This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds are amazing so comfortable the location is excellent a 1 minute walk from Tower Hill Underground station. There's a Wetherspoons round the corner aswell. I had the breakfast buffet in the hotel and it was amazing, highly quality ingredients i.e sausages toast butter. Pastries amazing! Everything is on offer that you would want. All the staff are fantastic especially the older Philippino Man who worked in the breakfast buffet on Monday 30th was super jolly and friendly. Can't wait to stay again. Keep up the good work. There is a really nice little park opposite the hotel and the neighbourhood central, safe and really nice. Near the Sky Garden also and right next to Tower of London. There is an ancient Roman wall right next to the hotel at the back aswell which is fascinating.

Fantastic location easy access to underground. Great room with a view of Tower of London. Very spacious room . Very good choices at breakfast especially the omelette station. Staff extremely pleasant.

Enjoyed pool and facilities but didn't think the padded cushions on reclining beds practical as very wet where people had sat on them in swimwear.

Amazing location (right next to the Tower of London and close to local amenities, public trasport), superb breakfast, jacuzzi, steam sauna. Very friendly and respectful staff (Negin, two other ladies at the check-in desk, Constantin, and the Chinese gentleman at the breakfast desk). Excellent value for money—I would recommend it to everyone for sure! It exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels with similar facilities!

The hotel was stunning, and the spa and pool area was so relaxing. Amazing location, very close to tube station, and we had the tower of London on our doorstep.

Unfortunately, there were 3 lifts, but 2 were out of action, we were on the 8th floor which meant having to wait for long periods of time. This was the only downfall to our stay.

Cheap, leathery pillows on the bed like something a cheap motel would offer. No pillow menu though apparently we could have requested feather pillows

It was our anniversary and we got looked after very well was amazing

Only thing was there wasn't enough loungers in the swimming pool needs more places for people to sit and relax

Limitless availability to the spa, cleanliness,friendliness of the staff, big comfy beds, we’re lucky to have had a great view from the room, tasty varied breakfast selection (especially omelettes made by the chef) We’re surprised by a birthday decoration in our room together with some lovely chocolates! (the hotel had known we’d celebrate our birthdays there) Later we’ve found out it was Robert behind it. Thank you so much for that surprise! And we loved the place so much that we extended our stay!

Nothing really (well maybe a quite long waiting for a lift :) even it was 3 of them. And on one occasion when we extended our stay, my son went for breakfast, after checking he was told that we hadn’t booked breakfast which we had, so we had to go to the reception which was inconvenient. But I was sorted quickly

Nice, spacious, and very clean room. The beds are comfortable and soft. It was always very quiet inside. The breakfast is really good with a wide variety of choices. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The pool is nice and large, but people don't really follow the rules and still take photos, even though it's forbidden.

The toilet flush was not very effective. We had to flush up to three times for everything to go down. The shower drain in the bathroom was broken, and it wasn't clear which side to turn the control to use the showerhead.

Location excellent, modern, clean amazing interior and suite was fabulous. Staff, service with a smile and attentive. Menu good, breakfast choices catered with an extremely wide variety. After a discrepancy of the room I’d booked and my concerns re the lack of information provided by the hotel about the steam and sauna areas not being available, ( the wellness spa was the only reason I’d booked here) was offered an upgrade. Appreciate their gesture.

Booked the hotel specifically for the wellness spa for a friends birthday surprise, only to be informed at check-in that the Steam and Sauna room could not be used. No mention of this on their website, very disappointing. Should clearly advertise what facilities are not available to give customers a clear understanding of what they are booking.

Nice clean room, hotel location in the Center of the City near London tower and next to the subway station

For our 6 days stay this time (the 3rd this year in the same hotel), it is disappointing to see that for an early check in (1.5 hours before the official check time) we were offered to get the room (which was ready) only against a payment of an additional 30£. The same happened at the check out where the hotel applied the same policy again for a check out asked for 12:30 instead of 11:00 (with rooms available). Sad to see that loyal, regular returning costumers with long stays are treated treated with a zero tolerance
