The Leonardo was very reasonably priced for the location, the staff fantastic, and the breakfast great. Our room was clean, the WiFi was solid and fast. On arrival at Heathrow we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel ($17 US) for the 8 minute drive. (Uber was quoted at $26.) The Upon departure next day we took the city bus back to the airport. It was a short and easy 5 minute walk; the cost was less than $3 and we plan to take it both to and from the hotel on our return visit to London next month.

Though I liked them, my wife wasn’t fond of the firm bed pillows. As we didn’t reach out to see if there was as alternative, that could have been our fault. It isn’t close to any of London’s attractions but that isn’t its purpose so don’t let that stop you from booking the Leonardo for your stop through Heathrow.

The hotel only mentions an airport shuttle. I don’t recommend the shuttle; it takes 20min from terminal 2/3 and costs £6.81 yet the public bus takes 5 min and costs £1.81 Furthermore neither bus goes to terminal 4 before 6am. One has to go to terminal 5 then wait for 20 min to catch another bus to terminal 4 or take a taxi at a whopping £ 23 between terminals . Definitely not recommended for an early flight departing from terminal 4 unless one is prepared to pay min £ 27 ( £ 40 Uber)

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Except for Jacek at the reception. This former lorry driver from Poland just wouldn't quit glorifying Eastern European culture, before his endless bragging about his 3.5 years' experience at Renault Trucks. I hadn't heard so much nonsense since the last Trump interview. Unbelievable.

The hotel is located 20 minutes drive with Hotel hoppa H2B bus from the Heathrow's terminals 2&3, but the hotel also offers its own transportation and it takes 6 minutes. I used hotel's shuttle service and I highly recommend it. Bear in mind that you cannot walk from the airport to the hotel. The hotel's staff is highly professional and kind, and they went out of their way to help me. The gentleman at the reception arranged my transportation since I had an early flight and gave me on point advice which allowed me an additional hour of sleep and smooth check-in at the airport. The room was spotless and very cozy. Although across part of the airport (you can see the planes), it was super quiet and I had great night sleep. I didn't take breakfast but the coffee at the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would come again.

Nothing whatsoever!

The staff was great. Basic king downstairs Room was comfortable but we couldn't figure out how to cool it down a little, could have asked. Charging ports by bed were appreciated (after a month of cruising and having to plug in across the cabin for phone alarm). Best hairdryer I have had in a hotel in years, Although room was downstairs right across from the intersection it was still not noisy. Restaurant dinner was GREAT! We both had a type of curry we enjoyed. Didn't eat breakfast there. We took a taxi both ways from terminal 3. About 13 L. We were going to take the hopper shuttle back but a mercedes V had just arrived and it was direct for only 1 or 2 L more....great deal. Airport arrival and departure board in hotel.

missed having luggage racks. I would have preferred more counter space in the bathroom. Big nice shower and what would have been really nice is a ledge for placing my foot to shave. This is always a negative for me and there is actually room for a little stool. Lighting is good. There wasn't really anyplace to 'walk' to stretch or eat, but we walked the area anyway.

Our room and bathroom were fine - nothing remarkable. Soundproofing is generally good. We were not disturbed by noise from outside the hotel or from the corridors, although doors did bang as people left in the early morning. We booked breakfast and car parking for the night. Breakfast was very good and I would use this facility again. Very convenient location for both M25 and airport.

We had interconnecting rooms (not requested). I would not want these again as soundproofing between the rooms is poor. It is a long walk from reception to the room - if you have mobility issues this could be challenging. There are no toilets near the restaurant - you either have to go down a level or back to the room. My son was on crutches so this was annoying.

Review for Ms. Olympia (Room 2309) I would like to sincerely praise Ms. Olympia, who takes care of cleaning my room (2309). She is a very kind, hardworking, and thorough lady. It is always clear that she does her job with heart — after she cleans, the room is beautifully tidy, fresh, and spotless down to the smallest details. I also really appreciate her willingness and friendly smile. Even though she has her own personal struggles, she never lets it show and always remains professional and attentive. In fact, Ms. Olympia is one of the reasons I decided to extend my stay here — her excellent work and kind attitude make this place feel even more comfortable and welcoming. Location for Terminal 3 was excellent. Public transport bus stop was right outside the hotel, straight to the Terminal -£1.75 and less than 10 minutes on the bus

It would be useful if the hotel could supply the number of the suitable public transport buses leaving the Airport Terminals that went to the hotel and which stop to get off at.

Quick, genuine, caring Customer service and the staff's response to an otherwise unintentional unexpected problem with the first room. Our first room had a problem with the AC (on a very hot and humid day). The receptionist despite her busy schedule, jumped at the issue and rebooked us to a new room and personally came upstairs to ensure our room was up to standards. In addition, while we were having dinner at their restaurant she came back (unexpectedly) and gave us a 10% discount card for their food (restaurant) services. This was not important over the whole cost however, it was very important as it showed that it is the thought and the customer care aspect of the gesture that counts. Bravo to the management, bravo to the staff. This was our second time at Leonardo (Milan was the first). We had the same customer service mentality there. Thanks guys, please keep this service mentality up.

Specific to this hotel location 1 - There was no towel rack, nor hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang the towels. Even the hand towels did not have a rack or handle forcing the guest to leave them on the counter. 2 - No hair dryer outlets in the bathroom where the Lighting is at least not bad. 3 - There are few outlets in the room far away from the bathroom but lighting is not good at all at these locations. 4 - A mirror, outlet and good lighting, all three should exist in the same place.

Very comfortable bed and AC in the room.

I had dinner on arrival and it felt like I had been forgotten. I ordered a simple salad and the waiting time was over 30 mins. I received an apology when it finally arrived. The buffet breakfast varied in quality. A great selection and the porridge was amazing. The cooked breakfast was over cooked and didn’t taste fresh. Staff were very nice and the express check out made life easier when leaving. Getting there from the airport was a mission. My hoppa bus (shuttle) never showed up and after 45 mins at 6pm I gave up and tried to get a taxi. Taxi drivers are not keen for this trip as the fare isn’t much and one driver informed me “it’s the closest hotel to Heathrow”. Luckily I found a nicer cab driver who took me and it cost £15.
