Great location for the City, and in quiet road, away from the main road noise and bustle. Really spacious rooms with good size twin beds in this case - loads of room to spread out and a lovely view of Tower Bridge. Room and bathroom, and communal areas of hotel were spotless too. We had the breakfast too, and it was well worth it - a varied buffet, plus fresh cooked dishes. All good quality and really enjoyed it.

Air con didn't work and when we reported it, no one came to fix it. Not a huge issue as could open the window (rare in big hotels often) and was in a room overlooking a relatively quiet courtyard, it wasn't a sweltering night luckily. Bathroom in comparison to the generous and modern room, was a bit tired/dated and very small.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds are amazing so comfortable the location is excellent a 1 minute walk from Tower Hill Underground station. There's a Wetherspoons round the corner aswell. I had the breakfast buffet in the hotel and it was amazing, highly quality ingredients i.e sausages toast butter. Pastries amazing! Everything is on offer that you would want. All the staff are fantastic especially the older Philippino Man who worked in the breakfast buffet on Monday 30th was super jolly and friendly. Can't wait to stay again. Keep up the good work. There is a really nice little park opposite the hotel and the neighbourhood central, safe and really nice. Near the Sky Garden also and right next to Tower of London. There is an ancient Roman wall right next to the hotel at the back aswell which is fascinating.

Fantastic location easy access to underground. Great room with a view of Tower of London. Very spacious room . Very good choices at breakfast especially the omelette station. Staff extremely pleasant.

Enjoyed pool and facilities but didn't think the padded cushions on reclining beds practical as very wet where people had sat on them in swimwear.

Amazing location (right next to the Tower of London and close to local amenities, public trasport), superb breakfast, jacuzzi, steam sauna. Very friendly and respectful staff (Negin, two other ladies at the check-in desk, Constantin, and the Chinese gentleman at the breakfast desk). Excellent value for money—I would recommend it to everyone for sure! It exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels with similar facilities!

Great location close to London Tower, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to hop on-hop off bus stop, decent neighbourhood. Staff was very accommodating to our needs, we had a couple of requests related to comfort, they have been addressed promptly. All in all, it’s been a great experience.

The room we were given was next to the elevator, every 20 seconds or so you would hear a lound bang, whenever the elevator stopped. The train station right outside the window just made it worse. I’ve notified Reception, they were very kind and moved us to a much better room. So no bad feelings whatsoever, just don’t get room 631.

We were upgraded to an executive suite after our original room turned out to be as hot as a sauna and impossible to sleep in. The staff were helpful and quick to sort it out for us. The suites on the 12th floor are lovely — spacious, with amazing views and the added bonus of a balcony, which was a really nice touch. It was a short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The price was also very reasonable for the area. I’d definitely come back!

The original room we were given was unfortunately not up to standard — it was inhabitable and still had drinks and sweet treats left behind from the previous guests, which was disappointing. However, I have to say the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. They promptly addressed the issue, cleared everything away, and moved us to a much better room without any fuss. Their helpfulness made a real difference to our stay.

Cheap, leathery pillows on the bed like something a cheap motel would offer. No pillow menu though apparently we could have requested feather pillows

The hotel was stunning, and the spa and pool area was so relaxing. Amazing location, very close to tube station, and we had the tower of London on our doorstep.

Unfortunately, there were 3 lifts, but 2 were out of action, we were on the 8th floor which meant having to wait for long periods of time. This was the only downfall to our stay.

It was our anniversary and we got looked after very well was amazing

Only thing was there wasn't enough loungers in the swimming pool needs more places for people to sit and relax

The location is excellent. Short walk to Tower of London and 2 minute walk to Tower Hill Tube and Tower Gate DLR. Hotel reception was lovely and spacious, plenty of staff, fresh water and fruit and complimentary glass of wine in evening. Hotel has a fab swimming pool as part of their good sized gym and spa.

Nothing although I should mention our air-con wasn’t working when we arrived and staff brought us a fan that night so we could sleep in the extreme heat. Staff tried to repair it the next day, but in vain. Staff were quick to relocate us to an alternative room which was much appreciated.
