The flat was modern and comfortable. All requirements were provided e.g. all kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine, large TV, a good shower and large fluffy towels etc. The bed was comfortable. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 9 floor building and there are 2 good lifts. The flat is not in the centre of town, but has good bus and metro services nearby. The Turia Park is also close by.

The main disadvantage is that the building is at a busy road junction with traffic all day and into the night. It didn't keep me awake as I thought it might. The windows are double glazed, which reduces the noise but, with all the traffic, it wasn't pleasant to sit on the balcony. Whilst the sofa is quite comfortable, it would benefit from cushions. Similarly, the bed pillows are thin and I needed two, which was fine for me alone, but if there were more people it would need more pillows. Perhaps they are available from reception, but as I didn't need them I didn't ask The most irritating internal noise is the unpleasant sound of scraping chairs on the upper floors, as would be mine for the flat below. This is easily fixable by attaching self adhesive pads..

Nice appartments on bus in the town centre clean quiet. .. over road extra large shopping centre ..... Good value Valencia beautiful city worth visit ❤️.,.. be back soon....

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was great- nice area, walking distance to Centro Historico and Bioparc, public transport available, a big shopping mall just across the street.

I didn’t get any information from the property about a request for early check in or how to access the property. We arrived an hour earlier than check in and there was still no info , no one was at the reception desk and no one was answering the msg I sent. It was a bit inconvenient, but was solved. When checking out on Sunday there was no one on the reception desk and made it impossible to leave the luggage for a few hours, so you have to look for a different solution in case you need to.

The apartment itself was great, modern, comfortable and clean. Within walking distance to a shopping centre which is where we had to park our car.

The communication by staff was dreadful. They did not respond to several messages. I eventually sent another message on Whatapp as we were driving to Valencia, but they still did not reply in a timely manner. Our concern was with parking which they advertise they have- however, they do not have any parking & would not assist us on where to park. They also advertise that they can get a discount at the shopping centre parking,but this was never offered to me even though I asked a number of times about where to park. The reception closed before 2pm so I was unable to get the keys until 3pm. We got to the outside of the building at 1.55pm & they had already left, even though I sent a message that we were on our way to get the keys.

The property was easy to find, there is a bus stop nearby connecting you to the city centre. Across the road is Nuevo Centro, a few shops and some options for dining out. The property was clean and spacious and I appreciated the welcome water in the fridge and kitchen 'basics' pack. It can get quite noisy depending on who your neighbours are but the evenings are quiet and there is no noise from the surrounding road/streets.

If you arrive between the hours of 2-3pm, the reception is closed for lunch so it is difficult to get into the building to collect keys.

The property had a great layout, it was spacious, clean, relatively modern and in a great location. Right next to a beautiful park, a shopping centre/mall, next to a gym, lot’s of food options close by, the metro and bus stations were only a few minutes walk away and walking to the town centre only took 20 minutes. The check in process was easy and smooth and the WiFi in the room was good. Despite being there for work for 2 weeks, I went with my partner, so we can explore in the evenings and on weekends.

A few minor details like; not enough storage in the bathroom, limited supply of cutlery or pots and pans for cooking.

Our apartment was quite small, but nice and new and with balcony. The location was good - just about 20 minutes to the city centre, Check in was easy, there is a reception opened during the day. They prepared a baby cot for our little daughter for free. They do not have a private parking, but it was not problem for us to find a spot on the street for free. We were lucky, because we were in Valencia during the floods, but fortunately the historic centre or the apartment building were not affected by this catastrophe.

It would be nice to have some furniture on the balcony. The surroundings of the hotel is not very nice. There are plenty of parking spots directly in front of the apartment building and they should be for free, but there are always standing some strange people awaiting to pay them for the parking, so if you do not want to discuss with them, I would suggest to park on the street little bit further.

Location was perfect. I needed to attend a conference and my family members wanted to see the sights. This place is just outside the old city, and there are great transportation options (bus and metro) both into the historic center and to the conference venue--also good ways to get to the beach, etc. It's also quite walkable, with groceries and produce shops nearby, as well as some decent restaurants. Facilities were good, if slightly spare feeling, and we really appreciated having a washing machine and a drying rack.

The building itself and the immediate surroundings don't look great. It's perfectly safe, just not a "wow" from the exterior. Similarly the interior decor is pretty basic Ikea, lots of gray, white and tan. One of the elevators was being used for a construction project or something, and so was covered in cardboard inside. However, nothing negatively affected our comfort.

Messaging via whatsapp was fast but I would prefer an email a bit earlier than 24h

Good location, within walking distance to old town 15-20 min walk. Clean, well equipped apartment with modern furniture. We were two adults and all we needed was there including iron and iron board and even hair dryer. Nice and clean bathroom. Living room with sofa and TV set. Comfortable hard bad. We got link to a mobile application to open gate and apartment door on the arrival day. That worked fine all the time. We also took a traditional key from the reception to have a backup just in case our phones get discharged. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. Kitchen and living room we did not really use as most time we spent out in the city.

All was fine. Maybe would be nice to have an electric kettle to make some tea. However, need to mention that a coffee machine was there and also you could boil some water in a pot so that was doable for the tea as well.
