The pools were warm and nice! Loved the variety and large hot tub. Lots of pool towels available. The staff was excellent and addressed every concern I had that they COULD fix quickly and with smiles. The food in the burger theory and orange leaf were delicious and the service was prompt. I liked the front store area had laundry soap and dryer sheets in small batches. That was convenient

The splash park needs better landings. Kids kept sliding off the pad onto the concrete. Ouch! More seating (ideally further away from the water would be nice. Chairs were hard to come by and there was no dry area to set belongings while swimming. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer worked and I had to ask maintenance to fix the one washer to get it going. (Anthony was great!) Please consider a coin machine in the facility. Being a cashless location yet expecting people to have nearly $6 in quarters per load of laundry is unreasonable.

The location to everything downtown and fun activities for kids. Front desk lady who checked us in was amazing plus she had great customer service throughout our stay!

The Waterpark was CROWDED! We stayed 3 nights & 2 of those nights the waterpark was chaos, actually the entire hotel was. People told us from both nights that they just walk in from off the street and let their kids swim, 95% of the people had no wrist bands or supervision. Absolute nuts throughout the entire place. Like other reviews have said it’s crazy to pay $15/night for parking in Omaha. The cost of each night to stay here and we were turned off about the chaos and parking plus with so many running around ; the hotel was dirty our floor had cake smeared all over in the hallways for a day and a half before it was cleaned. If they can get the waterpark managed and make sure only paying guests are there this would be a great place to stay especially for kids.

We found the hotel to be clean and welcoming. Front desk staff was efficient. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean with appropriate water temperature for the pool and hot tub. Our boys really liked the water slide. We also enjoyed eating dinner at the attached restaurant and got frozen yogurt at the attached store, which was extremely convenient.

Parking fees and breakfast are not included in the cost. No lifeguard on duty for the large water play area. We stayed on a Thursday evening so there were only a few groups swimming, but with larger crowds this area could have been much more dangerous if not appropriately monitored.

Great hotel, pool was perfect for the kids!

Only complaint was change machine at arcade was not working and therefore could not spend my money on the games for the kids! Staff did not have change to give either.

The swimming pool was ice cold but slide and kiddie area were excellent we got this hotel for the water park and didnt use pool due to it being so cold

My kids loved the pool, the Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room size was great.

The fridge in our room was not working The front desk sent maintenance. He found the fridge was shut off. He turned it back on. A couple of hours later it was still not cold. He came back and said it would take some time to cool down. It didn't cool down until the next late evening, our last evening there. There was also some rust looking stuff on the back of the fridge. The elevator broke and we had to use the stairs a few hours on our 2nd day. The stairs entrance was outside. It was above 100 that day. The water park was nice but it needs some work done to it. Lots of corrosion and rust on the splash pad. For the price I paid, it's disappointing to have to pay for breakfast, the water park and parking.

Pretty much everything its my second time staying there.

Some people were arguing, scream and yelling and cursing each other out. It was around 4 am and woke my husband and I up. We couldn't go back to sleep after a long while. Ether than that it was good.

Room was much bigger than expected and very comfy bed. Area felt safe and close to where I needed to go. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.

We loved the two king beds, the little water park and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We didn't like paying for parking. We were glad that the parking lot was secure.
