Rooms very immaculate and cleaned everyday All rooms have a terrace and are close to the pool Staff were all very friendly and helpful Breakfast was lovely with a great choice for both adults and kids Kids club was very good and Martha was brilliant will all the children Main Pool was heated and 3 pools all were very clean Cleanest and nicest place we have stayed in Lanazorte for some time

Bit of walk to the main strip for the kids but all down hill so not that bad Taxi is only €3 to strip

The hotel was so quiet and clean. It was the perfect distance from town which was close enough to walk to but far enough to ensure that it was quiet at night. The staff were so helpful and kind. Matias and Cristina went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was amazing and the food and drink were reasonably priced. The bed was so comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. The cleaning staff were so thorough and helpful.

Everything described on the website, the minute you walk through the door we received a warm welcome. The staff could go out of their way to look after you. The breakfast was cooked to order every morning, one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

We had a standard room which was huge and a private balcony with 2 sun beds, no rushing to get a bed but there were plenty around the pools.

Had a great stay at Aqua Suites. It's a ten-minute walk from the beach and the Puerto del Carmen promenade. A couple of supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. Our room had a magnificent view over the pool, it was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast has various cold options from the buffet. You can also order some delicious hot options that will be cooked on order. We also tried dinner and can only recommend it. Every day there's different tasty specials in addition to the à la carte menu. The staff is welcoming, corteous and always happy to help. We would like to extend our special thanks to David and the lovely receptionist from Ecuador (so sorry we are this bad with names and didn't catch yours!) and to Christian at the restaurant. They are clearly passionate about their job and about providing an excellent service to their customers. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel, it's now our fav hotel, we normally stay in the baracola, and the aqua beats it hands down. Upon arrival, you get a glass of win, also a welcome pack in your room, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water this was excellent, as the hotel give you water every day of your stay. The hotel is fabulously decorated, and the rooms are very spacious with a good shower, comfy beds, and pillows. TV has a good few English speaking channels, which was great. Our room overlooked the pool and jacuzzi. The pool area was fab also as both pools were heated and also a gym provided. The food is fantastic, the breakfast was 💯 fab, which served real bacon and sausage. Their was plenty to choose from for breakfast, a really well-done team, but a big shout out to Sam in the restaurant. She was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. There are Supermarkets near by. It is a 7-minute walk from the beach or shop strip to the hotel. This does have a small steep hill [ good cardio] workout. For those that would find it a challenge, there is a mobility scooter. Shop nearby, or a taxi will charge 3e back to the hotel. Folks truly short sacrifice for such a fab hotel. The bus for the airport is just around the corner. This is the 161. Goes every 30 mins. Definitely will be back.

The rooms were perfect for us as a family. The best hotel accommodation we have ever had. Clean extremely comfortable. The kids each had a room and our room was the one straight out onto the veranda. Perfect after the kids went to bed we could sit outside without disturbing them.

The hotel is fab, and the grounds are very well kept. The hotel is very private for guests . The highlights of the hotel are the pool and large jacuzzi were heated, which is fantastic. The breakfast is excellent with lots to choose from, a big shout out to Sam and her colleagues for great service and some craic at the tables every morning. They are a fantastic team, and Fatima at reception. She was so helpful. The rooms are very nice, modern and clean, and the beds are so comfortable. A very nice hotel.

The price of stay in the hotel has increased by 500e in 1 year since we last stayed here, which is a shocking increase for a hotel. The hotel has no loyalty discounts for returning customers. For those who have disabilities the hotel is at the top of a slight steep hill, so not for the faint-hearted. Mobility scooters are available for hire at the start of the hill if that helps ur decision.

Very clean, spacious, rooms are an amazing size. Good pool area and also good heated kids pool. High standard of great food and drink which includes breakfast to order. Service was amazing through out the hotel, everyone was so nice. Everything was perfect.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Aqua suites recently. Sebastian was so friendly and helpful at reception. Our room was really clean and had all the necessary requirements for a comfortable stay. Samantha who works in the restaurant deserves a special mention as she is excellent at her job. She made lots of recommendations on local attractions for us to enjoy during our trip. Would highly recommend Aqua Suites and will be returning soon.
