Convenient location downtown, comfortable bed. Good variety of breakfast options.

They charge $30 for overnight car parking and $70 if you’re in an RV, van, or anything they deem as “oversized.” I didn’t see the parking fee posted anywhere until AFTER I made the reservation and then read about it in the confirmation email. The room was ok, one lamp didn’t work and there was no trash can in the bedroom.

Friendly staff, great location to Alamo, River walk and River Center Mall. Breakfast was delicious and always refilled when low. Pool was heated and very comfortable. My daughter left her Beats headphones in the gym Thursday night and didn’t realize until very early Sunday morning that they were gone. Went to the front desk and asked and they had them behind the desk. Very honest guests and staff. Will definitely come back.

Water pressure in the showers was low. May have been in my room only.

I loved the location because the Alamo dome is very closed in walking distance. staff are very friendly.

Breakfast is normal but the amount of people in that small cafeteria is crazy. there is no management for people who are saving the tables spots for other relatives and just leaving the other guess standing just because they are waiting for their relatives to come down. I overhear that there where more then ten people in one room just to save money. its crazy no wonder why the cafeteria is over crowded.

Beds were comfortable, and I didn't hear a lot of noise, so my sleep was never disturbed. Rooms were clean, and the AC was easy to manage. It got very cold in the room which I prefer for sleeping. The shower had great pressure and the water was nice and hot.

The elevators. You need to scan your room key and click the button, but it never seemed to work. Although there were 3 elevators, only one ever seemed to work at a time, and most often than not, people were cramming in. Evans they didn't want to wait for the next elevator. I overheard many other guest say they would rather take the stairs, but none of us could find them. As busy as they were, the hotel could benefit from an elevator attendant.

Property location and rooms were great!

I didn’t like the breakfast staff. I had a tobacco bottle on my table for less than a minute and a staff member came to pick it up sneaking manner. He could have politely asked if I am done using it or not. Instead he rudely grabbed it and took it back. There was no courtesy. I asked for a pool facing room and the front seat representative told me that she is not aware about which room is pool facing and which one is not. I am not happy with that response as they should know the map. No choice or option was given. Also, we lost a huge water bottle in the hotel and nobody saw it.

Close to Riverwalk

$28/night fee for parking. If hotels want guests they should provide free parking. They already own the space and this is just another way to gig customers.

Loved the ease of online check in and check out. The staff we encountered were all so helpful and friendly, especially Michael! They handled a huge group of people with ease as there were several competitions going on. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and they also have a nice lounge with a happy hour. The pool was a fun place to gather in the evenings with lots of tables and lounge chairs. King suite was big and the doors to close off from the sitting area is great. Blocks away from the convention center and Riverwalk so walking to and from multiple times daily is easy.

Checking in was amazing, friendly and quick. Room clean and fresh. Good view from the 11th floor. Good facilities and breakfast. Good location, close to the Alamo and Riverwalk.

Not being notified of car parking charges until the day before the stay in a confirmation email. Elevators weren't working and no information on using your pass to gain access. Hot tub water not very clear, foamy and dirty. For the price of the room and crowdedness of the hotel, parking should be included. The La Quinta next to the Market Square parking is included and right next door.

Breakfast was the same each day.... but, it was leniently open to everyone without even checking if one is checked in or not. I even saw a vagabond enter and got food. No one reprimanded him. Location is good with very nice attractions around, like restos, shops, tourist spots, etc... Front desk staff were generally courteous, except for 1 male front desk staff who received my call around 11pm on nov.28,2024. He was indifferent unlike his colleagues who were warm and enthusiastic. I dont mind much, afterall it was 11pm, probably he was already tired and sleepy.

Clean, good size rooms, great location.

They charged my card on file for the stay after I had already paid via booking com. So I was double charged and the guy I talked to on the phone at the hotel acted like he could care less that the hotel had taken 1400$ out of my account and after complaining a lot they finally decided to cut me a break and give me my money back in 7 to 10 business days. I have no idea why this happened and I guess using booking.com doesn't help me not get double charged so this may be my last transaction with either booking.com or La Quinta San Antonio.
