All staff were extremely polite and very nice, always smiling and always very helpful. Location of the hotel in relation to the restaurants and bars and the beach was excellent, beach was accessed by a short walk across the small walk way. The restaurants and bars were very plentiful and only a few minutes walk away. We ended up eating three times at Monica's ( a seafood and steak restaurant) absolutely superb!! The on site shops were ideal for buying water and bread, there is a small shop adjacent to the souvenir shop which did wonderful sandwiches and burgers and lovely cold beer, it was perfect. The pool area was always kept very clean by the staff ( except for some lazy guests who couldn't be bothered picking up after themselves). The breakfast food was exceptional and always kept very very clean, for the amount of families and children that used the breakfast self service I never once saw the place left messy, there is nothing more disgusting than food not looking presentable, but I have to say the food preparation and display was always top class, the variety of fresh food on offer was always really very very good and the staff were all the time checking that it was replenished. We didn't eat lunch or dinner at the hotel as we prefer to eat out but I overheard other guests say it was very very good. The chef cooking the omelets was very accommodating and would cook the eggs as you like them. The poolside bar and cafe were great also , you could get sandwiches, pizza etc.. here The onsite Gym was really good, again people need to remember to put the weights back when they were finished with them .There was a kids club but we didn't avail of that as our children are older now. The apartment was great the Aircon in the room was brilliant and really cooled the room down it was very nice and comfortable, the cleaners came every 3 days which was more than enough, however if you did require extra towls or bed linen they always gave them to you.

NOTHING , WE LOVED EVERYTHING to be honest everything was great, the Location was excellent If I had to be critical of something then and its not being critical more suggestive. They could do with extra coffee machines & extra two toasters at breakfast would also be a good idea as breakfast can get a little busy.

We honestly can not be more grateful for our stay. The staff was simply AMAZING. They treated us and our son like family. My 10 month old son was smiling every day and had a lot of fun being cuddled from waitresses and receptionists. We honestluy couldn't ask for more. Thank you a lot

The Palm Beach Hotel far exceeded our expectations. We were a little sceptical at first due to the price we paid combined with the location we felt there must be a catch however we were impressed with every aspect of the staff, room, pool and location. For what I would consider a budget hotel they do a lot of things right that even your 5 star resorts lack, for example checking in on how your stay is going via Whatsapp and asking if there is anything they can do to assist. The staff I encountered on reception and at the pool were all very attentive, friendly and happy to help. Location wise you can't get better, the hotel sits right on the beach between Las Americas and Costa Adeje where you can enjoy the best of both resorts.

Some people may prefer the rooms to be cleaned more often however the cleaning days are well communicated on the information you receive during check-in. I personally think it is not economical to clean the room everyday and was quiet happy with the frequency, I am sure you could probably have the room cleaned more or get fresh towels upon request.

Was initially a bit worried due to the mixed reviews online but this hotel was great value for money, friendly staff and good amenities. Very close to the beach which made it very handy when the afternoon entertainment got too loud :) Kudos to the bar by the pool and the breakfast staff, very efficient and friendly.

The location of the property was ideal for us. The communal shared areas are always spotlessly clean. Our 2 bed apartment was very spacious and we had a lovely sea view and over looking the pool. Would stay again.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was a little dated in some areas.

The hotel was extremely clean, perfect location so close to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There were only three plug sockets in the entire apartment! One for the tv, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom! The main room with the double bed was extremely unfortunately.

Location is perfect and everything is near you. You can easily manage just by walking but there were lot of electric scooters etc. also available. There is a public parking spot just in front of the hotel and as hotel guest you can get 50% off from the normal price. Nice thing is that pool personnel gives tickets of reserving the pool benches and collects away the towels which were used to hog the pool places.

The past decades and need of maintenance starts to show in the rooms and the advert pictures gave a bit optimistic view. Toilet bowls are not attached properly, almost every door sticks of has flimsy lock, some times the availability of hot water is questionable (applies to room and general poor area bathroom). Bar/cafe terrace heaters were out of gas and ping-pong padels had seen better days. So lot of those small things which eat away the positive feeling of the place and would not be too expensive to fix. Nevertheless the pool area is really clean and well maintained.

The location of Palm Beach is superb for access to the beach and shops. The pool was a good temperature, the staff were pleasant and great with the kids and always helpful should an issue arise. Excellent choices for breakfast!

The room looked a little tired. The patio door from the lounge lock was broken, a leak came through the extractor fan while we were out for the day; however, staff did send someone to assess quickly and was told that a bottle had fallen over from the floor above, must have been a huge bottle! The ceiling air conditioning ducts were falling from the ceiling. The aircon was fairly noisy and didn;t cool the room massively with the 2nd bedroom being quite warm through the night.

The staff in the hotel were excellent. Always willing to help, and constantly checking if everything was okay and up to standards. The hotel has a great location. You also have everything you need in the lobby from convenience stores, souvenir shops, barber shop, gym, tobacco shop, pharmacy you name it. If you are tired you don't even have to leave the hotel to get everything you may need. They also gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine for my friend's birthday, which is really appreciated.

The AC system in the rooms is really outdated. Even at the lowest setting when it's turned on it gets extremely cold. It also keeps turning off and on on it's own which can wake you up at night if you are a light sleeper like me. The beds were not terrible, but they were really hard. I actually prefer them like that, but I know most people don't so I thought I should mention that. The hotel also seems to be popular with the young UK groups, which like to scream late in the night and wake you up when they are getting home drunk. But that is hardly the hotel's fault.

We have just returned from an unforgettable vacation in Tenerife, and I can confidently say that Palm Beach Excel & Resort is the best hotel in Las Americas! The hotel is perfectly located right by the beach, making it incredibly convenient for seaside relaxation. We stayed in the wonderful room 1016 on the 10th floor, which had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality kitchenware provided. A huge thank you to the entire staff — everyone was extremely polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, with excellent housekeeping service, and the reception staff were fantastic, always ready to assist 24/7. By the pool, we had so much fun thanks to the amazing animator who kept everyone entertained and in high spirits. The hotel also has several small shops with great prices, making it very convenient for guests. After exploring the nearby beaches, we were convinced that Palm Beach is truly the best choice, both in terms of location and the value for money it offers. We’ve only just left, but we’re already dreaming of coming back! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Tenerife!
