The hotel only mentions an airport shuttle. I don’t recommend the shuttle; it takes 20min from terminal 2/3 and costs £6.81 yet the public bus takes 5 min and costs £1.81 Furthermore neither bus goes to terminal 4 before 6am. One has to go to terminal 5 then wait for 20 min to catch another bus to terminal 4 or take a taxi at a whopping £ 23 between terminals . Definitely not recommended for an early flight departing from terminal 4 unless one is prepared to pay min £ 27 ( £ 40 Uber)

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Except for Jacek at the reception. This former lorry driver from Poland just wouldn't quit glorifying Eastern European culture, before his endless bragging about his 3.5 years' experience at Renault Trucks. I hadn't heard so much nonsense since the last Trump interview. Unbelievable.

The hotel is located 20 minutes drive with Hotel hoppa H2B bus from the Heathrow's terminals 2&3, but the hotel also offers its own transportation and it takes 6 minutes. I used hotel's shuttle service and I highly recommend it. Bear in mind that you cannot walk from the airport to the hotel. The hotel's staff is highly professional and kind, and they went out of their way to help me. The gentleman at the reception arranged my transportation since I had an early flight and gave me on point advice which allowed me an additional hour of sleep and smooth check-in at the airport. The room was spotless and very cozy. Although across part of the airport (you can see the planes), it was super quiet and I had great night sleep. I didn't take breakfast but the coffee at the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would come again.

Nothing whatsoever!

Our room and bathroom were fine - nothing remarkable. Soundproofing is generally good. We were not disturbed by noise from outside the hotel or from the corridors, although doors did bang as people left in the early morning. We booked breakfast and car parking for the night. Breakfast was very good and I would use this facility again. Very convenient location for both M25 and airport.

We had interconnecting rooms (not requested). I would not want these again as soundproofing between the rooms is poor. It is a long walk from reception to the room - if you have mobility issues this could be challenging. There are no toilets near the restaurant - you either have to go down a level or back to the room. My son was on crutches so this was annoying.

Location for Terminal 3 was excellent. Public transport bus stop was right outside the hotel, straight to the Terminal -£1.75 and less than 10 minutes on the bus

It would be useful if the hotel could supply the number of the suitable public transport buses leaving the Airport Terminals that went to the hotel and which stop to get off at.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay for an early flight from Heathrow. The rooms are a good size, very clean and nice modern shower room. I asked for a quiet room and was allocated a room at the end of a corridor which was perfect. I used the shuttle service the next morning which was very good and only took 5 minutes to get to terminal 3. Its a very busy area so I don’t think walking is an option It was reasonably priced and I would stay again

I stayed at this comfortable and good value four star hotel close to LHR for two nights. It has a very pleasant public area, bar and restaurant. Having booked an executive third floor room, I was given 10% off the cost of food and beverages. Ample paid parking. Whilst this wasn't cheap it wasn't excessively priced. It could be a base for exploring London, as the tube operates from LHR, or further afield if you have car.

Food offering in the bar and restaurant is very basic but not over priced. They have adopted the insidious American practice of adding a service charge to your bill, as many establishments in the UK now do. However they do mention this and you can refuse to pay it. A voluntary tip can be given, of course, if the service is exceptional.

I usually stay at this hotel. It is reasonably priced, friendly, comfortable & convenient. Only one issue on this occasion. The room was too warm & therefore prevented a good night’s sleep. The air conditioner was set to warm. After switching to cool on the lowest setting, it was not possible to make the room cool enough. The only options were to either switch it off - no difference, open the window - too noisy or try sleeping without the bedding - too extreme. Neverthess, I would still stay here again & recommend doing so. Next time, I would seek to overcome this setback at the earliest opportunity.

This was great value for money. I booked less than a week in advance, and was surprised at the good deal that I got considering that I travelled in June and London is not a cheap city. The hotel can be accessed by public transportation (busses each hour for GBP 6), or by cab (which takes 10-15 min and costs around GBP 20). Upon arrival, staff was kind and efficient, even though there were lots of people checking in at the same time. The room was great, super quiet even with the hotel being so close to the road/airport; bed was extra comfortable, room was clean, and overall a great experience, specially after travelling around.

This is not a neighborhood to walk around. The hotel is a great choice to stay overnight, but probably not the best one if you want to walk around and/or visit the city.

Close to airport. Good value. TAKE THE CITY BUS, not the shuttle.

When we checked in, my wife asked if there was water in the room and the bloke sort of asked, as if it was an absurd question and answered “no, but the tap water is safe to drink”. We went ahead and drank from the water bottles and when we told reception that we had used two bottles, she told us that this was indeed complimentary. Mayo at breakfast was quite warm and tasted a bit “off” and was haunting me through into the early morning hours. Should have known better, as it had been sitting out for quite some time and probably on other days as well.
