Location Room size and cleanliness Staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel only mentions an airport shuttle. I don’t recommend the shuttle; it takes 20min from terminal 2/3 and costs £6.81 yet the public bus takes 5 min and costs £1.81 Furthermore neither bus goes to terminal 4 before 6am. One has to go to terminal 5 then wait for 20 min to catch another bus to terminal 4 or take a taxi at a whopping £ 23 between terminals . Definitely not recommended for an early flight departing from terminal 4 unless one is prepared to pay min £ 27 ( £ 40 Uber)

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Except for Jacek at the reception. This former lorry driver from Poland just wouldn't quit glorifying Eastern European culture, before his endless bragging about his 3.5 years' experience at Renault Trucks. I hadn't heard so much nonsense since the last Trump interview. Unbelievable.

The hotel is located 20 minutes drive with Hotel hoppa H2B bus from the Heathrow's terminals 2&3, but the hotel also offers its own transportation and it takes 6 minutes. I used hotel's shuttle service and I highly recommend it. Bear in mind that you cannot walk from the airport to the hotel. The hotel's staff is highly professional and kind, and they went out of their way to help me. The gentleman at the reception arranged my transportation since I had an early flight and gave me on point advice which allowed me an additional hour of sleep and smooth check-in at the airport. The room was spotless and very cozy. Although across part of the airport (you can see the planes), it was super quiet and I had great night sleep. I didn't take breakfast but the coffee at the bar was excellent. I highly recommend this place and would come again.

Nothing whatsoever!

Our room and bathroom were fine - nothing remarkable. Soundproofing is generally good. We were not disturbed by noise from outside the hotel or from the corridors, although doors did bang as people left in the early morning. We booked breakfast and car parking for the night. Breakfast was very good and I would use this facility again. Very convenient location for both M25 and airport.

We had interconnecting rooms (not requested). I would not want these again as soundproofing between the rooms is poor. It is a long walk from reception to the room - if you have mobility issues this could be challenging. There are no toilets near the restaurant - you either have to go down a level or back to the room. My son was on crutches so this was annoying.

Location for Terminal 3 was excellent. Public transport bus stop was right outside the hotel, straight to the Terminal -£1.75 and less than 10 minutes on the bus

It would be useful if the hotel could supply the number of the suitable public transport buses leaving the Airport Terminals that went to the hotel and which stop to get off at.

Good sized room, bed very comfortable, very clean. Had a disabled room and the bathroom was excellent. The TV was nice and a good size with excellent channel choice. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly.

The only thing that in my opinion could be improved is the room service. For those of us that land back in England at night after the resturant is closed, it would be helpful to be able to order food later than 9.30pm. There is a couple of dishes that can be ordered 24 hours but they all include onion which I am allergic too. So a simple sandwhich (ham/cheese/chicken etc) with maybe some fries would be helpful.

This hotel was so lovely, I wish we had booked for more than one night! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I got such a great nights sleep! We took advantage of their room service and even got some late-night dessert from the bar! Super close to the airport which made our travel day much less stressful. The front desk had a luggage scale they let me borrow, and both check-in and check-out were super simple and done online!

Honestly, no complaints! They did try to upsell us into booking a private taxi with them to the airport, but you definitely don't need it and taking the bus was cheap and easy, even with all of our luggage!

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay for an early flight from Heathrow. The rooms are a good size, very clean and nice modern shower room. I asked for a quiet room and was allocated a room at the end of a corridor which was perfect. I used the shuttle service the next morning which was very good and only took 5 minutes to get to terminal 3. Its a very busy area so I don’t think walking is an option It was reasonably priced and I would stay again

Great staff, great location, excellent breakfast. The beds were super comfortable and we all got an excellent nights sleep. The staff were all super polite and helpful.

The finish in the rooms is lacking a little, they were very clean, spacious and comfortable. However little things bugged me. We were in room 1302 and 1320 - in 1302 the bathroom lock was just gone and the handle was coming away from the door, the bottom of the bathroom door was very worn and cracking. In 1320 parts of the skirting boards were missing . Little things that can easy be fixed so it ruins the finish of the rooms and makes it feel like it’s still a Jury Inn rather than the high standards of a Leonardo. If those little things were taken care of then this would feel like a higher end hotel for its price bracket.

An Airport stopover. Was OK. Nothing Fancy, but the staff was helpful. Arranged for our taxi to terminal the next morning which went smoothly. Buffet Breakfast was Good and sufficient to get us on our way to our next destination.

The Airport Shuttle Service didn't have a bus to our location as advertised, but a bus driver said he would get us as close as possible. Their signs for the entrance were confusing and we walked around and spent about 30 minutes lugging our luggage trying to find the entrance. Just don't like the "British" not accepting cash. Only Cards. This upsets our planned budgeting for our trips, but that's the "modern way". The room had several USB outlets and power outlets that did not work. Make sure you are prepared for this to keep your deviises charged before you upcoming flight.
