The hotel is in a perfect location, next to a metro station, close to the city center, shops and restaurants. Within walking distance are the fortress, the old town, the pedestrian central streets. We arrived late at night, but there was no problem with the check-in, because the entrance was with a code that we received in advance. The staff was friendly. The apartment was small, but renovated and very well decorated. It had everything you need for a short or long stay. Toiletries and other amenities were provided. Extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned every day! The breakfast was the same every day - a croissant or toast with ham, plus coffee and juice, but it was tasty.

Nothing. It might be good to have a rack for putting wet towels. The bathroom door was sliding and very difficult to close.

Location was great for attending an event at the Alicante bullring - just a three minute walk. The staff were very friendly and the property was clean and tidy.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was advertised as having one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The room with single beds was actually two single sofa beds. As we wanted separate bedrooms we asked for one of the single sofa beds to be made up. It was very uncomfortable answer I was pleased that we only had a one night stay. There was a double sofa bed in the lounge area so I’m not sure why the second bedroom didn’t have beds as advertised.

Size of the apartment, nice jacuzzi, comfort bed. Cleaning every day. Very helpfull staff. Good location, very close to the shops, restaurants, sea promenade and beach, bus and tram stops. Trip from airport takes aprox 10-15 minutes.

No window in bedroom.Missing door in shower cabin. After room cleaning and changing towels there is a very strong perfume smell, not the biggest issue, but not everybody likes it.

Very big rooms with great equipment in. Jacuzzi baths were a great feature. Shutter blinds blocked out all of the light at night and great air con unit. Beds were comfy with great linens that were made daily. Housekeeping staff were simply amazing. Location is great and is close walk to the old town.

Toilet brushes need to be added to the room. There was no milk in the rooms to add to tea or coffee. Breakfast was basic choices but still tasty. Could be more variety

Good value for money. Perfect room. Everything about this stay was amazing. Room is located off hotel property - short walk around the corner. Bed is comfy and spacious. Design of the room is nice. Fridge was topped up with loads of drinks but u have to pay for them.

Only issue we had was opening and closing the door is a struggle and requires a lot of strength. They do make u aware however would be nice for it to be fixed. It was quite embarrassing having to try for a few mins to open the door with people from the public in the area watching you.

The location is excellent. A bit on the side of the city centre, but in 5 minutes walk you are there. You get daily room makeover and cleaning. The breakfast is limited, but effective. A toast with Serrano and cheese or tomato gets you going for the morning. Good service from the staff.

The smell in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink. Maybe a previous flooding made over, but not cleaned properly. Maybe the p trap is not working. Not a huge problem, but annoying.

Good to have a reception to check in. Very friendly and helpful staff particularly with map, directions and about the buses. Large apartment , enough space as we were 4 adults. Very large bed in the bedroom and comfy sofa bed in living area. Good location for shops, bars, and the bullring as we were seeing a concert there. Good AC . Good bathroom with large shower. Electric window blinds so no noise at night from outside.

No electric kettle but that is usual in Spain. Only glass cups needed crockery ones for tea. A few smaller bowls needed for yoghurt etc. Two champagne flutes provided but no wine glasses.

Very nice, we got a one bedroom apartment. Everything looks very good and new. The location is good, very close to the center, 10 minutes walk. Paid public parking nearby.

Although we had breakfast included, don't expect a classic breakfast. Breakfast is served in the hotel cafeteria where the bar boy prepares a sandwich of your choice. I don't consider it a negative aspect, just something to mention.

What a fantastically clean property. It had everything you could need or what to make the stay more comfortable. It was spacious and bright, well equipped and a good size. You didn’t hear any noise pollution and the air conditioning was working perfectly. Fabulous shower!!

The lift was a little claustrophobic.

Spotless, spacious apartment with great aircon and power shower, a lovely little kitchen and sitting room, complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch, staff were really friendly and professional, completely spotless throughout, nice little elevator too. Lovely little bar in the reception area. Car parking in the underground parking across the road was 21 euros for 24 hours and very safe and secure. Really excellent hotel, faultless in every way. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
