Excellent location and helpful reception staff. Alan, who was working at the breakfast restaurant, stood out for his jolly and warm interactions with the guests. It was a pleasure to see how genuinely cheerful and welcoming he was each morning

Towels were very comfy and big. They have kettle, the room was warm and breakfast was nice. Alan (staff) very nice.

Not enough elevators working. 1 elevator always deactivated even after the event where there was a huge queue.

The location is right next to Ørestad station (1 stop from the central station, 2 stops from the airport). Really convenient for getting around. Good sized room, facilities were good and clean, bed comfy and large window. Breakfast was great, nice selection of foods and topped up regularly. Complimentary coffee on your way out the door if you want it. Huge shopping centre next door with restaurants and a large supermarket if you need any essentials.

Being over 25 floors, the lifts were essential - however only 2 were working while we were there, which meant there was lots of waiting around. There isn’t a huge amount else around the area - but the public transport is so quick that it doesn’t matter.

Large, well organised room with plenty of space for the extra bed and luggage. Lots of considerate storage, fridge in room, climate control. Big bathroom with separate bath and shower, nice toiletries. Complimentary water was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful - the gentleman welcoming us at breakfast was especially helpful so great thanks to him. Excellent location - a couple of minutes walk from station/metro, 6 minutes by train to Copenhagen central and easy on metro system. Also opposite big shopping centre for food or extras.

The only downside was there were signs advertising a playroom for the kids, but when I enquired we were told it had been taken away! Such a shame as there were lots of kids staying in the hotel still.

We got assigned a high floor for our room and the views were wonderful. Seeing that this is near an office district, the hotel is also next to a co-working/ office space and so it's geared for business meetings and conferences. The room itself is simple but comfortable. The gym is quite amazing and if you workout, this is a wonderful space - except the opening hours are limited so check ahead. Otherwise, the hotel is within walking distance to the trains, trams, and buses as well as The Fields - a nearby shopping mall with food options, shopping, and even groceries.

This is a very large hotel by Copenhagen standards, housed in a tall, modern building near the airport. Our room on the 17th floor was stylish, well-equipped, and offered great views of the airport and Øresund Strait. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The modern architecture is quite sleek and futuristic! Despite the hotel’s size and high guest volume, both check-in and check-out were efficient. Breakfast was generous, with a good variety of Danish and European options, though expect some lines for morning coffee! The location is in a modern suburban area with nearby shopping and just a short walk to the metro. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center, and while the metro to the airport requires a line change and takes around 30 minutes, a direct bus ride is under 10 minutes. The hotel features a kids’ playroom stocked with LEGO.

Unlike many hotels in Denmark, the Crowne Plaza requires identification at check-in, which is not nice at all. As with much in Denmark, prices are on the high, including the hotel’s food offerings. The minibar was modestly stocked and a bit underwhelming, but fortunately, there are grocery stores just a short walk away for more affordable options.

The hotel is close to the airport and was close to the place we needed to be . We arrived around 11:30am and we get the room much earlier than the normal check in time . The train station and metro line are few minutes away and the city centre can be reached in about 15 -20 minutes . A free coffee was given to us when we asked where we can get one .

A deposit was requested for the room at the reception desk which put me off . I was thinking that there should be for minibar or other facilities in the room but the fridge in the room was empty . Breakfast quiet expensive . Tthe room was quiet small when an extra bed was added .

Hi We didn’t have any btl water in room And I like the fact your eco friendly but to not give coffee/tea daily in the rooms when not cleaned due to eco isn’t good !..the rooms need a paint also the corridors Shower was poor ! Very slippy in bath !. The staff I did like was the friendly barman davidha /Tarak !.. Also please update your web page on transport from the airport .. as when I did book there was a bus that transfer you every half hr from airport to hotel .. we got a taxi no problems .. No orange juice I could see at breakfast /no scrambled egg ! Today !. The Robinson family

location near to airport and city centre with easy access via public transport. Friendly and welcoming staff keen to support and resolve any issues quickly. Good breakfast. Excellent gym available for use. Modern and clean rooms. The complex is secure and safe.

I would like to see the bathroom in room 604 to be improved. My main concern was that the shower screen was too small and not sealed correctly. This led to water leaking onto the bathroom floor, which is a serious slip hazard.
