We just stayed one night before traveling the next day. A normal average room in an airport hotel. The room was small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a convenient shuttle bus to the airport that runs even very early in the morning.

We got confused with the location, and ended in another Ibis hotel as there are 3 of them on the same road. This one, where we stayed, seems to be by far the busier and noisier one, there is queuing for register at the reception.

The price is very good value—only £65 per night per room including breakfast, which is amazing for London. The staff are extremely friendly and speak very good English, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is high quality and plentiful. My personal favourite was the croissant—fresh, buttery, and absolutely delicious! 🥐 The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The chambermaid did an excellent job every day, keeping everything tidy and fresh. The hotel also has plenty of car park spaces, which made things very convenient, and the location is fantastic—very close to the airport. Another great touch is the 24-hour self-service area where you can get snacks, drinks, and even pot noodles 🍜 at any time. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way—great service, comfort, and unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended for anyone staying near Heathrow!

Adequate for what we needed. We stayed here twice, each for 1 night. The first time was just after we had arrived from Australia for our holiday, and the second was on our way back, prior to our flight to Oslo. We were able to enjoy the breakfast on our first stay, which was very good, both in terms of variety, quality and quantity. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was some confusion with the Hotel Hopper drivers as to which Ibis Hotel we were going to. I think Ibis should make the names clearer, since there are 3 Ibis hotels in the vicinity.

An excellent location for us for our purposes. Catering was on point and hot meals were indeed not delivered ‘ luke-warm’ . The Property was very clean. The staff were so professional and efficient. The care and consideration given to us as a family with a 90 year old parent was excellent. Toilet facilities were great. We got a ground floor accommodation that assisted us with mum. We don’t normally use IBIS so we’re pleasantly surprised that we could indeed compare positively with other hotels. Yes, I would use IBIS again without reservation and in particular this one at Heathrow. I hope the other IBIS hotels have the same 5 star service for a 3 star hotel. If I had my way, all the staff would receive a pay rise!

We had 2 different stays here. One at the beginning of our trip and one at the end. It is a very convenient place to stay near the airport. It’s very clean and has a restaurant with plenty to choose from. The staff was wonderful.

The rooms are quite small, making it difficult to open your suitcase. Not all rooms have a/c. Some have what they refer to as “climate control”. My daughters were in a room where the “climate control” did not work so they had to switch rooms, where as mine worked fine. Knowing this, upon check-in for our second stay, I let the staff know and they put us in a room with an actual air conditioner!

I was greeted outside the door by Jonathan. he was very friendly and helped me inside with my bags. He also asked how long i would be there, and i told him i would leave by 9 am. He said he would be sure to get me a taxi. He also guided me to the desk and then to my room once i was checked in. Mustaufa helped me at the desk and was also very friendly and gave me an upgrade for my room. I was very happy with the beautiful hotel, the staff and the food. was a nice place to end my stay in Dubai. I will definitely consider staying here when i return. Thank you so much

Easy access to the tube at Heathrow 2 and 3 using the Hotel Hoppa bus. Restaurant staff were pleasant and the food was good. Buffet breakfast was a good way to fill up for our treks to Tottenham Stadium, dinner menu had a decent variety of food and service was excellent. There were teams for a U13 girls football tournament staying at the same time as us so it filled up fast at breakfast but everything was kept topped up on the buffet line. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance as well,both in other hotels along Bath Road and private ones off the main road.

The room had a bit of an awkward layout and was small. Room was showing it's age a little.

Great location for Heathrow. Reasonably priced parking for location. Handy airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

In my experience Ibis is a reference brand providing clean rooms with basic but adequate features at reasonable prices so normally one knows what to expect and this stay confirmed the rule. Breakfast was fine with adequate choice and all the staff we dealt with was kind and welcoming.

The shuttle to the airport was not free as tipically is with airport hotels and for a group of 4 the overall cost was almost the same of the taxi ride when we arrived the night before. Being reasonably priced (mind I don't say budget, simply reasonable) shouldn't automatically mean you need to pay for the shuttle.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The lobby is super comfortable if you need to wait. (I happily worked in the lobby for a few hours before I checked in and also after I checked out.) The rooms are comfortable and clean. Also, the showers had good water pressure. And the breakfast was decent enough. I'd stay there again.

The hotel is right near Heathrow, but because of the need to access it by bus, it's probably priced a wee bit lower. Although, it SEEMS like a hassle, there are lots of buses that you can get from Heathrow's Bus Terminal, basically leaving every few minutes. The Heathrow Hotel bus service, called the bus Hoppa is pretty useless and expensive so plan on using public buses. That being the case, if you have lots of luggage, this might not be your best option. If you can easily get on and off a bus with your luggage, then this is a good option.
