The location and the price were perfect. The room we stayed in was clean and the stairways were clean too.

It was a little dated and could benefit from a new mattress, but it was very good value for money for a nights stay in London. The only other thing was, we were on the top floor, with no lift. So if your mobility isn't great I would get I'm touch before your stay to request a lower floor.

It was convenient and clean , also quite (regardless they were full) , private, had an surprisingly nice night sky view through the window!!!! ( Top floor suite..(See next) All in all a very good and happy experience!

The stairs!! If you can't or don't want to wait a hlla stairs and skip leg day let them no, walked through wet room/ toilet, from entrance to bedroom ( BUT WET ROOM IS AMAZING)

Close to bus station and tube stations , friendly staff , clean

The window needed to be left open as the room constantly smelt like drain , the electricity also keep tripping if left on for longer than 20 mins As a large lady being in the corner room was quite a tight squeeze as the door couldn’t open fully because of the shape of the room

My husband and I were really happy with the location, service, price, breakfast and the room. It was small, but could tell by pictures and description. Overall it was a great deal and staff was available and very helpful and friendly. The location was only about 4 blocks from Victoria Coach and Train stations, so we were able to walk over after taking bus from airport, and back. We loved the village close by with the great pubs and restaurants, so ate there as often as possible during our 5 night stay. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We will return when we come back to London. Great price! They even stored our luggage the day we were leaving, after check out and until we were ready to go to the station for the airport.

Being on the 3rd floor and at the back of the building it was very peaceful. I had a good night's sleep for an early start for work. Shower was a small wet room but plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. Price was extremely reasonable so no real complaints.

The remote for the television was useless, batteries held on with old sellotape so didn't work. Was annoying but for 1 night sleep didn't really watch tv.

The room was small but perfectly formed. Plenty of space to move around. I liked that there were 2 doors between the corridor and the bedroom (small wardrobe storage in a mini hallway). The bathroom was a wet room. Very quiet and fantastic location near Victoria

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, although our room was very close to where the facilities were in the corridor, some rooms were quite a way away from it.

The staff were so happy and very kind. When first git to the hotel it was after 10pmat night I was checked in offered a choice of rooms plus helped me and my daughter to room with luggage and showed how to work the card. The room was clean, there was clean bedding and towels, and the toilet was clean. Was also advised that there was a complimentary breakfast cereal tea coffee and toast just enough for a diabetic like me. Asked to check out at 12 on the sat, and that wasn't a problem

Only thing say was room was small but everything else was OK 👍

The location was perfect easy to get to where we wanted to go. The room was clean, the wet woom was nice the staff was friendly too.

The only thing I didn't like was them above us dropping their phone or remote at stupid o'clock disturbing us however that's not the hotels fault

Most importantly I booked it as it was close to the coach station and also bus distance to where I wanted to visit. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room is on the ground floor with window toward the road, a lil noisy, from the street. Room is adequate for a solo traveller.

The location was amazing and the staff kindness. They changed the room just because we asked

The toilet was quite uncomfortable and so small. Shower without any curtains water going everywhere
