The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is also followed up perfectly, more than worthy of a three-star. The rooms are spick and span and the local autochtone cleaners get a 10/10 from us. Interior of the restaurant Ilunion 4 is very nicely finished though.

The rooms lack feng shui, and the public toilets certainly need to be renovated, enlarged and modernised, but you only need them occasionally. Also not handy when these are upstairs and the breakfast room downstairs. The logic of the opening hours of the swimming pool is lacking to me too. Once we went to the four-star restaurant. We noticed that communication in English is not evident there. The restaurant has a very limited choice, not Spanish and therefore to be left.

- Close to the conference center, quite a good location, even when going to the city it's okay - Staff is very nice and fulfils your wishes - Nice breakfast buffet, sufficient choices - there were even Churros when I was there - Everything was clean and nice, I felt more comfortable than a lot of other hotels I had to take for business and other trips - I might come here again for leisure, instead of risking a worse hotel in the city center - After this hotel I went to two others in the city (the first of which I cancelled), which were not as good as this one, despite one of them having slightly higher ratings here on booking.com - according to work colleagues this seems to be common in Valencia, so not all ratings seem to be truly reflecting all hotels quality. Better read some of them than only go for the numbers.

The staff were extremely nice and polite. They can work under the presure for sure. Staff at reception, at the breakfast , bar were lovely. The cleaning staff were superb. In general it was very easy to travel from the hotel to town. To the seaside, we took tram from Garbi, which is like 10 min walk. There are many restaurants nearby. Also, landrette and pharmacy. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The swimming pool is very busy but clean.

All was good, but what the hotel could improve is less time spent waiting in the reception for check-in. We arrived early, so the receptionist made sure we got the room. Although today we waited 30 min to get our laguage. I ORDERED ON booking.com 2 single beds, but when we arrived, we got double, but the staff organised a separate bed. In overal was good:)

Excellent staff at Front of house. They were very helpfull regarding tourist information or any other information you required etc. What they didn,t know they were happy to look up and do their very best to help. Rooms were very clean and regularly serviced to a very high degree. Well done to all the staff. You go above and beyond.

There wasn,t anything about the hotel i didn,t like. Some little extras. Direct USB points perhaps located near the desk or beside for recharging. Portable hand held weighing device to check luggage weight . As an infrequent traveller guessing your bag weight can be difficult. Also switching between Overseas travell and intra country luggage weights can be different. The added bonus on not having to travel with the device ( weight) and having one at the hotel to check your luggage weight would be amazing. Many Thanks ..

Rooms were small but great value for money! housekeepers were incredibly friendly and always serviced our room to a high standard. Breakfast wasn’t included in our deal so i found it a tad bit expensive for what you got but still really good, location near metro system bit far from city but still great!

Found the pool to be quite dirty. Wouldn’t mention it unless it was in need of a deep clean

Close to the conference center, commercial area with a variety of restaurants and metro station. Considering the price of housing in Valencia, this is definitely a good compromise between price and quick and inexpensive transportation to the city center. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Fast Wi-Fi. Free drinking water in the room.

Bathroom a little crowded and toilet water dripping all the time. Room visibility may be poor depending on floor and orientation. Make sure you fully specify the name of the hotel to the driver. There are several Ilunion hotels in town, and one just a block away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, especially appreciating the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was a major plus, being very close to the metro, which made exploring the city both easy and convenient. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay. Every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations.

Room was very good, staff were very helpful. I actually dropped my bank card and they rang me several times and emailed me to say it was found. Could not answer as running the Marathon. They had it put aside for me when I got back.

It was a bit far out. Transport issues due to the storm meant the metro was out. Beyond their control and not a major issue compared to what the Valencians went through. Metro is outside so proably in normal circumstances not an issue

Excellent service teams reception Sofia, Roly, EManuel etc... excellent team/food in restaurant Christofer... Room excelent, hotel location 200m from transports/metro, bus... Aprox 30 everywhere in Valencia. Couldn't ask more for my 19nghts stay... Grateful to you all wonderfull team, also the hotel it's a special one, has employees which received a chance to work and integrate as they are with special needs/disabilities.... GOD gave me the good thought to book my stay in this hotel. I would strongly recommend it!

I was traveling back home and we needed to stay for a week the pool was a nice touch to the property very close to the metro. The restaurant was across the street and the hotel has a restaurant as well. I thought the location was awesome. The breakfast was so good and such a good variety.

So far nothing everyone was very nice and helpful.
