looked peaked, so they let us check in early without the fee which we were so grateful for. The layout of the hotel looked fresh nand clean- even my 21yo was impressed! Rooms were very clean, loved the kettle and tea. Location was excellent- a few steps away from bus service and restuarants.the breakfast was well worth the price- loved the varities of food and beverage

the beds!! It was one of the worse beds I have ever slept in- felt like there was a rod in the middle of the bed. Also had some difficulty adjusting the heat- but overall- this place was GREAT
