Very stylish, clean and comfortable rooms.

Families can only enjoy the swimming pool from 4 to 5 pm. We only learnt that when we arrived at 5pm so we missed out. I feel this is not ok to discriminate families in this way. My kids are able to have a nice calm swim without splashing around so why can they enjoy the swimming pool only one hour per day? We were offered to come back the next day at 4pm... but we had only a night there and the checkout being at 11am, it makes little sense. They don't have family rooms, so we had to have 2 rooms with one adult in each. The staff take a deposit of £100 when we arrived. I only got this back 5 days after leaving.

Cleaning times (restricted to the afternoon). And had to chase for cleaning staff to complete their daily cleans. General cleanliness standards in rooms needs improvement ie dirty robes on floor were not replaced and rehung back on doors. Minor comment - Also missing basic amenities like body lotion, face towels, laundry bags in rooms. Also guests keep "breaking glass" in and around the pool. - This happened three times during our stay meaning facilities were unavailable. No signs saying no glass allowed in pool.... Strange that this is not monitored better...

The staff were very friendly. The pool, gym, and sauna were all very cool to have on site. If I were younger, I would have appreciated the nightclub a little more. The reading/lounge areas were fantastic. Definitely a place for people who love the extra perks of a good hotel. Very easy to get around London from this hotel; the tube station is a 5 minute walk and there are very good restaurants nearby.

We were incorrectly charged for something on checkout, staff told us it would be taken care of, and then still got the bill a few days later. Had to explain the situation over again through email. The staff ended up handling it and not charging us, but still difficult to deal with overseas.

The room size was absolutely perfect. Was worried about being on the ground floor but once I seen the location of our room with the view I was over the moon. Room no5 the Becket was fantastic. Having the spa here also is a massive thumbs up for me after a day in the city. 10/10 for the spa in my opinion.

The only thing I would say I didn’t like was that in the room TVs aren’t smart televisions so I was unable to chrome cast my phone or iPad. Personally I love watching tv and if the other house had this small issue fixed it would be 10/10 all round for me. Other than that I still love the place

The room design is well thought out and very nice for extended stays. Loved having three windows for natural lighting. Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood yet in close vicinity to bust station and museums. Bar has great drinks menu and bartender knows how to mix cocktails. Bar offers limited sides though no evening meal.

The front desk is frequently unmanned. Check in process has you sit down with a "host" in the lobby as host asks you questions. This reminded me more of meeting with a funeral director than checking in at a hotel. (Don't think this is the experience they imagined.) Hopefully, the hotel will be adding evening dining in the future.

Love the facilities! The gym, pool, sauna, steam room and atrium areas are fabulous. The gyn has everything for a serious workout. The beds are super comfortable, clean and the location great. It's glam, fun and convenient with a great wellness programme.

The rooms are a little dark and the TV is fixed on the wall in an inconvenient position for viewing.

The Other House Kensington was a unique stay! We stayed in the vault-which was perfect for our group size. The room was nicely sized and had the appropriate amenities for our stay.

My only negative is that the pool was only open for my children to swim for a very short amount of time in the afternoon, and even then, I felt a bit uncomfortable to let them play as children do in the pool due to the atmosphere. It was not a huge negative but one I wish I would have known upfront to manage expectations.

Really smart hotel in a great location in Chelsea. 2 minutes walk from Gloucester Road Undeground. We had one of the "flats" which although it was little small, was really nicely decorated, consisting of a little sitting area with TV, kitchenette, sleeping area and shower room. Absolutely perfect for a couple of nights stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff.

My wife said the room must have been designed by a man as there were no plug points anywhere near any of the mirrors, making it difficult to dry her hair.

Lovely hotel with an excellent location. It is only about a block from the Glouster Road tube station. Heathrow Airport is about a 45-minute tube ride from Glouster Road. There is also a supermarket located only a couple blocks from the hotel. The indoor pool was surprisingly lovely. Steam room, sauna and locker room were well maintained. The staff was very accommodating. For example, in the middle of night the air conditioning in my room was not adequately. It was an unusually hot day in London. I went to the front desk. The night clerk quickly moved me to another on the same floor. The next morning, the air conditioning was w parking in my room and I went to the front to tell them I no longer needed the other room. They apologized for my inconvenience and asked if there was anything they could do. The woman offered to comp my breakfast the next morning. That is excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again when I am in London.

Nice designed hotel, beautiful entrance area, bar and restaurant. Very good service in restaurant but lack of service on reception (especially one arrogant recepcionist)

Rooms have low ceiling and not wide beds. Total feeling is that there are too many rooms for that size of reception and lobby. You always feel confusion in that area with suitcases of people checking-in & out. Very arrogant recepcionist. I asked for business details on the invoice which for him was hard to do and he refuse to do it. Luckily other people on receptiion were really polite and helpful. If hotel improve check in&out I will give them 9.0 rate
