Comfortable, clean room. Convenient location near the airport for a long layover. Girl at the reception desk handled issues with the room key card really well, despite training two new employees at the same time. Very friendly - great job handling a stressful situation that was out of her control!

Machine to create room key cards was broken, so they had to walk everybody to their rooms. Not the fault of the people at the reception desk, who did a great job dealing with it. Some noise in the middle of the night (sounded like somebody had a drink too many).

For a Marriott I expected at least complimentary breakfast. The hotel was clean.The ac unit made weird loud noises which made it difficult to sleep. And other than me standing at the shuttle pickup at the airport for two hours and it never came ! The front only said sorry but it’s a free service . They took moving off my stay or offered one free breakfast, anything. The rooms are clean, staff was nice , housekeeping was really hospitable. Rooms only have a bathroom mirror not a full body mirror which sucks ! I’ve never seen a room without a full body mirror.

It was modern, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, free shuttle close to 24 hour food places for those late night arrivals, good noise control good black out.

Airport shuttle took awhile for pickup and didn’t run as often as other airport shuttles, and the hotel was a bit far from the airport - the shuttle took awhile~15-20 mins to get between the airport and hotel once on it. The restaurant on site was super convenient but food was pretty average, and it’s understaffed so very slow to get in and out.

Although the airport is very near, we didn't hear the planes from our room. From the pool, yes! From the room, no! Staff were friendly and the room itself was plain, not artsy, but simple and solid. Loved the wood slider door for the bathroom, and the king bed. Oh, and the airport shuttle too.

Right near the airport, pretty far from downtown sights. Walked to little shopping mall with a good Peruvian restaurant, but to cross the main street we had to dash between lots of moving traffic. No bridge or crosswalk nearby.

Im strongly dislike parking rules, its not fair I have to do all this payment it's uncomfortable, hotel should add price for parking in the bill with out bothering the customer, the same breakfast should be included in the price for the room... I'm not going to stay In this hotel because of this nonsense...

The property was clean, close parking, breakfast available, quiet, and the space was awesome.

I don’t like the bathrooms! There aren’t enough shelves in the actual bathroom to like put your things. Wasn’t a fan of that. Also the AC had a sign saying it was controlled by the thermostat but it wasn’t. If you lifted up that compartment door, the controllers were on the actual ac.

Breakfast was very good. The bathroom and large shower were better than expected. Wifi worked perfectly. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel advertises their airport shuttle. However we waited over 45 minutes. Another shuttle driver told us that you have to phone the hotel to book the shuttle. This was not clear in the email. It only said to wait at certain doors, not that it was necessary to phone.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, since I arrived well before regular checkin time. They stored my baggage securely, informed me of the local eateries in the area, and were able to check me in fairly early. Getting the shuttle to the airport the next morning was quick and easy and the shuttle driver was very helpful.

The onsite restaurant is extremely pricey.

Everything! It’s extremely clean, very up to date, and the staff are wonderful. On top of that I had the best night of sleep I have ever had in an “airport hotel.” It’s incredibly quiet! This was my second stay at Four Points and I can promise you that I will stay there every time I need a hotel in Miami.

It is a little far on the shuttle, but it was worth it. Because we were not bothered by airport noise.
