The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was fantastic and the A/C was really good in that heat! Good breakfast with nice touches like ginger water. A tray of water jnfused with orange or cucumber always awaited and that was awesome coming from the heat outside. The entrance stairs are really steep and it was difficult to manage my heavy luggage on my own. There is a really steep ramp. The cleaner was super diligent. Staff at reception were helpful, although a bit impatient. All and all, a good stay.

firstly location was excellent. walking distance to Geneva lake. Hotel in a quiet street around the corner from the Main Street. comfortable room and large bed , loved the coffee machine for early morning coffee , stayed three nights before hiring a car and driving through the Swiss alps . staff were incredibly kind & went out of their way to help us when the airline lost one of our cases& it arrived broken . Highly recommend this hotel.

nothing not to like at all

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. The lobby and rooms were well-maintained and spotlessly clean. While the gym was on the smaller side, it had enough equipment for basic workouts like squats and dumbbell exercises, which is often the case even in hotels with larger gyms. It was also very peaceful, and a great option for people with allergies, thanks to their no-pet policy. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The breakfast was minimal but worked fine for my immediate needs. I took some eggs, croissants, yoghurt, and so on. Hopefully the breakfast will be improved in the future to meet the similar high standards of the hotel in general.

Helpful staff - allowed using conference room before the room was prepared. Issue an email invoice. Good breakfast - A buffet with convenient selection for start of the day. Great location - the old town / center is just across the street. The hotel was just 10 minutes walk away from the main train station. Public transport stations, restaurants, caffes next to the hotel.

Noise cancellation - You could hear the guests from another room speak. Water temperature regulation in the shower - not the best - takes a while for a water to adjust (just a minor inconvenience). The entrance to the hotel is not the most convenient - you have to go half floor down before you can access the elevator to go up to the reception. The pop music in the lobby was too loud.

Well situated hotel, close to public transport and just off of a main road that leads to the train station, so it is quiet in the rooms. Receptionists were very helpful, knowledgeable and spoke English (necessary for me as I ONLY speak English). The rooms are clean and neatly organised. There is a handy fridge that contains additional drink/foods from a mini bar, I ended up storing my own drink/food in there and moving the items back into place afterwards! The gym was handy to use (just remember to put the aircon on!) before setting off on a long drive. The fruity water in reception is lush and very refreshing!

I was a last minute booking and had some questions that were pertinent for me to plan my journey. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel but there were answers I didn’t get in time before setting off on my long drive from London. However I was aware that it was a last minute booking and usually I wouldn’t need answers so quickly.

I had a short, last minute stay - booking just hours before my arrival. Although reception was closed when I arrived, they helpfully arranged to leave me a key so I could go right to my room. The room was exceptionally quiet, the doors to the hall are practically soundproof, and the hotel is on a VERY quiet street (hard to find in central Geneva). The space was clean, had everything I needed, reception area was stylish with even a little outdoor space. I was very comfortable during my stay!

Showers are a tad small, and real mugs in the rooms for tea would be appreciated.

The hotel was in a great location close to the train station and restaurants. The staff were amazing, always friendly and happy to help in any way. I left teh hotel for a few days and tehy were happy for me to leave some luggage there to collect on my return. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the bed was comfrotable.

Nothing really...i was satisfied with my stay. If i had to pick something it would be thatt the pillows weren't the best

The location was perfect—central and within a few minutes' walking distance from the main train station.

However, although my stay included breakfast, I was asked for an additional €7 per day in case I want gluten- and lactose-free options, which I found quite expensive. These options should either be included or priced at a more reasonable €2-3. Also, the mattress was too soft for my preference; it would be better if it were medium-firm, offering a more balanced level of comfort.

Staff went far and beyond her duty. We arrived late and the kind lady at the reception waited for us even if it means she was late to go home. The following day we went to the reception to do our proper check in procedures and the lady in the reception was very pleasant and friendly to us. They also supported us and let us use the phone when we had trouble with a guided tour activities that was cancelled. The lady spoke to the company in our behalf. Overall the hotel stay experience was excellent. Thank you from all of us (Alma J's group). We enjoyed our stay at your hotel!!

Good location. Nice decor. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size for a European city. Reception area very comfortable to sit in and read. Good communication pre arrival and the link to free travel pass was so good for our whole stay. Felt very secure as lift was key card access. A supermarket and cafes handy around the corner and a tram stop close by. Room had wardrobe, safes and coat hooks so good for storage. Reception got us a fan when we were struggling with the heat.

Was very warm - air con is switched off in winter. We had both windows cracked as far as possible and a fan reception got us as we were still over heated. Vending machine was absent. Shower enclosure quite small - we are varying sizes and all had to turn sideways to squeeze in. Things not unique to this hotel but still irritating wherever they happen: hairdryer in bathroom is restricting especially in a family room with multiple people trying to share a bathroom. Push button hairdryer - so hard with arthritic thumbs! Tiny towels.
