Beds were very comfortable, the shower was very good. The coffee machine was excellent as was the coffee supplied. The location was very good easy walking distance to both the old town and the guggenheim museum.

No air conditioning in bedroom, apparently it was switched off due to time of year. The carpet in our room was threadbare in places and is in need of replacement. The was no English breakfast tea available for rooms.

Great Stay in the Heart of Bilbao – Ideal for a Short City Break I stayed at this hotel in Bilbao for a quick stop during a road trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and within easy walking distance to major sights like the Guggenheim, the old town, and plenty of great pintxo bars. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. Nothing overly luxurious, but well-maintained and quiet — I slept really well. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick and smooth. They were happy to provide recommendations and made me feel welcome right away. Parking was available (which is always appreciated when traveling by car), though space was a bit tight — worth noting if you’re driving a larger vehicle. There’s no major view or standout design, but for a city hotel, that wasn’t really an issue. What mattered more was the convenience, comfort, and solid service, and in all of that, this hotel delivered. I’d definitely stay here again for another short visit to Bilbao — especially if you’re looking for a reliable, well-located place to rest and recharge while exploring the city.

In a great location just 10 mins walk from Old Town and less than 5 mins to Gugenhheim just along the river bank. Has a nice modern feel and staff very welcoming. We asked to leave our bags until check in just after 1pm and as the room was ready we could just check in. The room was spacious with full wardrobes and a huge backroom with walk in shower. The room did look a little careworn in places and was an inside view over a bit of overgrown wasteland but was quiet. The only downside was the hotel was very warm but the air conditioning wasn't on in the whole building so room temperature was too warm. They did provide us with a plug in cooling unit which helped though. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we checked in, Manuel at reception gave us such a warm and welcoming start. Our room was spectacular — the stunning river view alone was worth every penny! The earth-toned decor created a calming atmosphere, with a fun pop of color and a cozy seating area that added a unique touch. We were especially impressed by how pet-friendly the hotel is — they provided a dog bed and bowls, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. As a tall person, my husband really appreciated the spacious 2m king-size bed — such a rare and thoughtful feature! Room service was prompt and absolutely delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to both the Guggenheim and the charming old town. Breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, varied, and tasty. Lastly thanks to Asier for a smooth check out and restaurant recommendations:) We’ll definitely be coming back!

My stay on the 19th was with a group and included breakfast on 20th - I found the breakfast room busy and cramped.

Everything was fine! The hotel has a great location. There was a coffee machine and coffee capsules in the room, which came in handy for us! Also a big thank you to the hotel chefs for the delicious gift on arrival - we ate it and were very happy! Hotel is very clean and quiet. Lobby is spacious and cozy Even from a room with no view, placed sideways by the window sill, we could see the river - this is cool

It's not a big deal, however The Standard Double with Extra Bed in the photos has a really large space. In our room it was hard to walk around and not run into furniture that is located next to each other. You can't buy a comb at the hotel and there is nothing like a shoe spoon or disposable brushes in the room

Nice sized en-suite room. Each day our fridge was replenished with two bottles of water. We had a kettle and coffee machine in our room. There was fresh chilled water in the reception area, this was very welcoming after a day sightseeing. There is a Supermarket, pharmacy and cafe right behind the hotel. The hotel is also Within walking distance of the Guggenheim, the old town and the Abando area where there are numerous tapas bars and restaurants to choose from.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We got a room with a river view and loved sitting by the window. Most sights are within a 10-20 minute walk. Breakfast was good, and the staff we interacted with were all lovely. Our room was a good size, the shower was great and it was nice to be able to use the empty mini fridge to store our own food. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel. The AC worked perfectly, it's not on when you leave the room but it took only a couple of minutes to cool the room down.

The mattress is bad if you are sharing a bed with anyone. Every small movement causes the entire mattress to move, we did not sleep very well because of this. The pillows are also quite flat. There were a few signs of wear and tear in our room, the bathroom in particular could use a refurbishment but it didn't bother us. The soundproofing wasn't very effective either. It was fine for the first few nights but we acquired new neighbours who were not so quiet during the rest of our stay - bring ear plugs!

The location is ideal, and the parking convenient. Sadly we arrived in the evening and had to depart very early to catch a flight, so we did not have an opportunity to use the amenities of your hotel, or even to try the breakfast. I expect we will return when we have more time to tour the city and enjoy your hotel to the full.

A minor thing. There was one regular and one decaf coffee puck provided in the room. It would have been nice to have at least two regular, or better yet a total of 4 so guests can have a coffee in the evening and another in the morning.

Super location. We upgraded to a rooftop room with a balcony for 20 Euro extra and it was superb. The room was large, with an impressive bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The balcony was huge and had a view of the Guggenheim. Ten minutes walk from the centre of the city. Parking in the building was perfect and accessible by lift directly from the room. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Cool water with lemon/mint at the reception was a nice touch. All in all one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Well done.
