Hotel is very central, right on the city square with the pretty town hall. we were upgraded to a romatic suite on top floor, very nice. Large bed, high quality linen. Personel were so friendly and gave such a personal service, we felt very well taken care of. Small roof terrace nice, but probably too crowded in season. In January it was empty, and had the weather been good we would have used it.

Restaurant was not up to the standard of the hotel. Breakfast very expensive and not worth the cost, but Starbucks is right downstairs on the square. Due to San Sebastian festivitas there was unbelievably loud music until 2 at night on this central square. Avoid this festival. There is good soundproofing of the windows, but not possible to prevent this extreme noise which even made one window vibrate. This was not the responsibility of the hotel, rather "force majeure". We were kindly offered to move to a room at the courtyard, but it was much smaller, so we declined.

The location, the building (really beautiful) the fact that it has a gym and it is only for one person. Same for the little pool on the terrace. Small and not too crowded so it felt more intimate.

I didn’t like the mattress. I find it too soft for me and I didn’t sleep well. Also, I don’t like the fact that they still offer free water in Evian plastic bottles when world wide 5 starts hotel (like the Mandarin) have moved away from plastic and offer water in refillable glass bottles which is WAY more sustainable and reduce a great amount of plastic waste. It doesn’t take much to change this and I am sure it would be very appreciated.

Location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to all the main sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area too. The hotel itself was lovely, very nicely furbished and proves you really do get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were big and the beds were comfortable. Staff were generally kind and helpful, and the restaurant served really delicious food, especially from the breakfast menu. All in all, we would stay here again, thank you!

The lack of plug sockets in the room (or proximity to the bedside tables specifically) was slightly annoying, we also had a problem with our air conditioning which wasn't resolved after telling reception - from looking at older reviews for this same type of room, it seems like the air con in this room has been an issue for a few years now. The room got very stuffy every night, and opening the balcony door wasn't an option as the street outside was noisy at night (this noise couldn't be heard with the door shut). Soundproofing was also questionable, we could hear the elephants walking around upstairs and furniture being dragged across the floor.

We were in the Presidential Suite and the room was exceptional. The staff attentive and helpful, perfectly professional. Spot on. Their juices, addictive (recommend the celery and ginger); and the location was stellar. I saw this hotel on our last trip and when we had to come for a wedding weekend, I knew instantly that I wanted to stay there and I would and will stay here time and time again. A true 5* in the midst of the beautiful Old City.

Absolutely nothing.

Exceptional location on the prettiest square, perfectly positioned for exploring other parts of town. Stylish from top to bottom, elegant but not too old-fashioned, nicely furnished and very clean. Very pleasant staff – front of house, waiters, cleaning staff, all of them, but special mention to Tom, David and Deia. Delicious food. They also have a nice policy of keeping the best seats on the terrace for hotel guests.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Cappucino Hotel in Palma and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect. One of the best things which we looked forward to every morning was the breakfasts which are AMAZING. The best we have ever had in any other hotel. The service and and staff are wonderful and really helpful. We can highly recommend The Cappucino.

We had a bath in the room with a shower over the bath but no separate shower which may be an issue for an older person. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was great. Although a lively area, the double glazing shut out the street noise in our room. The aircon was the perfect temperature and the reception staff were lovely. The decor feels stylish and contemporary and the room was very spacious and comfortable.

We didn’t opt for breakfast as 70€ for both of us to eat there seemed a little excessive. We also received a charge on our tab for a €185 meal that wasn’t ours but had been charged to our room. Neither one of our signatures was on the bill, in fact no one had signed for it, so someone had made a mistake somewhere. Also, the music around the pool was a bit intrusive after a while, but loved the complementary towels and waters. It would have been great to have had more teabags and maybe milk in the room but fresh milk was brought up as soon as we asked for it.

I have been lucky to travel the world for many years there are now t many hotels staff locations that Have that magic touch Hotel Cappuccino and location does . The genuine friendliness of staff the atmosphere created I would return in a heartbeat The square the hotel is on is full of life it’s full Of interest and you really can watch the world go Past . Food and cocktails excellent the truffle fries to die for . Thank you for a true escape and giving us an experience we will NEVER forget BUT we will be back Soon 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍

A beautiful hotel in a great place to explore Palma city. Excellent staff, stunning interiors and delicious food and drinks. Even a sweet dipping pool on the roof and a very comfortable bed and room. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. A real 5 star experience, hope to be back one day!

A beautifully decorated hotel in a central location, facing onto one of the main squares. Sitting at their outside tables and watching the life of the square was a pleasure. Our room was stylishly furnished, simple but elegant with high quality finishes and a view over an adjacent small square. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. The evening restaurant menu, although also excellent, was limited to bar food style options (which actually suited us on the evening we eat in).
