We stayed at the Beaufort for one week in May, and I cannot say enough about what a great experience spending a week at the Beaufort was. Our room far exceeded my expectations. The Beaufort offers literally everything that one would be looking for, for their perfect experience in London: 1. Location, Location, Location! Knightsbridge A+, Close to the Underground and bus A+, On a dead-end, quiet street, close to Harrods A+. 2. Friendly and accommodating staff A+ 3. Breakfast A+ 4. Room: The room was well appointed and much larger than I thought it would be. A+ If you are looking for perfect accommodations for your next London stay, I highly recommend the Beaufort!

There wasn't a thing about the Beaufort that I didn't like, and am looking forward to returning.

Rooms are a little bit dated but I think it’s the style of hotel, but no issues with this.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked having breakfast in the room, ordered the night before. Arrived before the time we'd asked for it. Lovely complimentary cream tea. We didn't get this in the afternoon of our arrival, but staff made sure we got it in the evening after our show. Bringing it up to the room. Good position close to Kensington tube station.

The bathroom had 5 steps leading down to it from the bedroom. There is no handrail on the stairs to the bathroom. My mobility isn't great, so was worried about a risk of falling. Lift was the other side of the building, so chose to walk up and down the stairs from the third floor. We used it the first time, but it was just as easy to walk up and down the stairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. The room was a great size, offering plenty of space to relax, and the added bonus of an outdoor area was a wonderful surprise.

The only minor downside was the breakfast setup. While having it served in the room was convenient for solo travelers, it wasn’t ideal when staying with colleagues or friends, as the only other option was to eat in the reception area. That said, this was a small inconvenience and certainly wouldn’t deter me from staying here again in the future.

I absolutely loved the stay. It's a very convenient place for such a good price! The hotel interior is very charming and is a traditional British style. The location is a lovely and save street right next to Harrods in a luxurious area. Will definitely come back,

Rooms are quite small, but it is very normal is such a prime location. Breakfast is served in the morning in the room. It was very nice though to wake up with a smell of fresh coffee, croissants and fruits!! If you enjoy a breakfast room, then there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood.

Excellent very quiet location round the corner from Harrods. No restaurant but continental breakfast with wide choice of items delivered to your door every morning. Nice touch was a free afternoon tea available each day. Without exception all staff we encountered were absolutely lovely - friendly, courteous and polite. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.

A better lift would have been good but to be honest, the stairs were fine, even though we were on the 3rd floor. Apart from maybe a couple of rooms on the ground floor, this hotel would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The room I had was huge with separate lounge area. Bed linen was beautiful. Location - just a few short steps to the Brompton Road and Harrods. Free soft drinks 24/7. The most delicious cream tea, brought up to the room. The scones were fresh and warm. Clotted cream and Jam. All included in the price.

Fantastic welcome at the front door. The staff were superb, probably the best and kindest we've had anywhere in the world. They couldn't do enough for us. I was in awe of them carrying the breakfast tray the last level up to our room (lift stopped a floor below).

Bathroom was horrible and old. Get rid of the bath please and put in a lovely new shower to give the hotel a lux look as in one of the bedroom photos online. The lift was old and tiny.

I had a wonderful room with a lot of privacy and my own balcony on the last floor. A little feeling of Mary Poppins… Breakfast was served upon previous booking in the room- wonderful! The room was very cosy and offered everything I needed- including a proper cupboard!

My only concern was eventual fire safety- I missed an emergency fire ladder -just in case. And the breakfast consisted every day of the same jam and the breadrolls and croissants were prebaked and just finished for breakfast. A bit minimalistic for a 4 star house. Finally, the safe was relatively small, therefore not suitable for persons traveling with a larger computer.

Scones and tea in our room. Location was close to lots of London attractions. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious. Being able to adjust room heating was a very good aspect. Staff were very helpful. We felt secure. Quiet and restful.

No fault of the hotel, but the crowds around Harrods were not very pleasant. Personally, I prefer breakfast in a dining room, not in the bedroom, but this is simply a personal preference. The room delivered breakfast was very nice.
