Good location. Bus stop within 5 minutes of walk. Petrol station near by the hotel. Sainsbury's open until 11pm within 5 minutes of walk. Tasty breakfast. Nice swimming pool and gym. Car park in the hotel underground.

Great quality of hotel with great facilities for a very good price. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and smart. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable with really good storage areas. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was really good. There was no road noise at all even though it is directly onto the A4. The breakfast was superb with a great choice of food and drink. Parking is safe and secure and easy to access. Good choice of public transport near by and great position so close to the river.

Excellent, swimming pool and sauna. Good changing room, just needs a little spin dryer for wet costumes but I hung mine in the shower and it dried overnight. Swimming pool open from 6am till 10pm. Staff were good. Alex and Sonna very helpful. The restaurant got our order wrong, we were in a rush, so had to eat salmon instead of chicken, but they gave us a full refund and apologised. Executive rooms were lovely, comfy beds and pillows. Walk in shower Excellent. Proper coffee machine with delicious coffee. Check in times 2pm and check out 12pm very generous. Sainsbury local she just a minute away. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good but I wasn’t impressed about the lunch buffet options. A few of the staff were stuck up and gave off an air of arrogance. I wasn’t sure whether it was a touch of snobbery or rac*sm. Definitely the wrong attitude for customer service.

Actually everything! The building is very nice, modern and beautifully designed. So is the interior. The rooms are good-sized and also well and practically designed and nicely decorated. The young staff is extremely friendly, courteous, well-spoken, accommodating, multi-lingual and therefore multi-cultural, Whatever drink of food we had incl. during my business meetings was well presented and very tasty. So much so that I did not even go out to eat in my usual Richmond restaurants but preferred to stay in the hotel. The service was prompt and very good. The room service was also very good and everything was cleaned and RENEWED to order and satisfaction. For a hotel in London and so well situated as the Novotel in Brentford is from the location point of view the room price is amazing! It is also within easy walking distance of the new and very upmarket centre of Brentford, the wonderful pathway along the river Thames, easy reach of famous Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew and very well connected by bus and train to the centre of London. An easy busride opposite on the main street takes one to Richmond Station by the 65 Bus which comes every five to ten minutes and from there to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Hammersmith etc. the connections into London are every few minutes and very easy. Having lived in Kew and Richmond for 40 years and having stayed at all Richmond based better hotels I would always come back to the Novotel as long as it can keep its present standards. Very well priced, staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with an excellent shower. Car parking on site was very reasonably priced. Richmond was easily accessible for our first night and the nearest tube station was a brisk 15 minute walk, which made central London really accessible. It felt very safe and secure. There was a Sainsbury's local yards away and a fantastic independent coffee shop opposite the hotel. We will definitely use the hotel again in the future 🙂

The breakfast price was quite expensive which is why we didn't book it. It did look very nice though.

The Hotel is lovely. Very clean and modern with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very nice and have lovely bathrooms with nice high pressure showers, everything is really good quality. The best parts for me was the breakfast! Absolutely amazing, everything was so fresh and delicious. The restaurant is really nice and also has a nice social area if you would like to relax after breakfast. They had an area where the F1 was on. Literally the best Hotel breakfast I have had, 10/10.

The bed was like laying on the floor so firm but that could be personal preference. Also the window wouldn’t open so the room was super hot as the rooms done have air conditioning. However I did ring down to the front desk asking if they could help with this issue, which they did by either offering another room with a working window or to see if they could get us a fan which they was able to find.

Modern hotel in a great location. All the reception staff were super helpful, Easy check in/check out. It’s about 20 minute walk to South Ealing tube station or Brentford train station so you have options for heading into Central London which takes about 30 minutes. Sainsbury local is right next door for supplies (room has a small fridge) and if you fancy breakfast outside the hotel definitely go to Rada cafe across the road - absolutely amazing in fact it was so good that we went both mornings! The swimming pool/gym facilities are excellent and super clean. The sauna just wasn’t hot enough, almost as though it wasn’t working properly. The only other negative was the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable for our 12 year old. We come to Brentford for the football so we will definitely stay here again.

Swimming pool was lovely. Beds were really comfortable The interconneting rooms made it feel like a suite and was really fun Check in and out was very swift. Staff helpful booking a taxi and sorting out a problem with room service very swiftly.

Did not like the bathrooms. Felt there was no privacy. Could see into the bathroom via the fosted glass and there was no lock on the door. Would have been nice to have a bath as well as a shower (though I accept that it did not say there was). Tea and coffee in the room could have been a bit more plentiful.
