The location was excellent, the staff were superb, the room was gloriously comfortable and we wished we were staying a week. Breakfast was lovely, The shower was excellent, fluffy towels and quality bed linen.

Perfect stay at Hotel Rotary Geneva The location is ideal, and the room is quite spacious compared to other hotels in Geneva. I really appreciated the option to unfold the sofa into an extra bed, which adds great flexibility. A nice touch was the complimentary soft drinks in the room. The staff is friendly and highly professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved having a bathtub in the room, and what’s really worth mentioning—the water pressure is excellent, and there’s no waiting for hot water! It might sound like a small detail, but trust me, it’s a rare find in many hotels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A couple of small things could be improved: a full-length mirror near the entrance or in the hallway would be a great addition, and the only power outlet compatible with my personal hairdryer was quite far from the mirror. Styling my hair was a bit of a blind challenge—but it didn’t stop me from looking great! 😉 One more highlight—Geneva’s tap water is simply the best! My skin felt amazing, and I barely needed any moisturizer. I’ll definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in Geneva!

A very good room service. Very attentive, flexible in terms of time. Even if we didn't leave the room until the afternoon, the room was perfectly prepared when we returned. Our room was equipped very well and always refilled. The location is great and very close to the city. Breakfast was good as well.

Unfortunately, parking options are quite limited. So we were parking in a parking garage nearby 5-minute walk away. This is generally not a problem at all. But unfortunately there was a marathon event on the day of departure, so we couldn't drive the vehicle to the hotel to load our suitcases and purchases. I would have liked another solution from the hotel here.

Location, staff and decor are great

The hotel is an a great location between the main train station and the lake, so convenient for everything. The hotel staff and atmosphere are very welcoming and you immediately feel at home. The room was a good size, again homely, and very well fitted out. The bed mattress is to "die for" and very very comfortable. Having the mini-bar included in the room cost is a nice touch. All in all bearing in mind the star rating of the hotel and that it was New Years Eve, great value for money.

This one of those rare occasions where I have no negatives to offer.

I’d booked 2 rooms as this was for my son’s graduation from the university in Geneva. I booked an upgrade for one of us, but have to say the difference in rooms wasn’t worth it. I’ll stay there again, but won’t look for the more expensive rooms. Building work in the area drags down the hotel so hope this is stopped soon.

The location of the hotel is excellent and we were very impressed with the decor and standards throughout the entire hotel. But what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant!

The staff are so nice and helpful, they gave us breakfast and dinner recommendations everyday . They always have a smile on . And they managed a nice upgrade . The shower is amazing very new and high pressure . The room is nice like an antic style . The location is not too far from center you need to walk a bit .

We were very impressed with the service and amenities at Hotel Rotary. The front desk workers speak very good English and were happy to answer our many questions. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a mini bar we used as a fridge and a TV with chromecast. Breakfast was delicious - we bought the more expensive 37CF breakfast which offered oatmeal, eggs, bacon, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, cheese and cold cuts and more. Service at breakfast was also friendly and attentive. There’s a small but functional gym in the basement (cardio machines, weights up to 20lbs, bench). Plus the location is PERFECT to get to both sides of the lake, the train station, many chocolate shops and restaurant areas. Highly recommended!!

Only criticisms would be that housekeeping was a little spotty and we had to sort out that we’d prepaid for some things when we checked out (but they quickly fixed the issue.)
