We did not engage in morning activities during our stay. The room was clean. This included bathroom, towels, carpet and sheets. My sons second stay here, my first. My son son felt Queens Inn to be a great value as did I. The people working the office were friendly checking in and checking out.

Guests returning to their rooms very late, were very noisy. The building, even though well maintained, is an older structure and the heavy steps and loud voices from outside echo in the room. Unfortunately not much the staff can do about inconsiderate guest coming and going at late and early morning hours.

The room is huge. Bath instead of shower, lots of space everywhere, pool, location - safe and nice neighbourhood,, comfy bed. It is visible the inn is older, but seems like the owners do their best to keep it clean and functioning. The furniture and bathroom are a bit older, but given the good price it is understandable.

There was a smell of some perfume or cleaning supplies on the room, don't know really what it was. Carpet was not the cleanest - but we come from country where people take off their shoes. Would not recommend it here. The hottub looks dirty, but it's just old paint wearing off, if they give it a proper decalc cleaning and paint it, it would look like new - but the water was super clean and warm, with just some little debris that fell off the trees during the day, but both pool and tub had sparkly clean water. Walls are bit thin, but that is almost in every hotel I have been to in my life. Earplugs have a permanent place in my carry bag.

Very close to Disneyland shuttles, fairly cheap in comparison to other hotels nearby. Big room and bed

Bathroom was a little smelly maybe from blocked pipes as the bathroom sink was blocked- this was fixed by the staff when we told them about it that day.

The manager was simply marvellous. So helpful and caring and good. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will use again. Excellent value for money

The hoist wasn't working in the spa pool. My wheelchair bound cousin was looking forward to a Swin however the battery on the hoist needed fixing. Still all the other service was great value and so affordable. Nice and close to Target and Disney and cool shops.

Wonderful service reasonable price, microwave and refrigerator were a plus , beds exceptionally comfy, pool and spa, big deep bath tub , rooms very clean, a/c worked perfectly in tbis hot weather, staff wasn't overbearing or on power trips., they let you be as long as everything looks on the up. No complaints at all. Loved the whole 6 days we were there.

Location is PERFECT, the room has a lot of space and I like the distribution because the bathroom was separated from the sink and mirror (that was actually huge) so you can totally using it while your partner stills in the shower it is time saving!! Also great size of bed and temperature even though the air conditioning was a bit old...

There were some weird people outside in the stairs or parking lot not family friendly smoking and talking very loud, but I guess is something the hotel cannot control...

The location and price can’t be beat! If you’re looking for a place to stay for a quick one or two days at Disney, this is the spot for you! It’s obviously not a top rated hotel, but considering that you’ll be out for most of the day, this is a great place to crash. The staff were super nice and they didn’t even charge me for a security deposit! They just kept my card on file just in case! We visited mid August, the week where most schools start, so the place itself wasn’t packed, and the parking was fairly open! There’s a quick 10-15 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot that has a free service shuttle that takes you straight to the entrance. Plus, you go through security before you enter the shuttle, so you get to skip the line at the park! The shuttle runs all day until 1am, so by the time my partner and I left the park, we were back at the parking lot in less than 10 mins! The area where this motel is felt very safe and it had lots of good dining options that are nearby!

-Breakfast would be nice, but for the price that we paid for, I wouldn’t really complain too much about it! -Furnitures we’re definitely used up and had some chipping. The paint on our bathtub floor was coming off.

Perfect location next to the convention center… About a block away. Typical old style motel but the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Not a ton of amenities but literally half the price during a convention of most of the other rooms. I stayed there last year as well and will do so again.

Fabulous location and terrific value. Clean comfortable rooms. Not a lot of amenities but everything you need really close.

I liked how close the hotel is to Disneyland. Very convenient.

I didn’t like how the rug was dirty. Couldn’t even walk on it bare footed or with socks without your feet turning black, the towels were badly stained, I had to connect the tv literally for it to work and there were only 11 channels and none were even Disney… the phone didn’t even work smh. I had to use my cell phone to call the office.

The guy at the front desk is very friendly and helpful ! Very grateful for him! Our walk to Disney was about 20 minutes which wasn’t bad at all! Definitely coming back when we have the chance! this place is walking distance to some fast food chains and next to a gas station !

Only complaint was that the warm water doesn’t last long ! It goes from warm to cold very fast
