The hotel has a cool vibe but is a little lacking in the finish . The rooms are clean and bathroom was lovely. The staff were accommodating and were always happy to please. The breakfast area is beautiful and relaxing with a small garden terrace adjacent . The location is excellent for shopping and restaurants.

The room didn’t have a full length mirror so I couldn’t check how I looked before leaving. There was room to have one so it was disappointing . The room had a rustic vibe but a few features like exposed lighting wires on ceiling made it feel a little less finished .

The hotel was charming , room was clean and the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of Cava and everything in the minibar was also free. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food for most people. The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to restaurants, shops and sightseeing.The staff were charming, spoke good English and knowledgeable and able to book us taxis for trips.

The air conditioning was struggling in the heat while we were there- the outside temperature was 34°C. The room and bathroom would benefit from a towel rail and hooks for clothes and towels. It was also located on several levels without lift access so people with mobility problems would not be able to get to their rooms easily.

Attractive amazingly large room/suite with a much appreciated private roof terrace. Could use more attention to safety and convenience. For example, the bottom step of 3 steps to the bathroom was much higher than the other steps and I almost twisted my ankle by misjudging that distance. Heavy glass door to the bathroom would be better replaced with a non glass door. We could have used a couple more furniture pieces along the wall in the bedroom with surfaces to put things on. Such a big room but no place to put stuff. Staffing is limited, with a small desk on the ground floor which is frequently unoccupied. When I had to leave early, before breakfast, they asked if I wanted a take away breakfast, but it was not ready when it was time for me to leave.

We loved our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was amazingly central in Palma, walkable near all the restaurants and shopping we wanted. The terrace area was great for my boyfriend to read and chill while I got ready, and the breakfast was amazing and included. Overall, the value of the hotel is exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only minor issues were a difficult to use somewhat small shower and lots of noise from the restaurant in the hotel-since we went out at night too it wasn't an issue for us specifically but could have been for older people or families with children.

A really well designed hotel. A thoughtful, great use of a historic interior space, nice high ceilings, creative touches everywhere. A modern hotel which manages to keep the spirit of a grand old building. This hotel has lots of character and it’s located in the perfect spot in town, right in the middle of it all. The staff were super friendly, really nice, attentive and helpful. The buffet breakfast was perfect, presented with pride, offering everything you might want and located in a beautiful restaurant space looking out onto a large courtyard garden. The bedroom was spacious, like a little suite. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary bottle of cava was a nice touch, much appreciated. We had a great time staying here. Highly recommended.

Great location to pop in and out to explore during the day and near restaurants and shops and City attractions. Interesting modern feel and look. Normally go for more tradditional but enjoyed the modern architectectural feel. Loved the green planting and colour to the rear - wonderful. Terrace was lovely and a real bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Left luggage earlier and was already in room when checked in. Complimentary bottle of Cava was nice surprise. Breakfast good.

More pegs for towels and robes in bathroom would be good.

Second lovely stay in this stylish and characterful building. It’s in such a wonderful and central location, but so quiet, down a little shopping alley. If you’re not good with stairs you’d be better off booking one of the bigger rooms, but we didn’t mind and had help with our luggage. Everything was super comfortable and the shower / bathroom beautifully decorated with tiles and super clean. A tasty breakfast in the morning while overlooking the lush garden courtyard, and very helpful staff.

The new checking in system was quite a faff.

Great boutique hotel right in the heart of Palma. Superb location and service. Breakfast was perfect and sincerely appreciated the flexibility being offered coffee before service actually started as I am an early bird and coffee is a must. rooms are all special and the whole lay out is cute and well designed optimizing every little space. The hotel is complemented with a wide range of art across the property making it very cozy and interesting. Being an art enthusiast myself, appreciate that fact. Will be back.

Central location with easy access to the old town or the main sights in Palma, this cool hotel surprised us with a huge room including private terrace and even a piano in the living area!! A lovely tasty breakfast with local produce and a clear trend to sustainable items greatly reducing the usual plastic waste. All in all a very pleasant experience

Not a great minus point really however not a great fan of coffee machines for breakfast and could see room for improvement here

The staff is incredible and very friendly. We were a group of 18 and they didn't everything to help accommodate us. The minibar is complimentary, the drinks are only charged for after the 1st refill. 2 of our rooms had access to a cosy private terrace. We had 1 diner and 3 breakfasts, all were delicious with a variety of foods. Amazing location in the old town. No too central so that it isn't too noisy but central enough that all touristy locations and bar/restaurants/nightclubs are within walking distance.

The shower is very slippery, one of my friends fell and hurt herself. The shower-head worked but was quite old and should probably be replaced. The mattress was too soft for my taste but still ok for 2 nights.
