The property has a good location, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was way better than expected, and a service we appreciated a lot was that they helped us to rent a car because we realized the island is very big. They have an excellent service that they bring the car to the hotel and you give back the key to the reception with the address you parked so they come back and pick it up. We loved the service, in just half an hour we had our car and at a reasonable price, very well organized. All was very very good overall, super recommended. The price–quality ratio was absolutely reasonable. I stayed on the third floor, in a twin room without a balcony. The beds were spacious with comfortable mattresses. The pillow, on the other hand, wasn’t particularly cosy — it was quite firm — but the beds made up for it, as I slept very well. The room was nice and clean, and housekeeping came every day. Towels were changed daily, and bathroom supplies were regularly replenished — including shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, and a comb. The bathroom also had a hairdryer. It was always clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. There were two kinds of yoghurt, some fruit, ham, cheese, tomatoes, and a variety of bread and pastries, both sweet and savoury. Upon request, they can provide gluten-free bread, muffins, and biscuits, which is a great plus for people with dietary restrictions. The coffee machine made tasty coffee, including several options like cappuccino. One downside is that they don’t offer lactose-free milk — but this seems to be the case in most places in Palma. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating. A minor disadvantage of the rooms is the poor sound insulation — you can hear everything. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. Personally, I had no issue with this, as there were no noisy guests during my stay. The air conditioning worked well and cooled the room efficiently. Some previous reviews complained about the noise of the AC, but I think it’s fairly standard and no worse than elsewhere. I must admit that I arrived at the hotel with very low expectations due to some negative reviews I had read beforehand. I was genuinely worried, especially about the mattresses and the bathroom. However, none of these concerns were confirmed. On the contrary — the bathroom turned out to be beautiful, perfectly clean, and absolutely lovely. There wasn’t the slightest trace of mould or dirt — it was truly spotless and exceeded all my expectations.

Very convenient location, as we didn’t have a car, it was close to the bus station, both for airport transfer as well as the intermodal for going to other cities on the island. Was also close to the city center. The area was clean and seemed safe to walk around at night. The staff was helpful and kind. We could leave the luggage in a locked room after checkout.

Breakfast options were very basic, no eggs or warm food options. Honestly I was expecting better for the money we paid but I guess these are the prices in Palma. This was the cheapest option we found in the area.

The hotel has a good location, not far from the city center and the main train and bus stations (15 minutes walking distance). The room is simply furnished and clean. The breakfast is good, simple, you shouldn't expect too much.

The furniture in the rooms is a bit older, maybe it wouldn't be bad to invest in a little remodeling. I booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel on booking.com (it said it was a free service), but no one was waiting for me at the airport, and the hotel receptionist said that they did not provide such a service.

I liked the room, it was big and spacious. It was cleaned on a daily basis and new towels were provided. The staff were very helpful and nice. Also, I could buy water coca cola from the bar. If you are coming by car you can ask on the reception to be provided with a parking access to the nearest parking.

The soundproof between rooms wasn’t really good. I could hear people talking and having sex in the rooms next to mine. Also the breakfast could have been more rich.

It's a 2 star hotel location very near a busy interchange for all transport links. The room itself was good size, and the bathroom was the best we've had in a hotel bathroom so far. More expensive, higher starred hotels don't have the level of comfort that was in the bathroom: good water pressure, shower with the built in rain mode, a huge shower cubicle. The room we were in had a balcony as well. Bed was big, comfy, with plugs above the nightstands.

Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like. It's kind of hidden on streets that are not busy, though it did not bother us in any way.

Perfect value for money. It's 15 min walk to the centre but the best thing is that it has a parking 3 min walk from the hotel that costs only 6E per night that was the cheapest I found for our stay and it's very comfortable to use. As we rented a car so that we can travel around the island and it was difficult to find good hotel with parking that close and at that price. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

The property was really well located just a five mins walk from the bus stop for the airport which was perfect for us but lots of busses nearby to take you pretty much anywhere you needed to go. Welcomed by the staff who made you feel like a really valued guest and that continued all the way through. The breakfast was a simple continental and for the price we pre booked at was fantastic value. The street nearby was wonderful with a few shops but a wide variety of restaurants to please everyone. Pizzeria 500 just a short stroll away had what I thought was the best pizza dough I’ve ever tasted. Will defo use again it was an amazing experience. For the price we paid it was amazing value for central Palma.

The location is great, close to the city center and easily accessible from the airport by public transport. The room was simple but with comfortable beds and spacious enough so that a small table wouldn't hurt. The bathroom was minimalistic but kept clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. I take only coffee for breakfast - the coffee was good.

It would be nice to have a small table and a kettle in the room.

We only spent one night here and we loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, you could sit and relax on the balcony. Comfortable beds. Nice shower room. The hotel is located on a quiet street near the city center. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat and a supermarket. You will have to walk or take a bus to get to the main attractions.
