The room was clean and very spacious. There was everything you need, a kettle, a small fridge, a dryer. The hotel is 1 minute walk away from the beach and lies in the middle of all happenings. Unfortunately no ocean view but that was not so important.

There are no parking possibilities, you have to park in a car park if you come with a rental car but there are a few possibilities near by (ca 15€ per day). Also the hotel offers breakfast which we also booked. The breakfast was served in a bar next door and there is only coffee, juice and one breakfast choice. The bread was dry, the eggs swam in fat and coffee was not good as well. We had breakfast somewhere else the other days.

The hotel is splendidly located, 2 minutes away from Las Canteras beach. The receptionists were very kind, they spoke really good English. There was a possiblity for early check-in, which was much appreciated.

Even though the hotel is relatively new, it gives a somewhat run-down impression. The two elevators are very slow. There is no insulation inside the hotel, it is noisy, but bearable.

The property is well located, few steps away from the beach and good restaurants. Rosa (Front Desk) was really nice with us providing recommendations and ensuring we had a wonderful time. She gave us an upgrade to another room category.

Everything was really good! They have a nespresso machine but unfortunately it was out of service.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Bars, restaurants, shops and beach very close. Bus station fro travel to/from airport was only 10minutes walk away

Hot tub was out of service during our stay, this was disappointing. There was no shower facilities for people travelling home later in the day.

There's always a friendly reception at this hotel. The reception area smells lovely and is light and clean. The location is perfect for us. A minute's walk to Playa Canteras and close to shops, bars and restaurants but you can still enjoy a quiet, peaceful room Tea, coffee making facilities in the room is a big bonus for us. It's always our first choice accommodation when staying Las Palmas.

Location!!! Good bed & choice of spanish and Northern European pillow. Superb shower. Fridge and kettle.

Difficult to dry swimwear & private beach towel (extremely few towel racks). WiFi a bit tricky for Apple, managed to connect Iphone but not IPad.

The check in was really good and the team at the reception was very helpful. i arrived quite late and it was very smooth. the location is very close to the beach ( 3 steps from las canteras walk) and with small shops around and a couple of nice restaurants i upgraded to the family room that has a living room, small kitchen area ( fridge and kitchen amenities) and a HUGE well furnished balcony. really lovely

wish they offered a bottle of water at arrival. the beds were comfortable but the sofa and pillows could use a refurnish

Lovely well placed hotel, clean & comfortable with friendly staff. We had a great corner room with a huge balcony. Right in the middle of shops and bars plus handy to get into the city on the bus or a quick walk to the beach.

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. The location is perfect as it is next to the beach, has many stores nearby and restaurants.

Breakfast was really bad. Poor choice and long waiting. There are only 4 options to choose from, and 2 of them just eggs with bread.
