Location was fantastic. So close to beach shops and restaurants

Big extended family who took over the place and all the sunbeds and staff didn't seem to care about others who were staying as these people come every year

Great location, friendly staff, great value for money. Apartments were modern and practical. We had an issue with shower when we arrived, we reported this in the morning on our way to breakfast and it was fixed by time we got back, so really couldn’t fault the service. There’s a courtesy room to store your luggage in which was handy as our flight was late at night, had a couple of showers as well. Food was burgers and chips etc but also nice. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Pool big enough to swim in and great for cooling off (was also surprised to see a lifeguard round the pool). Would stop again

Absolutely amazing accommodation, highly recommended! Great location, just a few steps to the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and the main promenade. If returning to Lanzarote, we will definitely book this accommodation again. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed (shampoo/shower gel, equipped kitchen, balcony..). We felt very comfortable and welcomed there, there was a live music in the evening and in general we enjoyed the amazing atmosphere that this accommodation has. The pool and the entire are were spotless clean. Honestly, I dont understand why this accommodation has only 2*, it could easily declare 4*.

The Elena 2 apartment rooms were very spacious, they are clean and tidy. Bar staff are excellent with children, the reception staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area, bus routes, best times to visit places etc. Location is perfect for anyone who doesn't like walking far to get to amenities, you have less than a 2 minute walk to the beach, all the shops, supermarket and the main strip with restaurants and bars. We had a late night flight departing and whilst check out was 11am they provided us access to a family room where we could use shower facilities, safely and securely store bags and they had a taxi waiting for us which the chap on reception organised for us. Cannot fault the service of this place.

Elena 2 could definitely do with having it's own little pool or perhaps some sort of jacuzzi for the rooms as there is a lot of dead space and having to go across the road to Elena 1 for the pool is the only downside. The pool bar should do breakfast to save you walking to the restaurants for a bacon sandwich or an English fry up etc. It would retain more custom and money if the pool bar could do breakfast.

We were group of five, two bedroom apartment. Rooms are very spacious, whole apartment very clean, extra blankets, plenty of good quality towels. There are two double beds so the fifth person has a choice of sleeping on the living room sofa or the guest folding bed. Location is great, two min walk to the beach and the strip, two shops just around the corner, relatively quiet, separate entrance.

It's more a suggestion, for big apartments like this one it would be great to have a pot or two extra and more kitchen towels.

Location is great, rooms had everything we needed except air con, could definitely do with installing it. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

No air con and the pool/sunbed area is quite compact. We prefer the beach so not a show stopper for us. No lock on courtesy room ladies door, wouldn't even shut properly. Complimentary shower gel in rooms, but none in courtesy room, which would have been appreciated.

Clean, reasonably priced and central location. Ideal for a cheap getaway.

Could be a bit noisy on the night but we were located at the back of the complex so not too bad. Air con would be nice but can’t expect for the price.

The location was great , the room allocation for us was great . It wasn't round the pool, which did get very busy, but it didn't matter to us we was out everyday . Our balcony was street view on a busy van delivery area , but the spar shop across the road was very convenient . It had everything you needed .

Across from our balcony was a night club that went on till 4am. Once in bed you couldn't hear it , which was a blessing .

Clean, modern, friendly helpful staff, would go back

Room 216 looks out the front of the property towards the sea overlooking a spar and kebab shop with a walkway between to the night clubs approx 50 meters away with music blasting until early hours in the morning but I suppose if your there to go out all night it wouldn’t really matter
