Breakfast was sufficient to start the day off. There was enough to fill up on. No veggie sausages to memory. But useful/good to be included in the rate. Good breakfast staff. The room was excellent. Good size and quality. Floor to ceiling windows gave a lovely view of the street/area. Great to have a fridge.

Check-in staff were somewhat aloof. No eye contact or acknowledgement from one when they knew we were patiently waiting to check in. Just look up and say I'll be right with you, would suffice. They were better on check-out. First impressions are very important. People travel from all around the world..

Overall good location and clean.

My family and I were woken up by loud, rowdy, neighbors (room 721) at 1:20 AM. I let the running, horseplay, and loud music go for about an hour before we couldn’t tolerate it. I was also disappointed that front desk failed to pick up until 3rd call. I let the phone ring for 10minutes before front desk picked up. I had to call back after 30 minutes later because security didn’t show up. Security had to address the guest in room 721 twice for their behavior. On check out day the room service entered our room while we were in bed and then knocked at 10:00 and asked why time we were checking out. I told her that at 11:00. We felt rushed.

Trying to use the valet parking was complicated. Traffic gets backed up behind you which resulted in them honking at me and cursing. Once inside checking in was easy, the room seemed perfect and clean plus the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Dion or Theon (my boyfriend and I heard him say his name differently which I wish I would've clarified) was simply THE BEST! He is seriously why I would stay here again, he treated everyone like family, was so helpful, talked with everyone and not only made everyone smile but I believe he made everyone's day better. My only complaint is if you are using the sofa bed, be aware it is not pre made nor are the linens in the room. So at midnight after returning from our event I had to go back to the lobby to get the linens and make the bed which was frustrating.

Sofa bed should be made or linens should be in the room.

I’m not gonna say I disliked it but it could have been better. I didn’t know and no one informed me about how I would be paying for valet parking. So instead of it coming out with my room charge it was a separate thing i had to put my card on to pay for valet and get my car. If guest are told they could have it ready before they come down to checkout. And it would be less people crowding the lobby. Also there was only one person getting car at check out they need at least two. But the guy still got our car in less than 20 mins with a line.

Our view was phenomenal, with full windows on both sides of the room. We were on the 10th floor and on a corner! We heard car honking every now and then but no noise from other hotel guests around us. The staff was friendly whenever we needed something.

The breakfast was lackluster, but it was free, so what can you expect? The worst part about it was that they had no gluten-free options for bread or anything for my daughter to eat. I do hope in the future that if there are two queen beds and the room is booked for three people that there would at least be three sets of wash cloths, face rags, etc., next time. Our refrigerator did not have a freezer section. Wanted to refreeze our ice packs, so that was a low blow for our food cooler of snacks on the way home.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax even during a busy week. Breakfast was amazing and well-organized, while the 24/7 tea and coffee station added a thoughtful and convenient touch. Most importantly, the location was excellent: central, accessible, and within easy reach of everything we needed, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.

The room was neat clean and almost all the basic amenities, Restaurants and supermarket near by. Luggage storage was helpful, complimentary coffee and snack available 24 hours. Big lobby is available. Break fast was reasonable but kind of repetitive every dat, staffs were helpful. 3 No of elevator so less wait time.

It's really get very crowded during breakfast as area serving the breakfast is small, so you have to fall in que if you come after 8 am. Another disadvantage is nearest metro station around 10 minutes walk .. although bus stop is very near by.

A very welcoming atmosphere: friendly employees, 'cosy' and tidy hotel room with comfortable beds and decent shower.

Limited (nutrious) options at breakfast, e.g. no cheese and fresh yoghurt. Breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery. A couple of staff members at the reception were stressed out and not that friendly. The fabric chairs in the hotel lobby can use a proper cleaning/replacement.

I liked that the check-in process was quick and efficient. Free coffee and tea are offered at the lobby.

The breakfast buffet area was too small to accommodate the big crowds on that day. When I called a few times asking for an early check-in, I was told by different agents that it was not feasible. Depending on who I spoke with, the reasons varied from "we don't offer early check-in" to "try the day of the checking-in" to "the hotel is fully occupied to accommodate." However, upon arrival, it was awesome, and I received early check-in as an IHG member, which made me very happy.

The front desk agent was exceptional! She was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional 👏. She went above and beyond her profession. Give her a raise. Breakfast was par excellent!👌 a plethora of foods, fruits, hot breakfast, even cold cereals to choose from. An assortment of muffins, danishes, fruit juices, yogurts, you name it, it was there for you to eat! Very clean hotel, and I love the fragrance of the lobby!
