Great location and welcoming. I had a single room on the top floor, ( no-lift - I didn't mind but just for reference), it was really hot when I arrived, but it was particularly hot that day. Small fan was provided and with both velux open, it was actually ok at night. Room was clean and the bed really comfy! Tiny bathroom but great water pressure! Price was a bit high but still the cheapest around for that time of year. Will book again when in the area.

I stay here very often. It's right at the bus stop for buses that go up to Hammersmith Hospital (72, 272). Right across the street from Westgate shopping & restaurants. Sainsbury's is right around the corner with 2 pubs opposite each other on those corners. Tube stop Wood Street (with a lift) & Shepherd's Bush Market (without a lift) are very close with Shepherd's Bush (Central) a close second. Very clean, relatively quiet for the location, comfy bed. It's a compact room but doesn't feel like it. Really friendly & helpful staff.

The shower in Room 11 needs some attention. (Only reason I took a mark off for 'Facilities')

The property is in an excellent location very close to the tube, my son and I were attending a concert at Shepherds Bush Empire which is about a 10 minute walk away, opposite the hotel is Westfields shopping centre with plenty of restaurants serving all kinds of cuisines. Our room was clean and had what we needed for a short stay, it was a little noisy in the morning, we could hear trains rumbling and people moving about but we had a good nights sleep, bed was was very comfortable with a good quality mattress, the man on reception was very pleasant and friendly

It was close to the tube station, shopping mall across the road.. So location is good if you want to go visit places it's convenient for tourists.. I chose it because it was not very far away from Eventim Apollo..

No shower gel, no soap gel( disappointed) It was clean though.. They could pay attention on changing the shower tray.. It was oldish.. Bed was comfortable, clean. I would have preferred to have a fridge in the room(a big fridge was available in the breakfast area) and a iron( most likely is given if you ask for it) but I would prefer to have it in the room though.. Room small but comfortable for one nigh.. So over all if you are not pretentious and you want a cozy room where to sleep and take a shower. They are perfect.. For London given the price I paid is decent.. I liked that room had a seif. So for me is a must, big 10 for that..

The location was great. Being right across the mall and plenty of food options was a huge plus. 5 minute or less walk to three different stations; two on the circle line and one on the central line. I also liked the fact that we could get three single beds.

The place was small, but coming from North America, I presume everything in the UK and Europe is "small" considering hotels in Canada and the US are generally 150-350 square feet. Lots of stairs to walk, and the stairs weren't all the same size - or so it seemed.

Lone traveler, stayed one night. Very roomy for a London budget hotel. Stayed at the top floor where the roof was slanted which might cause issues for taller people but the actual room was very spacious compared to most cheaper London hotels. Room and bed were clean. Location is excellent, especially if you are interested in visiting Westfield shopping center more frequently, and there are two tube stations really close by.

Corridors going up the stairs were narrow but that is pretty usual in London. Bathroom was small but that is to be expected in London. It's an oldish building and the age shows at places.

It was in front of a shopping center and very well located in terms of public transportation. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was ok.

The neighborhood was a little strange to go around at night. The hotel looks old and not with a lot of maintenance. There was not elevator, we stayed on the 2nd floor but taking suitcase up and down via stairs was not ideal. The staff help us when we arrived to take it up. The water boiler had water from before, not sure how long it was there and the cups and glasses were dirty.

Perfect for our short trip to London. I went with my 12 year old son and we booked a twin bed room. The room was small but perfect for what we needed. Beds got made everyday and towels exchanged. It was situated in a good place to get around easy via bus or tube.

The only thing I missed were some hooks for the coats or similar.. could maybe be put on the back of the door or something.

The staff made us feel very welcome, throughout our stay. It was lovely and clean and when we came back we noticed our beds were made and our bins were emptied and tea and coffee replenished. The beds were extremely comfy. Close to White city shopping centre, close to Television Centre which was the reason we came to stay in the first place. Enjoyed a trip into the city,plenty of trains available and close by to our accommodation.

Just a little irritation that the bathroom light didn't always come on when I went in ,I think the sensor didn't pick me up because I am short.

However, the interior and furniture definitely need to be freshened up

- The hotel and rooms are small - The interior and furniture were quite worn out - The bed linen was soiled. The bathroom was also dirty - There is no lift in the hotel. Meanwhile, the staircase is narrow. The hotel is definitely not suitable for people with disabilities. We had to lift our luggage up the stairs manually
